Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Hasan for a wisdom tooth extraction. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure, which helped ease some of my nerves. I was still quite anxious, but before I even realised it, he said the procedure was done! His expertise is absolutely outstanding—I’ve never met such a skilled and gentle dental surgeon. I truly feel blessed to have been treated by him and cannot recommend him highly enough!

I originally booked a routine cleaning with Dr. Chang, who was incredibly gentle and informative - she took the time to explain everything about proper tooth maintenance, and my teeth have never felt this clean or refreshed. I also had my wisdom tooth removed over the weekend by Dr. Hassan. I’d never had a tooth extracted before and was really anxious due to the impaction, but he explained the whole process clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Even though it was severely impacted, the extraction took just 15 minutes quick and painless! Having experienced high-quality dental care in Europe, I can confidently say this clinic meets - if not exceeds, those standards. The service is outstanding, the front desk staff are lovely, and the pricing is completely transparent. If you’re going anywhere in Bankstown, this should be your first choice! Fantastic experience: It was my first time booking with this practice and I booked with Dr. Chun Tai Chang. I haven't been to the dentist in 3 years because the last time I went, I had a lot of pain but the dentist didn't seem to care and I paid hundreds to be told nothings wrong. However, my experience here has completely changed my view of getting check ups! Dr Chun Tai Chang was so informative and taught me things about my teeth that I never knew such as proper brushing technique and pressure. For the first time I actually felt like a dentist took care with my teeth. She showed me photos of my teeth and explained each photo as well. I got my fillings done by her too and that was excellent. Also the receptionist is so friendly and nice! Overall I love this practice I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I visited primary dental Bankstown last week for my wisdom tooth issues. Dr Hasan did my wisdom tooth take out. It was so painless and smooth that’s beyond my expectation. I recommended him one of the best oral surgeon for wisdom tooth extraction.

Fantastic experience: Firstly the receptionist is amazing - a bubbling empathetic young lady who is great at putting you at ease, especially since I had not seen a dentist for 10 years. Secondly Dr Joul was a wonderful patient gentleman who showed understanding of my situation without judgement. We devised a treatment plan and he showed me clearly why some things were more important than others. He did the cleaning and descaling himself and the results are amazing. The few fillings completed on the first visit feel strong and look great. I can thoroughly recommend this gentle but very experienced Dentist The only blemish to the visit was not being able to process the bill to my HCF account and just pay the gap. I have never had this problem before.

Negative experience: I had my son went there with wobbly tooth (milk tooth) that needs to be removed because the big tooth has started coming out. I was charged for $200 out of pocket after health insurance claim. Highly overcharged and feel ripped off! Previously I went to a different dentist with my other son and they only charge around $100 mark. Definitely not coming back and not recommended

I initially visited the Ingleburn centre but had the removal done in the chair at Bankstown but both sites are great. Throughout the whole experience, I felt genuinely cared for. Fantastic experience: Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction yesterday and I was absolutely petrified. Highly recommend Dr Sara! I have a big fear of dentists and was about to walk out 10 times but she was very patient with me and gave me all the time and reassurance that I needed. The procedure was over within minutes and I experienced no pain or discomfort at all. I was also expecting to have some pain after the numbing wore off but even then I felt no pain at all. Dr Sara has got magical hands and I am so glad to have met her because she has definitely helped me face my fears and now I dont stress about my dentist appointments anymore. Fantastic experience: Well what can I say about the absolutely amazing service I have received from Dr Mokerrom Hasan & all of his awesome staff at Primary Dental Bankstown. If I could honestly give more than a 5 star rating I would, as that is how completely satisfied I am with Dr Hasan. My journey started off with going to see Dr Hasan in the middle of last year as I had the most horrible looking teeth, that were just giving me pain all the time. Dr Hasan done what I asked & started to remove my back teeth that nobody could see & that were giving me the worst pain. After a few months I knew I was running out of teeth to get pulled out & this is when I approached Dr Hasan about what would be some options I could do to fix my whole lot of teeth, as by now I was becoming very embarrassed & never wanted to smile. Dr Hasan explained each of the options I could do in great detail & I finally made the decision to have done a “All on four implants with full mouth rehabilitation”. Now take it from me, I hate any type of pain & this meant I had to get every tooth that was still in my mouth removed. But Dr Hasan was just so awesome, he listened to my concerns regarding my pain levels & I can honestly say I did not feel a thing when all of my teeth were extracted. Then the next part of the process was to fit some temporary teeth in my mouth, as I had to let my whole mouth heal for roughly 3 months before I could be fitted with my new sparkling white teeth. Dr Hasan then took many photos of my mouth area so he could send them off to the lab where they actually make the proper teeth that I will have for the rest of my life. After the 3 months, Dr Hasan & his team then fitted me with the final product that had been specifically made to fit my mouth perfectly. I could not believe the difference my new teeth had made, you literally could not wipe the smile off my face. I had always said from the start to Dr Hasan that at the end of this process I wanted to have a big “Hollywood Smile” & Dr Hasan gave me exactly what I had asked for. Dr Hasan is a total legend of a dentist, I cannot recommend both himself & his team any higher they understood what I wanted, they listened to my concerns & they delivered on what they had promised me from the start. Thanks again Dr Hasan & all the staff that I dealt with at Primary Dental Bankstown. You guys are awesome.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. M Hasan for a surgical tooth extraction of my rotten wisdom tooth. He was by far, the most gentle and professional dentist I’ve ever seen. He had my tooth out and stitched up in 20 minutes. Not only was the doctor fantastic but all of his Dental nurses were amazing and very professional, the receptionist Jess was fantastic and everyone was very friendly, I did not feel 1 ounce of pain.

