Fantastic experience: I have had such a wonderful experience with Dental Fresh so far! My initial consultation with Dr Angela was incredibly thorough - she spoke me through every step and we had a great discussion about my dental goals and options. I then had a very comprehensive cleaning with Reagan, who really put me at ease throughout the appointment and gave me some great dental hygiene tips and product recommendations. Judi on reception is also so welcoming and has been fantastic when booking appointments over the phone. My experience has been nothing but positive and I’m excited to continue my dental journey with the team! ✨

Both my adult son and teenage daughter are extremely happy patients of Dental Fresh, my wife will be in very soon for a checkup. Fantastic experience: Amazing team! Angela did an amazing job fixing the chip on my tooth, used all the different colours to get it right and now you cant tell the difference. Can tell they really care and want the best for you.

Fantastic experience: When sitting under the spot light of a dentist chair you will know straight away that you are in good hands when you're dentist find the reason for your pain and goes beyond the dental work in a relaxing and professional way for you to understand the reasons and the causes of your dental condition. I was very lucky to be treated by Dr Ryan O'Halloran which demonstrated all the above and more in a very skilled and professional way. My follow up root canal treatment done by the most energetic and happy skilled dentist Dr Angela Merlano and her assistant Sophie. Dr Angela took her time and explained her steps of my root canal treatment in a very clear way follow up with some X-rays images.great work Angela ! Fantastic experience: 10/10 would highly recommend. I had my teeth cleaned by Grace the hygienist and she did such a thorough job moving between cleaning manually and using the cleaning devices. They have never looked or felt better. Grace also explained everything in detail and gave me recommendations to keep my teeth healthy. Jess the receptionist was a saviour helping me find the place! Fantastic experience: Naturally being very attentive to details, having an internal spirit level calibrated to the micron, hailing from families who are obsessionally perfectionistic, (work in design, art, engineering), having close friends who are brilliant cosmetic dentists and maxillofacial surgeons (but live/work overseas) were all the reasons I kept stalling on my one single front tooth. The hardest crown matching job. Mel and her team (Rob and Alana) did not disappoint. They journeyed with me long haul over a two year period, as I had to get periodontal/implant prep work done prior. Their patience and commitment in creating and fitting the perfect tooth is unmatched with any dentist I've been to over several decades here in Sydney. (This tooth has been the bane of my existence; it's been opened by dentists, endodontists, periodontists, over several surgeries, so I've seen my fair share of 'professionals' here) I cannot express enough what a relief it is to be supported by a team of dental health professionals who take pride in their work, are meticulously attentive to detail, are transparent with their process and exhibit a highly professional work ethic. Mel actually cares and cares about doing a job well done. She and her team have sharp eyes for the kind of details most people miss. (IFKYK) Brilliant work! I'm very pleased with my tooth and happy I've found my general dentist in Sydney now, but anyone needing crown/cosmetic work - Mel & Dental Fresh reign supreme.

Negative experience: I got a cleaning here while visiting Sydney and while my teeth felt super polished and clean after, they told me I had several cavities that needed to be filled, which I confirmed from other dentists was not the case. It seems they were attempting to extract more money from me as a cash customer. The next dentist I saw also said they slacked on cleaning behind my retainer where plaque builds up so I needed to have another cleaning just weeks later from another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I presented a large project to the team after years of neglect. I required implants, veneers and a whole bunch of other things. I was given a breakdown of costs and a timeline. Fantastic experience: I belong to that group of people who attend dental appointments with trepidation and extreme reluctance. However, at Dental Fresh, Bondi Junction, even the most intimidated is put at ease by the warm and friendly ambience. My first session with the Dental Hygienist, Rosie Kim, was an impressive surprise - she was thorough but gentle, a highly capable professional. For the first time, the cleaning did not generate the usual anxiety for me. Furthermore, my husband’s exuberant recommendation of his dentist, Dr Nilesh Measuria, was highly justified.

Fantastic experience: I'm one of those people who always hated the dentist, would go for years without a check-up or could never find one I trusted. But since being recommended to Dental Fresh its been a really good experience. The team there are lovely and welcoming. I'm always well informed and given options where possible about what the next step should be. The technology there is great, never worry about getting my anaesthetic injection anymore! I live on the Northern Beaches and happily make the trip to Bondi Junction for my appointments. Dentists are like hairdressers, when you find a good one, you stick with them!

