Negative experience: If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I am extremely disappointed and saddened with the service that was provided to a loved one of mine. He has now gone to another service today and received wonderful support and kindness. His spirits are now high and feeling more like himself. I think this is the second bad review I have ever left for a company. I’d only say something if it really meant something. Very sad about having to do this.

Although I'm still to have my last three upper teeth extracted next week, I'm sure that when my new upper denture is fitted, that everything will be fine. Paul has advised me that if there is any problem, to come to him immediately for any necessary adjustment.
