Fantastic experience: I had a number of visits to the clinic. Each time I was welcomed and given plenty of information (with pictures) as to the condition of my teeth. My fault for avoiding dental appointments. Lots of rebuilding, you can never get use to the work being done as you lie there, but there was no physical pain and I was always warned if there may be a jolt. Worse part was afterwards having to drink coffee using a straw.

Fantastic experience: Just the most wonderful people that greet you with kindness and understanding. My whole family attends here and I wouldn’t look at going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: A week into a visit from the UK to be with our daughters, one of my crowns popped out! Albany Creek Dental was recommended to me and I got an appointment the following day. That in itself was fantastic! I saw Dr Harvey Sandhu who was caring and extremely professional in carrying out some remedial work before refitting the crown. To be perfectly honest, the tooth feels significantly better than it did before the crown came out! A massive thank you to Dr Harvey and all the staff at Albany Creek Dental. Should I require any dental work in the future, I know exactly where I will go.

Fantastic experience: When it comes to seeing the dentist, I avoid an office like it has covid. Finally had to see a dentist as I cracked a filling and a tooth. So the dentist I saw was awesome. Never ever would I have ever been relaxed enough to fall asleep getting dental work. But this time was different, I started dozing off twice. This is a testament to the great skill and touch of my dentist. Nisha Baria has my vote of confidence and am actually looking forward to seeing her again. Something I never ever said about any other dentist.

Fantastic experience: My tooth was pain full when I ate and this lovely lady dentist Cathy said my tooth was fractured in 2 places and my old dentist should have not filled it but taken it out. I have now found an amazing dentist and felt so comfortable and the ladies are so lovely so thank you 10 out of 10

Fantastic experience: Great news no fillings and a the best tender hands and instruments used on my sensitive gums and teeth. Have been to many Dentists over the last 2 years due to having braces again at 58 years old. Dr Harvey is by far the most gentle and understanding person . He explains everything in detail and plans for future dental work.

The clinic is beautiful inside with relaxing music and even Netflix in every room! Dr Cathy is bubbly and cheerful and my new favourite dentist! No rushing you or feeling like they are time pressured which I have felt at other practices in the past. Never any rushing and thoroughly answers you with a good solution. Clearly explains things fully. Also no pressure being on a budget either. Super genuine and fabulous at her job. Fantastic experience: A very caring and professional practice. Always greeted with smiles, no pun intended. Before any treatment begins, the treatment is explained and if there are any options they were explained also. The dental nurses are skilful and very reassuring also. I have felt at ease from the very first visit and subsequent treatments.

Fantastic experience: OMG!! Never met a better group of caring and giving people. I went in with knowledge of new owners, that I needed a LOT of work done and hoping a I could get a payment plan for a broken top front tooth. When I found out the cost, I stated that I couldn't afford it and that I was sorry for the waste of their time. My dentist went on to coax me into staying just a little and when she had come back she had spoken to her boss and he had advised that they would fix my entire mouth for FREE, yes you heard right FREE. I cried with joy and they began their work. I briefly met the boss and he didn't seem to want any thanks or praise he was just happy to have helped someone. I cannot recommend them more highly. The work standard is 110% and so are the lovely people who work there. :) I hope that this message encourages people in the area to try their services as I felt like I had won Lotto yesterday. The Hygienist and her Assistant introduced themselves straight away and were very friendly and easy to talk to. Firstly, they updated and discussed my health history with me. I truly canNOT praise the dentists and staff at this surgery enough…Dr Harvey is just incredible. He is so very patient, kind and explains exactly what will be happening. My kids used to go to Dr Stephenson when they were young too and they loved him and were never scared going to the dentist!!!
