Dr. Isaac answers questions clearly, often using images to explain things, which makes it easy to feel confident and safe under his care. Fantastic experience: Dr Isaac will be the only dentist that I ever go to! He is everything you'd want in a dentist/healthcare professional. Knowledgeable in explaining and answering all your queries. Thorough in his assessment and cleaning of your teeth (you leave knowing every stain has been removed and every crevice has been checked). Gentle yet skilful with his manual work (no pain at a dentist?!). He also looks after you when it comes to cost. He won't overcharge and is worth every cent you spend. The staff at MyDentist are really lovely too. Steph is warm, friendly, and courteous which makes a world's difference when you're at the dentist, and the dental hygienist is dexterous/quick with the suctioning. You don't feel like you're drowning/choking in your saliva/blood etc. I've had many bad experiences at the dentist, but since seeing Dr Isaac at MyDentist West Ryde, I don't feel any anxiety about my teeth. I am a scary boo and the fact that my wisdom teeths were decayed and infected but Dr Isaac was so gentle and caring throughout the procedure that i actually dint have any issues neither any damage to my jaw or bone. Fantastic experience: Went to Dr. Isaac to get my wisdom tooth extracted. Started off with only getting one side removed due to fear of the pain and procedure. I chose to have my wisdom tooth extraction in the chair, as opposed to general anaesthetic. Isaac walked me through the procedure just before removal and went through applying numbing gel and local anaesthetic. Local anaesthetic was inserted through needle and just felt a sharp jab in 3-4 locations. Naturally, it was a little scary during the procedure (as I was awake) but due to the good application of anaesthetic by Isaac, felt no pain anywhere. I believe the whole surgery took around 50 minutes. My wisdom tooth was severely impacted as well, as it had basically gone horizontal. Considering that, I’d be inclined to say that Isaac and his team worked very efficiently and with minimal to no problems. Would highly recommend Isaac and the myDentist for in the chair wisdom tooth extraction, can definitely save some money and it isn’t as scary as I thought. Definitely looking forward to another job well done for the next surgery!

Fantastic experience: Dr Issac is a fantastic dentist. He has been looking after my family for a few years now and I have to see his work is first class and accurate. Dr Isaac and his wife offer excellent family orientated service at affordable prices. The premises is clean and well maintained. Plus the TV videos they play while you get your dentistry performed is a nice touch. I had the Clear Correct solution for alignment and it worked wonderfully, much cheaper than the Invisalign. Dr Issac managed every stage of the treatment to perfection. I highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Suh and Steph were very professional and kind :) I came in today and saw Dr Suh after I chipped my tooth from eating korean fried chicken :’( (no wonder it was so delicious) and i didn’t know where to go as I recently came back from Korea. It was the best dentist experience ever in my life as they were not in hurry to serve another patient! (My previous dentist served two patients at the same time... i was so worried about contamination and transmission of disease etc...)The procedure was not painful and Dr talked to me thoughout the procedure and tried to comfort me. I usually go back to the dentist to fix the height of filling as you wouldn’t know when your gums are numbed. I realised that my filling’s height is perfect, so i dont have to go again hehe but def coming back for check up and cleaning :) Highly recommended! 개인적으로 치과는 한국의사한테 받는게 좋아서 이스트우드 치과 가려고 했는데 귀찮아서 동네치과 갔어요. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Isaac recently for a toothache which had been giving me grief for a long time. Dr. Isaac was able to explain to me the cause of my pain and give me a thorough quote on treatment options available. Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Here you go, if you would like to loose a tooth or crown, ignore this review, as this is my experience with Isaac. I chose him as my dentist two years ago, and I visited him for regular check ups every 6 months. Also the main reason behind all these 5 star ratings, is because these people haven't checked Isaac's work with other dentists. If they do, they would know what he has done to their teeth. Last week I lost a crown due to the excessive decay built up underneath that crown gradually, and I wasn't notified nor warned about the possibility of such a thing during any of my visit. When I confronted him about what happened, his response was simple and straightforward: "I am not responsible for the crown or work of other dentists". So "trust" this person as your dentist if you have visited him the first time you have gone to a dentist, and are planning to stick with him for your whole life, so he might take some responsibility then. His only concern was to remove this review, which I refused. Also he showed me XRays and claimed he couldn't have detected the problem as the crown hides the internal decay underneath it. I have checked this with two dentists, and by looking at the xray, they have advised me this could have been detected as it is obvious from the edges of the crown that it hasn't fit properly (attached photo) and I should have been at least warned way earlier, and I could have saved it. Now I need to go through more complex operations to save the leftover of my tooth, if I can. This is on top of all other issues he has missed and I don't want to go over them. I am reporting this dentist to the medical board, as he needs to be supervised in his practice.

