Fantastic experience: Dr. Stephen Lee should be teaching dentistry in my opinion. There are a lot of things other dentists could learn from him. I’ve seen a lot of dentists over my lifetime for myself and my children and he is absolutely the best. There is no pain, he is very gifted when giving that injection we all dread. He isn’t judgemental, is approachable and cares. Just wish, I’d found him sooner.

Negative experience: My husband has the worst dental experience, with one of the dentist here . He went to get his tooth pulled out and the dentist broke the tooth while trying to pull it out, he burned his lip with one of the tools and slipped with a instrument which resulted in the instrument at the back of his mouth. After 2 hours he still couldn’t get the rest of the tooth out. My husband had to come back another day so a senior dentist could attempt to get it out. The second time he went the dentist DR Lee was very professional and managed to do the job in 10 minutes. So if you are deciding to go there make sure it’s Dr Lee that you see or don’t go there!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a new dentist run here fast. Extremely professional and accommodating twice now had to go in with emergencies and slotted in. My experience with both dentists have been unbelievably great and would highly recommend actually no I don’t because I may not get in lol. Truly unbelievable and so nice. Positive experience: Dental nurses on phone and reception here was very good which is why I came here in first place to them ill give 5 stars. i didn't feel enough time was taken to explain things clearly specially for a anxious patient ,specially when I did teeth clean after care and what to expect was not explained. Which ended up making my teeth feel more sensitive.. That's why I never came again didn't feel that ill be looked after well for any other tratment. Not sure if doc was having a bad day as other reviews here seems good.

Fantastic experience: Having been to many dentists and an orthodontist, I can happily say that Dr Lee was by far the best. Throughout the past year or so, I have gotten my braces done here and he has been nothing but kind, helpful and has always had my best interests in mind. Negative experience: Unless you are seeing Stephen Lee avoid anyone else. I had a tooth removed Friday 10th June 2022 which put me in hospital with an infection on Saturday. My face is still swollen and I am still in a lot of pain . Strong antibiotics and still no relief.

I had started my braces journey since September 2019 and he has made the whole process easy and explained everything perfectly in details, after 3 years I’ve got to say teeth are looking straighter than ever. Fantastic experience: I have been to Dr.Stephen lee for my wisdom tooth removal n i had great experience. He was so quick n procedure was hardly painful even though it was a surgical procedure. From his way of working you can judge his knowledge and experience, which is excellent. Before i was bit confused whether to go to the oral surgeon or get it done from the dentist as it was not the normal extraction n need to be done surgically but Dr.Stephen lee is as good as surgeon. Fantastic experience: Normally a dental experience can be a daunting one, but from the moment I walked in to the practice I was greeted by friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The Dr and the dental assistant were very professional and it was quick and painless...I have been to many different dental surgeries over the years, I can honestly say that this one is the best buy far, and the prices are very fair and agreeable. Highly recommended

Negative experience: i don't like the way they deal with the patient, because there is a hiddeing fee ( consultations fee 40$), they will charge you, if you will treat you teeth there or not . you have to pay you treatment plus the consultation fee. this is mean if the doctor will say any thing that become a consultation and they will charge you a 40 $ for it . in fact that it should be a part from the doctor's job .... i don't recommend this clinic and any clinic working in the same way.

Fantastic experience: I went in for extraction of all 4 of my wisdom teeth. I previously had seen many dentists - all of which were not confident in removing them in clinic or were very expensive. Dr Stephen at Craigieburn provided excellent service - great communication and very quick and efficient procedure. Also gave straight forward and easy to understand care for after the extraction day. I felt at ease knowing he was very experienced and knew what he was talking about. Staff were also very nice and I loved the flexibility of interest free payment options. Fantastic experience: If you are scared of the Dentist do not hesitate at all to go to the Dental Gallery i am petrified of the Dentist and would only go if it was absolutely necessary I went to the Dentist Gallery for a filling and OMG what and amazing pain free experience i had. Stephen is absolutely awesome he understood my fear and talked me through the process. I have now been going there for a couple of years which was a total shock to me to actually go back its now to the point that if I chip or lose a filling I am there the next day I can not recommend them enough dont let your teeth go and don't live with the pain I promise you that you will not regret it Thank you so much Stephen for giving me the confidence not to be scared to go to the Dentist you are absolutely awesome

My check ups are always thorough and the dental staff are happy to follow up any inquires etc. Early 2019 I had dental crowns done on my front teeth in the lead up to my wedding. Fantastic experience: I attended this clinic with a broken tooth thinking I needed a root canal. Dr Lee could have just said yes and did a root canal but he was very honest and professional in telling me that the tooth only needed a simple filling. This clinic is the place to go to if you want an unbiased opinion about your dental health.

