This practice is friendly, down to earth reasonably priced and VERY caring. I am usually very anxious having dental work but Dr Omnia and the staff made me feel very calm. I will be returning here for all my dental work from now on and highly recommend. Five stars + Thank you very much

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend First Impressions Butler. I called them in immense pain, and they had me come in that very morning. They had me well informed of the proceedures and options. They were all very friendly and their practice is conveniently located beside Butler trainstation. I'll be bringing my kids here in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists, prosthodontists, orthodontists etc over the past 10 years and I have never received such wonderful care, understanding, truthfulness and realistic achievements, as I received today when I attended this centre for a consultation with Dr P. Silas. I feel certain that I will be in good hands with him. He wants the best for his patients. He says it how it is and I could see that he was being honest. He is not about the financial gain, he is about achieving the best for his patient. I have never felt so listened to and understood, as I did with Dr Silas. Thank you ever so much. The receptionist was wonderful too.

Fantastic experience: Went in as a new patient after calling ahead and explaining I needed an emergency tooth extraction (had followed fasting procedures for anesthesia) that same day if at all possible. Not only were the staff helpful and sympathetic at the front desk, but the dentistry staff working on my nightmare situation were patient, reassuring and thorough. They explained everything in detail, including costs, what they had to do before they did it, how to signal for discomfort and what to do for care afterwards. They respected and agreed with my idea of extraction and worked overtime to remove a gnarly broken molar, were patient with my anxiety and helped to relax on the same morning I came in! No fuss, no judgement of my character for my general dental situation and professional, friendly service the whole way through. This was easily the best experience I've ever had at a dentists during an emergency and I cannot recommend them enough. They were even diligently training a student while remaining focused on the task despite the curve balls my issue threw their way. 10/10 service, low cost and people first approach here. Will be approaching in case of emergency or for general dentistry again. Also, very clean practice with great hygiene standards. Keep up the great work guys, you turned my nightmare situation around into the ideal outcome

She took the time to listen to my dental history and understand my complex health issues and made a plan for me. Everyone there was so friendly and inviting. My teeth clean was fantastic and she was very kind to make sure I had enough breaks to close my mouth as I have a lot of TMJ issues and keeping my jaw open wide can ache pretty quickly. 10/10 service and friendliness. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: We Can not recommend Dr Alice enough. Needed an urgent appointment, she fitted my son in to see her. He is very nervous of dentists. But Dr Alice was so gentle that he fell asleep in the chair . He is now recommending all family and friends to see her