Fantastic experience: I thought I'd share my experience with Dr Suh and the team at My Dentist West Ryde. When I first chose to do the clear aligner therapy, Dr Suh advised me to get traditional braces as my case was quite bad. I was adamant about going through the clear aligner therapy (in hindsight, I definitely should have listened to him and taken the brace as it would have halved the treatment time). However after choosing the clear aligners, I have yet to meet a person who was as patient and professional as Dr Suh and Steph. Although the therapy dragged (my fault for choosing clear aligners) they always stayed positive and motivated me to look forward to the results. The results are night and day as far as I can see and I've attached some before and after pics. Dr Suh will be my family dentist for years to come. Some things to note: 1. If your dentist recommends braces, you should seriously consider the option even though it may not be cosmetically pleasing as it would cut down the treatment time considerably. 2. Clear aligners HURT! Especially in the first day or so when you change to a new one. I must say I wasn't quite ready for how much it hurts but it definitely hurts. 3. If you are choosing to do a dental treatment plan, look no further than Isaac Suh and the team at My Dentist West Ryde. Thanks again Isaac and Steph. You guys are amazing! Zane

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here for a check-up after she complained of a sore tooth. Great friendly professional staff, who did a thorough job with the check-up, as well as a difficult filling for my daughter. Despite the nerves my daughter had at a previous appointment at another dentist, here the staff were able to keep my daughter at ease, and do the filling with a minimum of fuss. Will definitely come back here again.

Stephanie keeps the front end of the clinic humming along while Issac is out the back weaving his magic. When i first came to them my teeth were in a pretty bad state and needed a lot of reconstructive work Over the years that followed they have done an exceptional job. Fantastic experience: My visit to Dr Issac was my first to a new dentist in over 20 years. As my previous dentist had retired, I had to look for a new dentist. Dr Issac came highly recommended. I found the practice to be modern and clean. My first visit was for my 6 monthly check up and clean. Dr Issac was approachable, friendly and made you feel very at ease. After my visit I had a few concerns about my check up. I called the practice and Dr Issac did not hesitate in organising for me to come back for another check up free of charge to go through my concerns. He took the time to explain and provide assurances to allay my concerns. I found Dr Issac to be honest and professional. I was so happy with the service provided that I have started taking my mum and sister to see Dr Issac as well.

Fantastic experience: Why Dr Isaac Suh deserves 5 stars. 1. In depth discussion on the health of your teeth before any procedure is done. I like to be well informed and establish a level of trust with my dentist. 2. I have sensitive gums and a lot of the previous dentist I have gone to are quite hard on my gums when cleaning, Dr Isaac Suh takes the time and care to frequently asking you questions if he is causing any unnecessary pain. 3. I had a veneer placed and whitening done. We went through a couple of available options of whitening procedures that could be done, all throughly explained. The end result.... I have a great confident smile thanks to Dr Isaac Suh. If you are looking for a dentist that you can trust and relax while on the chair, I highly recommend him to be your family dentist. No one cares more.

Fantastic experience: It's a very nice local dental clinic. The setting is morden, clean and family friendly. Dr Isaac and Steph are very lovely, professional and good with kids. My kids are not scared of going to the dentist anymore and told me Isaac is their favourite dentist. I had a positive experience for my root canal treatment as well. Dr Isaac is gentle so not much discomfort. He is also good at time management so I don't have to wait a long time for each appointment, which I used to experienced from other clinics. Fantastic experience: Hands down, best dentist I've ever been to. Isaac is really gentle, listens to and addresses your concerns, and gives you really good advice and education regarding your dental health. There's also a TV above you, so it's great for distracting kids (and adults!) when they're getting their teeth done. Stephanie and Isaac are a great team and make coming to the dentist actually enjoyable. Have already recommended them to others.
