Clarity Dental Care

Fantastic experience: Clarity Dental is honestly great. The place is super clean and welcoming, and the waiting area is really nice and comfy. The staff are always friendly and make you feel at ease, and the dentist explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and gives really good advice. Everything feels professional but relaxed at the same time, which makes the whole experience a lot less stressful.

Fantastic experience: Dilly is exceptional. If you are nervous and/or have complex work required or you are fussy he is your dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of different dentists and have always avoided/been nervous about going to dentists. That was until I found Natascha at Clarity Dental! She is amazing and always makes me feel very comfortable. The whole team there is lovely, very transparent about heir pricing and they try to make their practices as eco friendly as possible. I don’t live very close to Mornington anymore but I always make the trip down just because I’ve never been to a dentist so good!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love clarity dental care. I have been a patient there for many years however, after becoming a new mum, trips to the dentist look very different now. The ladies today were absolutely amazing, I mentioned that my son will most likely get cranky in the pram so they asked for his favourite show and put it on the TV! Not only did they keep him happy, they also eased my anxiety knowing he was entertained. Everyone is so professional and welcoming. I truely enjoy going to the dentist (never thought I’d say that)!!

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist. Hate hate hate. I also don’t leave reviews and created a gmail account just so I could leave this review. I visited clarity dental care yesterday and met Dr Dilly, I even considered phoning the dentist yesterday to cancel my appointment because I was so scared to go. I am so glad I didn’t cancel. I am needing cosmetic work and corrections done. I had been running away from doing it because I hate the dentist so much, but I know it’s necessary. Dr Dilly is so warm and inviting, patient, answers every question you have. You don’t feel rushed and you don’t feel nervous with him. He has mapped out a clear plan of procedures that I need done with appointments and goals to reach my dream smile. For the first time, I am excited to be going and doing dental work, I never thought I’d say that. I’m so excited for the months to come to see my results. The team there are all lovely and friendly and are very caring and calming. If you are nervous about the dentist and hate going. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I’m so glad I found them.

My husband came in to see Dilly, for a second opinion, as his front teeth were in disrepair. He no longer smiled, in photos (unless forced), and wasn't happy with the way he looked. Dilly and his beautiful team were so kind and professional and there was no doubt from the first appointment that my husband had found the right Dentist after many years. Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dentist! I called after experiencing severe toothache and experienced great service throughout. They were able to fit me in with a cancelation at short notice. Dr Dilly has an outstanding way with patients and put me at ease throughout. I felt no pain whatsoever during the procedure and even when the anaesthetic wore off I felt nothing. I received very clear information on costings prior to treatment and great advice from Kiran after the appointment. I am very happy to have found a great dentist. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: By far the best Dental Clinic I’ve ever been to. I decided to head into Clarity to get a wisdom tooth removed, in the lead up to the removal my appointments were quick and productive. Dr Dilly is very honest and kind in handling something that would usually be nerve racking. I got my wisdom tooth removed with little to no swelling and only a little bit tender in the recovery but no pain. Dr Dilly was gentle and speedy through this procedure and the dental nurses and reception were so friendly and caring. The price is very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Location is readily accessible and near Bentons shopping centre for any of your extra needs, Site is trendy, comfortable and accommodates children well with ipads and toys, also papers and magazines for the adults, Onsite toilets and free coffee for the wait is very helpful. Staff are friendly, smiling , warm and resposive. Dilly is my dentist and has a warm, calming, professional manner with impeccable dentistry skills. I have never had a bad day in the chair with Dilly, Overall 5 out of 5 for Dilly and his staff. Thanks guys

Negative experience: Dilly was the best dentist but I wasn't impressed by the other staff. A filling I had done on a molar tooth just fell out after 8 months. I don't know what the dentist did but the filled tooth felt very small, like a baby tooth. It definitely wasn't the size of an adult tooth once it was filled. Another dentist rubbed my gum vigorously after putting the numbing gel on it. I couldn't understand why and it bordered on painful. Another time I was told I didn't need the anaesthetic before drilling. I wasn't given a choice. I won't be going back!!

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful dental clinic. When you first walk in, it feels like you are about to get a spa treatment. Beautiful and comfortable! There is also IPads available which was super helpful when I had to go to my appointment with my two boys. I hate going to the dentist and they make it such a nice experience. The staff are so kind and understanding. I highly recommend especially those who are nervous around dentists. They are also extremely patient with my boys. They actually like going to the dentist!!!