Negative experience: I went into this clinic after getting a appointment scheduled and i was treated like a little kid. The dentist was raising her voice as if i was an idot. I dont recommend anyone going here and i will never be going here either. I hope you change ur attitude towards ur customers.

Fantastic experience: Went for consultation and teeth removal. The team is very helpful. Dr Richa Jain is an amazing dentist. Really took care of the patient during the tooth removal procedure and kept asking during the process if I was okay. I mean that was great and really exceptional. Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting customer service. Got my call back as requested and whoever that lady was has no customer service skills whatsoever. Rude abrupt and no professionalism. Hung the phone up on me while I was still talking. Didn't even give me any consideration. Nasty as. All I managed was to book the appointment but to hang up on me yeah NAH. Received confirmation of appointment by text and I replied yes then decided no thanks if that's the disgusting type of service u provide I don't want ya dentist touching me. I've booked elsewhere. Teach yr staff common courtesy and customer service skills bc your lose more business not that I care . I've found a much nicer dentist. ZERO STARS FOR YOU

She is so professional, gentle, respectful, and takes her time explaining everything thoroughly. She even called to check on me after my tooth extraction which I found so comforting. Negative experience: Definitely not recommended. My partner and I booked a general check up and clean. Their website says $199 for this including X-rays and fluoride treatment for a new patient. I called to request a pricing for existing patients and was quoted $225. How can they justify charging us $720. How can Dr Noor Hindo think it is ok to rip people off this way? Is that why she was asking what we do for a living, to see how much she could get away in ripping us off?? How can this practice have the audacity to tell me that it depends on the dentist whether they give you a discount or not! How is it that other places offer the same services for less than $200? I have requested to have this escalated and have been advised by the practice manager that it will be looked into. If there is no resolution to this overcharges, I will take it further.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO!!! All i asked for was Glue, thats it. Cut too, ME NOT BEING ABLE TO CLOSE MY MOUTH. Teeth hitting each other, that she had to SAW THEM DOWN. Now i have crocked rough TEETH!!! but they will act like they care, of course. ALSO they CHOOSE THE PRICE ON THE SPOT. whatever they decide lololol. Miss this place

Fantastic experience: We visited the hospital to sort out few issues with my daughters teeth. The doctor was super friendly and transparent. She made my daughter really comfortable and she was super happy with the appointment which is not usual for dentistry appointment. Highly recommended .

Fantastic experience: Very good dental clinic. From reception to doctor everyone is very polite, professional. I went to Dr. Mokerrom Hasan today for my wisdom tooth extraction. The procedure was so easy and painless! He took time and did his job perfectly! I've seen lots of dentists in my life so far, but Dr. Hasan is the best. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Let me say by this is by far the best dentist I have been to - amazing customer service by Farah, she made my partner and I feel welcomed on top of being knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Just to make mention of Dr Jeffrey’s services that I’m fully satisfied and happy with his services. He’s very gentle on treating my teeth and really take care of my teeth. He’s a very friendly Dentist and he’s got a very soft touch. Primary Health should also look after him and let him stay to continue his dental services.

Positive experience: I saw Dr Aung for the very first time. A very humble man & I felt very comfortable as a patient very pleasant & easy to communicate with. I have known Dr Aung when he was assisting the late Dr Portia. Happy with the treatment I have received. With Dr Grace, My husband came in to get his wisdom tooth removed, the male Dentist that originally saw him, which he was a junior doctor back than could not perform the treatment, Dr Grace jumped in to the rescue. she also saw my son for his braces & very happy with the results and have referred my family members to her, would recommend Dr Grace for braces.
