Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing all my kids, aged between 7 to 14, to Dr Prasad for quite some time, and I can honestly say he’s the best dentist we’ve ever had. My children always feel safe and comfortable with him, and every single visit has been a positive experience. There was one occasion when I couldn’t find an appointment online, so I reluctantly took one of my kids elsewhere for an emergency. Unfortunately, that visit turned into a very traumatic two-hour ordeal that left my child completely shaken. I ended up calling Harrison dental in desperation, and even though they were fully booked, they went out of their way to fit us in. Dr Prasad seen us right away and had the issue resolved within around 20 minutes. I’m so incredibly thankful for Dr Prasad and his amazing team, including the receptionists. They’re always so kind, understanding, and accommodating it truly makes all the difference. Especially with children who can be scared of dental visits.

I have since had scheduled 6 monthly checkups and his advice, cleaning and care of my teeth has maintained them well. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Prasad Karlapur for my dental implant in 2023. It was a seamless and gentle procedure. I was so surprised with how smooth it all went. I can now eat like normal people!!! I have now made a permanent change to see Dr Prasad for all my dental work as I like his gentle, professional and thorough approach. Even getting my teeth cleaned is a better experience with Dr Prasad.

Fantastic experience: We are very fortunate to have Dr Prasad and Team look after my family's dental health. He exemplifies the 3CS of practice - Compassion, Care and Commitment towards his patients and this also trickles down to every member in the Team that we had contact with (e.g Kelly , Joanne ). He excelled in my case with a complicated pin-filling which was supposed to be temporary but lasted more than 5 years saving more complicated and costly solutions till now. Also relieved me of great dental anxiety and gave me ability to handle dental treatments including establishing an oral hygiene routine for long term.

Fantastic experience: I switched to Harrison Dental Clinic 4 years ago (referred to by a friend) - other dentists wouldn’t do a crown for me and tried to get me to fork out $$$ for a implant - Dr. Prasad preformed a root canal and crown procedure which I have had no issues or complications since the procedure. The whole dental clinic are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

While at other clinics, it's just a business and patients can and will be taken for granted with lackluster services, multiple booking cancellations on the day of appointments, dentists who aren't skilled enough to perform even the basic dentistry tasks and a lot more, at Harrison Dental Care it is anything but. Can’t recommend HDC highly enough.

Very knowledgeable and thorough with all the check ups. I have had fillings, crown replacements, regular cleanings done with him and every visit has been worth the time. He is very patient and friendly and knows how to manage little kids very well. My daughter looks forward to visits, which in is a positive sign as she is not very fond of doctor visits.
