Fantastic experience: For someone petrified of the dentist chair my experience at Jindalee dentist was absolutely amazing.. The dentist and assistant worked well together. With the dentist speaking about each step for what she was doing, checking in with me through the process and had a very calm professional nature, I was at ease so much more. Fantastic experience: Amazing team. I have 3 young girls 2, 4 & 9 who all go here and we have only had positive experiences. My children are all on the spectrum and the women here are so understanding, patient and warm with them. All of my girls request to go here even when they don’t have appointments or need to actually go. The space is a calming atmosphere as well and is always clean and tidy. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: As it states a family dentist, from when you go there, you do feel part of a family. From the ladies on reception, to Val dental assistant who does her best to calm you down, especially someone like me who used to hate the dentist. Mick (Dentist) is probably the only dentist I have trusted all my life. He will explain, everything to you, on why he is doing this or that, and reassures you, that what he is doing is for the best. Very experienced dentist, who carries a lot of knowledge and experience. Just want to say a big thankyou to the entire team, for my new teeth

They will try and fit you in if you are in pain. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Hubby feels exactly the same. He can even go to the dentist all by himself - that says alot. Trust me!

I have always been nervous about visiting the dentist but the whole team makes you feel so comfortable from the lovely reception ladies, to the dental hygienists and the dentists themselves. Previous dentist’s I have been to have often told me things I needed to get which were unnecessary but I find at Jindalee Family Dental they only do what is necessary. I always highly recommended them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: A dental clinic worth writing about. I had been avoiding going to a dentist for too long. A toothache and some googling later, I called Jindalee Family Dental and am so glad I did. The 2 wonderful ladies on the front desk are kind and understanding. The dentist Priya was sweet and gental in nature. At no point did I get "tisked" about my poor dental history or set straight about flossing. It seemed important to her that my problem was fixed and I left happy and pain free instead of giving me unwanted advise. She was clear about the process and made sure I was confortable the whole way through. Nothing was too much trouble and truly felt like I was respected and the most important person in the room. I will be back because I don't want to go anywhere else. Thank you Jindalee Dental Team

Negative experience: I had a bad experience here. Came in with a toothache, very clear which tooth was causing the pain. However I was told they couldn't tell where the pain was coming from. I asked to be prescribed some pain killers and was told I won't need them and wasn't prescribed any, 3-4 hours later I started to experience pain and had to organise a doctors appointment at 9:30pm to get prescribed pain killers. In the end I payed over $300 and nothing solved, I had to attend another dentist two days later due to the pain. Thankfully this dentist sorted the problem for me with no issues. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Positive experience: The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. The team were able to accommodate my husband and I despite having limited availability. They were also fantastic with the kids and the kids are keen to come back which is a first! Personally, I felt the dentist did a great job although, if I’m honest, it did feel a little rougher than I have experienced with the previous practice I went to. Overall, Jindalee Family Dental did a wonderful job and I would he happy to use them again.

Well I can unhesitatingly say that both my wife and I are clients of Dr Mick and we have no qualms about visiting and trusting in Dr Mick. The other reviews echo our sentiments exactly. Dr Mick is so learned and knowledgeable in his craft and he is highly regarded and respected by the specialists that we consult. He is very gentle, softly spoken and hugely caring about one's dental care. I don't know how he does it but I never experience any pain or discomfort during each visit. I highly recommend that all parents and their children visit Dr Mick as I am confident that their children will never hesitate to visit a dentist again. His assistant Val is also a very caring person and goes a long way to make you relaxed and comfortable. Silke and Rachel (reception) are very welcoming, professional and fun to talk to. Fantastic experience: Soooo like many people I hated going to the dentist would put off going for years...9 to be exact, then my mum went to Jindalee Family Dental and said how amazing they were she had 2 fillings and didn't feel a thing impossible I thought. I still didn't go but then the dreaded abscess came and I had to go I couldn't keep using the oil of clove it was vile (it worked) .So off I went a nervous wreck and full of anxiety they were amazing from when I walked in made me feel so welcome and put me to ease. I've now got a Dental plan which is great I pay it off on afterpay so I don't even notice it gone out of my bank which is a bonus as it's soooo expensive if you don't have cover...which I'm now thinking of getting I never thought I would hear myself saying I'm going get Dental cover!!!!! Im on my 3rd visit now and don't get that dreaded feeling like omg ive got go the dentist in fact i like going.They really do give 5star treatment I definitely won't be going anywhere else other the Jindalee Family Dental thank you sooooo much to all the staff you really are AMAZING XX
