Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Vagisha Baveja today for a chipped front tooth and had such a positive experience. I’m quite an anxious patient and very particular about my teeth, so I was nervous about finding a new dentist after moving here recently. Dr. Baveja was incredibly patient, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The repair looks great and very natural. I felt well looked after and confident in her care. I’ll most certainly be returning and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gentle and professional dentist.

Fantastic experience: My Daughter (11) and I see Dr MJ at Dental Sanctuary. Elsie has had to have a number baby teeth extracted over the past 12 months and I just wanted to share how beautiful Dr MJ is. Aside from being an experienced professional, she is just such a caring, gentle person. I’ve also had a crown and other work done myself. I’ve always felt so welcome and never rushed. Dr MJ takes her time with everything she does. She’s a keeper as a Dentist ❤️ It is also a fabulous, high-tech surgery and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Dr. Teo and his assistant Sarah were terrific with myself and our two kids during our recent dental check-ups and cleaning. From the moment we arrived, they made sure we were comfortable, explained each step of the process clearly, and encouraged questions along the way. They work together as an effective team, and both have a genuinely warm bedside manner that put us all at ease. It is not often you leave the dentist feeling this well cared for. Helpful in my case as i was well overdue for a visit! To top it off, they provided us with three $50 vouchers for our next visit. Nice touch. A truly 5-star experience for the whole family. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Dental Sanctuary for over six years and can honestly say every appointment has been a pleasure to attend! I moved out of Sydney three years ago and now travel from 4 hours drive away because I am such a fan of Dr Min Jin! The rest of the staff are always welcoming, friendly and professional. I have compared the prices for a splint (for grinding) and whitening with other practices in the area and Dental Sanctuary is very reasonable in comparison. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding first experience for my 5 year old son here with Dr Nick Teo. Firstly the reception is warm and welcoming with a kids area that really eased his anxiety of visiting the dentist Upon entry into the room - my son was treated like a rockstar. Chair reclined just right, Dr Teo is a natural with kids and made him feel just at ease. I appreciated Dr Teo speaking to my son, asking him if he had any questions and generally making HIM feel like he was important as too many dentists would just defer to parents only which could make the kids feel unimportant. Of course after speaking to my son and turning on his fave show (headphones on too!), Dr Teo spoke with me about his teeth cleaning routines, tips and answered all my questions with no judgment. The experience was so good, my son immediately asked me ‘when am I going back?’ And yes, I will also be visiting Dr Teo for my dental check ups from now on!

Fantastic experience: I visited Dental Sanctuary for a checkup and clean today. I walked in and instantly felt at ease as I was greeted by the welcoming and smiling receptionist. I was then treated by Dr MJ and Yui who were both skilled and well-informed, but also kind and supportive, making me feel at ease throughout the entirety of my appointment. They walked me through the process every step of the way and made sure I always felt comfortable, regularly checking in to ensure I was doing ok. Fantastic experience: First time to this clinic - chose based on great reviews on the CREMORNE Facebook page as well as google. Clinic is in a great location heaps of street parking available. Dr Chloe was fantastic, has been way too long since I have had a clean or check up. Very professional and caring dentist, I don’t have any problem with going to the dentist but would recommend Dr Chloe if you are a nervous or cautious person heading into the dentist. Great music playing around the clinic and Netflix while you’re getting your clean. Have booked in again and definitely would recommend this clinic without hesitation

Fantastic experience: Having been dentally traumatised by years of mechanical and at times brutal dentistry, discovering Dr. MJ and her team was a revelation. What a difference! They are gentle, compassionate, empathetic and highly skilled. She explains clearly in understandable terms what the issues are and what options are available. She focuses on reducing the stress of having dental work done, and specialises in pain mitigation like nobody else I’ve met - to the extent that there’s almost none. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been so impressed and happy with Dr. MJ at Dental Sanctuary. She is fantastic and so good with children. My son has a small complication and she has been really good in explaining all the options and helped me pick one. Additionally, the customer service is amazing, the reception ladies are so welcoming. When I was paying for the consultation my Bupa card wasn't working and the lady at the reception was really patient and suggested I download a digital copy of the card and that worked in scanning the card and get my cover working. I couldn't recommend more the Dental Sanctuary!

Fantastic experience: Feel compelled to write a review as they are such a great clinic! And had a great visit today with my 17 month old daughter. My daughter was the patient and I made the appointment because she was so grumpy and I wanted a dentist to check out her mouth and confirm if it was teething related as we’d had a horror week with tears at daycare, broken sleep and food refusal. Also wanted a dentist to have a good look, because the specialist peadatric dentist I took her too at around 11 months didn’t even look in her mouth for more than 2 seconds and charged me $250+ and just sent us home with a cheap baby toothbrush. I got an appointment quickly (next day, thanks to the super helpful receptionist) and the dentist I was lucky to be in with (MJ) was beyond lovely. I explained I was a bit worried my daughter was teething, but because of her level of irritability there could be a bigger issue. Also explained I found it really hard to get her to brush her teeth or look in her mouth as she likes to control everything put in her mouth (she was BLW and attended daycare from a young age so feeds herself) and I was worried that she could have more plaque build up. Honestly MJ was just such a great dentist. She was really reassuring and she didn’t make me feel bad for having a strong willed child that doesn’t like a toothbrush put in her mouth. She was also great with my daughter, and efficiently and as quickly as possible checked out her mouth and probed the inflamed gums. I will definitely be back and I will be taking my daughter here from now on going forward as the level of care she got in this visit was a million times better than the attention she got when I conscientiously booked her in with a dedicated paediatric dentist after she had her first handful of teeth.

I called this morning complaining of a severe toothache; they squeezed me in at late notice and Dr MJ talked me through the issue, what was needed to fix it (root canal) and proceeded to complete the procedure while I really didn’t feel a thing. They are a lovely team, great way about them, very friendly, professional and I really appreciated the most important outcome… no more pain! Couldn’t rate higher.
