Dr. Jae’s skills are amazing – fast, precise, and the results always look great. His hands are like magic! The other dentists are also wonderful, and Allen and Kath at reception are always so warm and friendly. Going to the dentist is usually tough, but everyone here makes it such a positive experience that I don’t mind coming back often.

Negative experience: I will start by saying this review is not a reflection of the dental care provided by the dentists themselves. Over the years, my family — including my husband, my sister, and I — have received great dental treatment here. All of my interactions with the dentists have been professional, and I’ve always been happy with the results. Between us, we have paid for extensive treatment in full, including a dental implant, several crowns, extractions including wisdom teeth, multiple fillings and general dental care. However, my feedback relates to the administrative side of the clinic — specifically, an experience with the receptionist and more recently a dentist that has left me feeling deeply uncomfortable. During one visit (wisdom tooth extraction), I needed to quickly return home (just two minutes away) to retrieve my healthcare card. Despite my long-standing history with the clinic and having already paid for numerous services, I was told I couldn’t leave because, as the receptionist put it, “people have run out without paying before.” In exchange for leaving to collect my healthcare card I left my phone. This implication — that I might also run out without paying — was extremely upsetting and made me feel distrusted and unfairly judged, mind you I had just had a wisdom tooth pulled out and a numbed mouth filled with gauze. Following this incident, my husband took the time to send an email to the clinic raising his concerns. We felt it was important to communicate how inappropriate and upsetting this interaction was. While the situation was eventually resolved, the impact of that experience lingered. Then, around 10 months later, my husband attended the clinic for a check-up. Shortly afterward, I booked my own appointment with the same receptionist in good faith and in the spirit of moving on positively, I then received a call on a Saturday — which also happened to be my birthday — asking for a $200 deposit to secure the booking. This was the first time I had ever been asked for a deposit, so I inquired why. I was told it was because I had cancelled a few appointments previously. I explained that I work in a crisis-driven role, and occasionally need to cancel last minute due to emergencies. I have allways offered to pay a cancellation fee where needed. What made this even more disheartening was that my husband, who had just attended the week before, was not asked for any deposit. The inconsistency in how we were treated raised further concerns and added to the feeling that I was being unfairly singled out because of my previous interaction with the receptionist. As a result, my family and I have made the decision to no longer attend this clinic. We’ve always valued professionalism, mutual respect, and trust in healthcare settings, and unfortunately, the administrative experience here did not reflect those values. I sincerely hope that no other long-term patient is made to feel the way I did.

Fantastic experience: My son came for a checkup. Dr Jisu Park is brilliant! She welcomed us with a beautiful smile, explained everything in children’s language. She told him how important to take care of his teeth in the most humorous way. So I won’t be struggled with asking him to floss! Great environment! Great equipments. Highly recommend to my friends.

I have neglected my dental health for many years, by the time I met Rolanda, I was too embarrassed to show her my teeth (or what's left of it). Rolanda was so tactful in ways that made me feel at ease and comfortable right from the beginning. She was professional but very friendly, very articulate, explained things thoroughly in ways that I fully understand and felt that high level of expertise coming from her - this lady really knows what she's doing - TRUST. Lots of work to be done! we came up with a plan and things are underway. Work completed so far: Complete checks/ clean Tooth extractions Fillings More to come.... Fantastic experience: I had my scaling and check-up done by Dr Jisu and it was a great experience just like usual. She took a good examination of not just my teeth but also my gums as she suspected the possibility of gum inflammation. She told me I had lower gum inflammation and how I should make sure I brush my gums. Throughout the check-up she gave full clear explanations and was very gentle treatments. Reason why I am a regular here!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist for quite a while, all my kids had their braces done which they have done a fantastic job, and have corrected my kids mouth. For myself I just had two crowns done, also amazing work, in which they were able to save my teeth .