Negative experience: The clinic is often overcrowded, and they have a major issue with scheduling. My child had an appointment, we arrived on time only to be turned back because our doctor was running late. First they told us to wait 10 minutes, and after 15 minutes they suggested rescheduling. We had to leave without any treatment and it was a massive waste of time for me and the children as I had to bring my second child with us. I was so disappointed as we spent a lot of time driving, parking, walking, etc just to be turned around. What a waste of the afternoon. I would not recommend attending this clinic if you are a busy person and can’t afford wasting time on waiting or rescheduling your appointments.

Fantastic experience: I saw Alannah for a hygiene appointment, and from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who instantly made me feel at ease. Alannah was so thorough and I left feeling so clean! I would recommend dental fresh and would go back for any future treatments.

Fantastic experience: Dental Fresh is a great dental clinic. Everyone there is warm and friendly and I am always greeted by name by all the staff. Alannah the hygienist is meticulous and thorough but very gentle, and uses the latest methods and technology. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Melissa Anderson. I have had some very distressing experiences in the past, so suffer great anxiety about visiting dentists. But Melissa is finally curing me of that ! I trust her completely, she is warm and sympathetic but extremely professional and a good communicator who explains everything clearly. I have never had any pain or discomfort during or after any treatment with her, whether simple or more complex. I have been visiting DF for a few years, and even though I now live an hour away and could easily find a local dentist, it is well worth the trip. I could not recommend Dental Fresh more highly.

Fantastic experience: Dr Melissa Anderson is an exceptional dentist. She's highly skilled, incredibly thorough and takes great care. She's also a great communicator, really friendly but always professional.... simply the best dentist I've ever had. I've been seeing her for more than 10 years and followed her to Dental Fresh, which is nowhere near my home (but always worth the trip). The oral hygienists have all been great too. My favourite is Alannah, she's amazing. Best clean I've ever had. Highly recommend this practice. There is good energy here, all the team are helpful and friendly.

I was online and watched a video about All on 4 and was impressed, so I made an appointment. All the staff are wonderful and the dentist was so gentle and put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I had a FRONT tooth filling fall out last night. I was FREAKING out as I was going on a live television show at 1145am that next morning. I called up at 8am in the morning to get an appointment and explained my plight, after calling 8 other places to no avail, and the beautiful Eli said she would call me back in 5 mins. She called me back in 4 mins and told me they had an appointment for me at 1010. I was so very thrilled. I then found out that Dr Mel had been called in on her day off to help me. I cannot tell you how amazing this place is. I have now made another booking to get all my major work done, which will be around $40,000 in their pocket and an amazing new smile for me. This was so important for me as I am actor. Thank you so much ladies. And the job that was done is temporary as it needs to be replaced with an implant, yet, the job done, was that of an artist.

Alannah the dentist is wonderful. She is very professional, patient, compassionate, empathetic, gentle and communicative. My daughters got their teeth removed and they were still happy and proud to come back! It took me 6 years to finally find the right place. We are so grateful to have them now for the whole family. Fantastic experience: Dealing with a dementia patient that requires several teeth being extracted is definitely not the dream client ! However the entire team at dental fresh were so genuine and caring every step of the way for my dad. They were gracious when my form filling out was a bit disorganised and followed up repeatedly and kindly. The anethesist went the extra mile with their engagement and putting me at ease with their safety. Caring for a dad with Alzheimer’s means we constantly meet with medical people and care and I must say we have never encountered this kind of genuine and professional experience anywhere. I’m so so grateful for Mel and her team. Thank you for treating my dad like a human being and making a tough situation perfectly smooth. I will always be grateful as is his carer who was also touched by the experience and care shown. I would highly recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: I really can't remember how many years I've been coming to Dental Fresh. I found them at a time when I desperately needed dental support in relation to chronic periodontal disease. They worked with me to work out a plan that was best for me and did a great job delivering on the promise. Today, I still see them regularly for all my dental care (mainly health checks and cleans). They're focused on total customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and in my view reflect the latest in skills and technologies. On top of all that their rates are transparent and more than reasonable......what a find! In summary; I highly recommend Rob and his great team at Dental Fresh.

I’ve had no complications and I feel amazing and like my confident self again. I’m actually a little sad not to be seeing you all for another 18months… but it’s all ready marked on my calendar.