Negative experience: Never been to such a rough dentist in my life! I went in for wisdom teeth extraction that were meant to be "routine". The local anaesthetic didn't work effectively hence the procedure was ceased as i was feeling pain when the tooth was beginning to come out. My face was swollen like a basketball and had pain in my throat all the way down to my neck for 2 weeks. Went and saw an amazing surgeon and I don't have the slightest pain or swelling. Go figure!

Fantastic experience: It was my impacted wisdom teeth that first brought me to Dr Lee. Dentists at other clinic initially referred me to somewhere towards the city which was quite inconvenient for me but luckily I found out Dr Lee does impacted wisdom teeth here at Craigieburn. Although having them removed was something I never look forward to Dr Lee carry out the procedure very gently and I did not feel any pain while he was working on my wisdom teeth. He mentioned before the procedure that I may get swelling but that did not happen neither, my recovery was speedy and uneventful. Overall it was definitely a 5 stars experience.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Craigieburn Dental Gallery expecting a root canal treatment, Dr Lee was very honest in telling me that only a filling was needed. Since then I have been going to this clinic regularly. The thing that impresses me most is Dr Lee never up sell me anything, always give me options and I never feel pressured. Treatment he carried out is always of high standard.

Negative experience: I wouldnt even give 1 star but unfortunately that is not an option. I am extremely upset, horrified and will never go back to this clinic again. Yes they may be great people however Dr.Lee had no belief in anything i said. I had 4 injections of local anesthetic for my wisdom removal,in which he didnt believe i wasnt numb after the second- he said i was too anxious. He did try and give motivation stating im doing well but the removal was horrific, side of my mouth torn. Dr.Lee was more worried about cleaning his glasses then giving me proper aftercare advice, i had excruciating pain 5 days post the operation went back and explained that i feel as though its infection and dry socket he laughed and said its not a dry socket, didnt even take an xray and stuck a gauze of clove oil in there saying ill still treat it like one( prior to this i asked if clove was a good idea to put on and he said no) 5 days later im still in pain so i went to another dentist ( who i should've gone to in the first place)he only needed to jab me once to completely numb my face, he took an xray which revealed a dry socket!!! And gunk stuck in the socket and also the incision made if he were 2mm off he wouldve cut my nerve .Dr.Lee i think you need to start listening to your patients not undermine them, you are dealing with a very important part of the human body.I may not be a dentist but i am educated enough to read journal articles on dentistry. I believe in second chances hence why i came back to you for the check up , but boy was i wrong to even step a foot in there. - ( in response to your response : please re read my review. Dr.lee tried operating after the second injection so i dont know what youre on about 3 injections.He treated it without cleaning out the tooth! Nevermind. You guys are just lucky and so am i that i dont have lingual nerve damage, dr lee was going to refer me to a specialist if the pain continued which it did but another dentist fixed the problem).

I highly recommend Dr Stephen Lee and his team to anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist. Due to a very bad experiences with other dentists over the years, I was so frightened to go that I did not visit a dentist for over 9 years. In January, a tooth fracture left me no choice but to find a dentist. I reviewed many dental practices, as I was looking for one that would be understanding of extremely nervous patients and be non judgmental about my lack of recent dental care. I found this with Stephen and his team. They provided me with exactly what I needed: time taken to listen to my fears, understanding, excellent care and COMPASSION. Stephen has just completed a couse of dental work to address my fractured tooth and my long overdue dental needs and I cannot believe the positive experience I have had going to the dentist! I am now on my way to routine 6 monthly check ups, and feel very proud that I took the first steps and contacted this clinic, and found a team who truly cared about me as an individual, and have helped me overcome my fears. I cannot thank Stephen and the team enough.

Fantastic experience: Having skipped the dentist for 7 years I was more afraid than ever going back. I was pleasantly surprised. I saw Dr Stephen Lee and I was put at ease from the start. I had lots to get done. In 2 visits over 6 weeks everything was done and my teeth look and feel better than ever. Fantastic experience: For the past month I have been accompanying my sister to her appointments with Dr Steven. My sister has always been extremely scared of dentists (due to a bad experience) and actually never went back to one. As a result she now required extensive dental treatment. On the day of her first appointment she was so anxious and nervous, Dr Steven set her at ease from the moment she walked in, he was very understanding, caring and kind.