It has been about 2 years since I saw a dentist as I like to use local and I had lost contact with my previous dentist. Making an appointment at Jindalee Complete Dental was easy and Christine was fantastic. Easy to talk to, very gentle with the usually horrible sonicator probe thing and had an interest in my health and dental history. I am with AIA Health insurance and found that the Gap cost was VERY acceptable for my visit and procedures performed. Next step is to send my wife and kids there! Having had trauma from a dentist when young, I get would get quite nervous making appointments; however, the excellent dental care here has helped those memories heal. The clinic is well appointed, and beautifully clean. Healing, relaxing music and tv while you are being treated, enhance patient care. Recently I had a complex, most challenging extraction of a crumbling molar. Always well advised what was needed and why, the staff were highly professional and empathic. They gave reassuring, highly competent and sensitive care--all with with modern equipment. Further, the team operates seamlessly. Would strongly recommend to all and any!

Negative experience: Money hungry business and a Rip off!!! I went in for a clean and the dentist told me I needed to have 9 fillings replaced and a root canal. Told me that fillings are like car tyres that need regular replacement. I went through with a couple of them and not a month later one fell out and took half my tooth with me. I have since had two more checkups at other dentist who have told me my teeth are great and laughed at the fact this dentist told me I needed to replace fillings and a root canal that was not required. Greedy money hungry dentist. Shame on you!

Fantastic experience: I had a fractured tooth. Dr Christine and Dr Jae did a fantastic job diagnosing and treating my tooth. I was happy with the result and their care. Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Such a scam! I have my teeth checked and cleaned every year. On their website they said as the first customer there will be no gap if you have private health insurance. When I came in I double checked with them and they said I have to pay $20 gap. I was fine with that. In the examination I told the dentist I don't want the xrays as I have been having it every year and I purely just wanted my teeth scaled and cleaned. When I came out to pay they said since I did not have the xrays, they needed to use different codes so I had to pay $80 gap now. I got frustrated and told them it doesnt make sense I had to pay more for not having xrays. Then they checked again and said they can reduce it to $60....?? Everything sounds very dodgy. I am very upset they did not let me know about it before the examination. Overall I claimed from my private health insurance nearly $600 just for 45 minutes teeth check up and clean. Afterwards I asked my friend who has been a dental assistant for 10 years and she said that it is so dodgy and they have added lots of unecessary code. They are just trying to make money so avoid this place!

Fantastic experience: Dr Choi (Jae), Joy and lovely staff are wonderful to their clients and provide the best care. If you are nervous or have anxiety about getting dental work completed then go see them. Getting dental work done is not something i engage in lightly. But I was pleasantly surprised. They go the extra mile to comfort you, stay in constant communication about all the details and are dedicated in their practices. The staff are kind, considerate and happy to answer questions. They seem well versed about the finer details of dentistry and will answer honestly. I have been to other dentists who lack the transparency of the staff at this clinic. Do I recommend them - absolutely. I had two root canals and they are not easy or fun. Dr Choi and his staff were gentle and considerate during the process (especially since i have a small mouth). And gee, they worked hard to help me out. I was in very little pain or discomfort due to their efforts and diligence. The stories i heard from friends and associates about root canals were disheartening. However, Jindalee Complete Dental are right on the money. I can't imagine going to any other clinic in the future. All my family go there now and we have no complaints. Thank you Dr Choi, Joy and staff. Nothing but respect from this customer and family.

Fantastic experience: For 25 years I had two missing teeth. I was so embarrassed by it that I would never fully smile for work photos or family pictures. Dr. Jae and Dr. Joy convinced me to have the work done, and I agreed. My confidence has grown and I am no longer embarrassed to have a photo taken. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Jindalee Complete Dental. The team at Jindalee are very friendly, thoroughly explained my treatment plan, did not suggest unnecessary procedures or treatment, and most importantly - are very precise and skilled at undertaking dental work. I was originally not a fan of going to the dentist, however Dr Jae is extremely detailed and gentle and has made all of my trips to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice, it's never pleasant to go to the dentiste but the team at Jindalee Complete Dental makes the experience much less stressful. My dentist is Jae and he always takes the time to explain what he is going to treat and why he is doing it, I really appreciate that extra time taken to keep me informed . I highly recommend that practice. It's always easy to park there, it's next to a Coles, walking distance to DFO and there's a little cafe and some restaurants next door.
