Fantastic experience: I came to Albany dental nervous and scared after years of dental visits as a child and a cleaning experience from a few years ago that left me a little traumatised. But from first walking in everyone was so lovely. My dental hygienist was exceptional and her knowledge, beyond! All care and consideration to me as an individual and previous experiences was given and met with compassion and utter kindness. This team went above and beyond for me. All the staff are really lovley, they have always been fully informative and transparent with what they need to do and most importantly if it doesn't need doing they don't. Good dentists are hard to find. Great ones are impossible. Look no further.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best dental experience I have ever had. I only booked with these as I had trouble at my last practice and the gentleman on the phone was so kind, caring and helpful. As an anxious patient it was very reassuring. I had spoken to a few practices before booking at Albany and they weren’t as friendly. That’s why I booked here. The dentist was so lovely and talkative, the hygienist was so happy, welcoming and friendly and the dental nurse did an amazing job looking after me and controlling the air polish machine! Normally I would get soaked! Thanks to all, I was so nervous going in…. But leaving I haven’t felt that happy about my teeth, in a long time. They are so accommodating. I was very apprehensive due to the parking situation, but it really wasn’t that bad! Thank you!

I manage a dental practice myself and still choose to see the team at Albany Dental because they are just so incredibly welcoming. They have been my family dentist for as long as I can remember and prioritise the patient experience at every stage! Dr Illo and the team are always so caring and go out of their way for you, thoroughly explaining every procedure making sure you understand every aspect of the treatment. Even being in the dental industry, I get extremely anxious when I need to visit the dentist but the team always put me at ease instantly! I would happily recommend anyone to them! Fantastic experience: I would give a 6 out of 5 if I could! After avoiding going to the dentist for years, I finally booked an appointment with Albany Dental. Right from the minute I stepped into the practice, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. I was then looked after by Dental Assistant Coralie (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) who was both extremely friendly and professional. I was then treated by Dr Illo Streimnan, who managed to surpass his assistant, and was the most caring and gentle dentist I have seen. His attention to detail was exceptional, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you for an excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I have been attempting Albany Dental for approximately 20 years. During that time I have always found the staff to be thoroughly professional, supportive and kind. Recently I needed an emergency appointment after breaking a tooth on Christmas Day. Albany Dental were outstanding and fitted me in for an emergency appointment and did a marvellous job rebuilding the tooth. I have nothing but admiration for their dental practice! All the way through the process my confidence in Dr H's knowledge, experience and skill grew and grew. We do our 6monthly cleans/checkups and never have any problems because we go to the dentists regularly and there very affordable and look after the families. The dentist and My children are the ones who usually reminds me that we are due for our clean. The staff have been there for a long time and there so friendly.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment today to assess my wisdom teeth Steph and Emma are seriously the best I've never ever had teeth out in my life petrified as I've never had a great dental experience , I suffer from mental health and adult adhd witch the ladies made sure whilst I was going through this procedure that I was calm and never in pain 30mins later my wisdom tooth was out 12 hrs later minor pain manageable with paracetamol if your scared of getting your wisdoms out or is your first extraction. I couldn't recommend them enough I left there with the biggest smile on my face and you will too Keep up the loving caring work Thanks kindly Matt

Fantastic experience: We have continued to travel each 6 months from Sydney to Gosford for our dental care. Our children in their 30’s do the same. Last year our busy daughters decided to find somewhere local in Sydney. It took one visit for them to decide the care, dental expertise, holistic approach and price did not compare and that travel back to Albany street was definitely going to be permanently booked into their calendar. Thanks to the amazing staff from the owners down, it is a dental practice like no other.

Fantastic experience: I just had a 2hr complete tooth reconstruction and what could have been a dreadful ordeal was made as comfortable as possible and completely painfree. All three dentists are wonderful and highly skilled; as well they take the time to explain everything, answer questions and address fears. All the staff are so friendly and I thoroughly recommend them.
