Fantastic experience: Just visited Our medical Dental for the first time in Crowsnest and couldn’t be happier . I was looked after by Tash and my dentist was Dr Sook Ling . From the moment I walked in I was looked after , Tash called me to check that I knew how to make it to the dental practice and was so lovely and caring. Sook ling was very thorough with my check and clean , and gave me advice on a better tooth brush I can use and floss samples. Will definitely be back , thanks again for the great service :)

Fantastic experience: I generally don’t enjoy visiting the dentist, but my first experience at Our Medical Dental (13-19 Willoughby Rd, Crows Nest) was genuinely impressive. Fantastic experience: Recently went to a different dentist re a wisdom tooth issue. I was told it needed to come out. I didn’t do it on that day and subsequently it started to pain, went to Cyril Liu to presumably get it removed, turned out after careful exam with a ct scan that the tooth was healthy and it was the tooth in front was the issue…. I almost lost two teeth and thanks to Cyril Liu I now only lost one and my wisdom tooth will takes its place, can’t thank you enough

Fantastic experience: Had a routine dental appointment here today for the first time and was looked after by Dr Shevani. She was very professional and caring, making me feel at ease. She kept me informed during the whole appointment explaining what she was doing and showed me the photos and X-rays at the end. Her dental nurse (unfortunately didn't catch her name, but I think is Japanese) was also very professional and caring, they worked very well together as a team, organised and tidy. I look forward to my next appointment here and will be referring my friends!

Fantastic experience: All the dentists are so great and super friendly. They all paid great attention to my teeth during my regular check up and cleans. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a dentist appointment. They also take the time to get to know me as a patient as well as making me feel calm and heard. The dental assistants are all super lovely, reassuring me during the appointment and take the time to introduce themselves at the beginning. The receptionists and clara are also great as well. So friendly!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional. I did not feel any pain at all. Dr Shevani was very attentive throughout the whole experience. And always attentive not to make me fell pain.

Negative experience: Had a difficult and fairly brutal wisdom tooth extraction about 3 weeks ago which took 1.5 hrs and required the tooth to be cut out in pieces. After the ordeal of an extraction they did not have disolvable stitches or perscription pad. This required me to see a doctor downstairs which took 1.5 hrs waiting while in discomfort and pain to get antibiotics (and no painkillers) from the doctor. After a week I got a severe infection requiring me to go back to dentist to get antibiotics and oxy painkillers. A couple of weeks later I returned to get the stitches removed. This took about 6 or 7 minutes and I was given a bill for $168 incl an item for non-surgery related procedure (the stitches!) and an xray I was not asked to have. I didnt even know I was getting an xray as the xray plate was literally jammed in my mouth painfully just to make extra money from me. Knowing I was extremely annoyed they did refund me the $168. I am really, really not impressed with their work and just plain dishonestly trying to charge as much as possible. My wife even went in there to get details of how to make a complaint she was so angry with the treatment. Bizarrely they also kept trying to get me to have my teeth cleaned for extra profit I assume. I could barely even open my mouth after surgery for weeks.

Negative experience: I previously attended this dental practice. The dentist does not provide a comprehensive check up, and would not even properly look at my teeth. They also recommend an expensive splint that did not end up helping, without explaining any possible downsides or considering my individual circumstances. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: After having a filling fall out and the usual freak out afterwards, I booked an appointment with Dr Eric and his team. As someone who hadn’t been to the dentist since covid happened and has anxiety of dentists I could not fault Eric and the team. Everything was explained to me upfront , and all through the process. Dr Eric was comforting and calm and the rest of his team just made me feel at ease. All costs were explained to me upfront and was even helped by Eric after my appointment to put a claim through to my health fund. After having a few bad experiences with other dentists I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless and stress free for me it was , from booking online right to when I left the surgery. 6/5 stars easily. Having just moved into the neighbourhood I will be sure to take all my business to this amazing team.

Negative experience: I saw the dentist last week for a routine clean and check for the 2nd time- the dentist, Dr Eric Feng was great and had a good bedside manner. However, when I booked this appointment and asked the receptionist (she was of Indian background I think) whether it was a No Gap practice with AHM private health insurance - the answer was yes, we have no gap with all private health insurers. When I went to pay today and provided my Private insurance card, I got slapped with a gap of $145, which I wasnt expecting, and she said the no gap was only for first time customers which wasnt explained to me when I booked on the phone (she could see from the records I've been there before when I told her my name). I felt I was misled into booking this appointment with a cost I wasnt expecting by the receptionist giving me misleading information. I wouldnt have booked this appointment and gone to a different dentist with no gap (e.g. Pacific Smiles). Extremely dissatisfied about being provided misleading information and will not be returning to this dental practice anymore.
