Dr. Anna is incredibly gentle and absolutely brilliant at what she does. After she left her previous clinic, I was honestly devastated. My experience with another dentist in the meantime was awful—I was rushed out the door in just 7 minutes, and the procedure left me in pain, with nerves hit. Negative experience: We have been a customer of Grace dental and visited all three branch for many years and have been quiet happy but lately their customer service has been very bad experience and unpleasant to deal with. Many times putting you on hold and hang up on you. They care more about the money they make in their pocket rather than provide service they claim to promise you would be satisfied with. Management has time to reply to all complaints yet nothing has changed obviously as all complaints are repetitive of the previous ones. Do something about the complaints than to reply and claim to try to fix it . Be professional and step up your management skills.

Negative experience: My husband went to check a tooth pain - he was told that it was a root canal plus a crown with the option to have a 15% off the full price if he give them a good review ( correction: $15 Coles voucher in return of a good review) I told him to look for another opinion- he went to another dentist,… to his surprise the dentist said there was not a need for a root canal, neither a crown - he fixed the tooth for only $300 - problem solved. IN RESPONSE: In regards to the 15% discount you were right, my husband was given a Coles voucher for $15 - in return for a good review, and my husband put 5 star, as review for the voucher one of your dentist gave to him,….. the rest is true - inacceptable for a professional dentist

Fantastic experience: We have been visiting Grace Dental Edensor Park for our 6 month check-ups for a few years now. We have always been looked after well with kindness, patience and consideration by the team and especially our Dentist, Dr John Park. His very experienced and shows genuine care towards our dental health. The kids especially our youngest always leave with a smile on their face and that's a true reflection of their service. Would definitely recommend this place for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: After excruciating pain on my bottom far right tooth, I came in to see Dr Monica Nguyen. What a caring, gentle and delightful person she is. She did a thorough check on my teeth including x-rays and let me tell you - look after your teeth. She explained everything what is needed and thoroughly. I came in 2 weeks later to another severe toothache but now on my left hand side and she was just amazing and made me feel so at ease as the position of where the needle had to go in was very very painful. Did not feel a single thing. When she did my fiilings - amazing work again but unfortunately now I have a very sensitive tooth which of course I will address with her. She has been nothing but kind, caring, gentle and very reassuring. I have definitely found my new dentist :-)

Negative experience: In the past two years my whole family was checked our dental with Dental Grace. We didn’t have good experience. They seem to try to make money from your pocket. Their service is poor.

Positive experience: Called up and booked for a specific dentist as they had to repair a previous filling on a front chipped tooth, only to rock up to my appointment to find another dentist. Although the new dentist was great, they re charged me for a repair that they had initially fixed. Receptionist was rude also!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Belinda Cannon!! I made an emergency appointment at Grace Dental two days ago for severe pain on a molar tooth that left me unable to sleep or eat. The slightest touch on my tooth would leave me in debilitating pain. Worse than childbirth!! ( the dental clinic I normally go to caused me extreme pain during a root canal So I left it unfinished 6 months ago and didn’t go back.) I saw Dr Belinda Cannon at Grace dental who was very warm and friendly ( and calming). She numbed my mouth and proceeded to drill into my tooth to remove the infection from the unfinished root canal. I experienced no pain whatsoever during the whole procedure and almost fell asleep. It was actually relaxing. It’s been two days since the appointment, and my tooth feels great. Have rebooked with Dr Belinda to have my root canal finished. If your scared of going to the dentist, then go see her. Highly recommended!! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I've tried many dentists and have always had an enamel wear issue with my teeth and have been told time and time again explicitally, there is no solution. I saw Dr Chloe, for a filling as my usual dentist wasnt available. She stated that I had a wear problem and provided me with a resorative and preventative treatment option. Had the filling done, excellent customer service, very caring and attentive. If you are nervous when it comes to dentists or have problematic teeth, I recommend giving this place a try! Also love the fact that they play a active part in sponsorship. I hate that this sounds like an advertisement, but that's just a testament to the excellent service I received.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Was having wisdom tooth pain and had to make an appointment to get them out which I did. I attended on the day only to find out they booked me for a clean and not an extraction so completely wasted my time. I booked again. The man I had booked the extraction with said he was more than capable and qualified. This is where it gets even more traumatising. I had left wisdom tooth pain..he said it would be best to get them both taken out. When he started the extraction ..he started on my RIGHT wisdom tooth..which wasnt even causing problems ..after 2 hours in the chair.. he decided he could not get the tooth out and left majority of the tooth in and didnt even get to the tooth originally causing the problem. A few weeks later he ended up giving me a full refund for the extraction. Months on..i am now having extreme tooth aches and throbbing and have seen two different dentists, and theyv advised it needs to be removed and now i have to go through this again. It is extremely worrying that there are people who have no idea what they are doing..in jobs so cruicial to your health. Its not good enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently decided to find a new dental clinic that didn't charge an arm and a leg for service, and I'm very glad I came across Grace Dental Group because the cost of their services is surprisingly cheap. Excellent and prompt front desk support, friendly and professional dentists and assistants, and the dental service was effortless throughout it all. I'll definitely be coming back again in the future whenever I need a dentist.

Negative experience: I'm not using my real name. However, my review is genuine. I've been to the Grace Dental Group for a number of procedures and was seen by two dentists. The first one was great - gentle, professional, and took the time to answer my (many!) questions. The job was well done. A++ I was seen by the second dentist for a teeth cleaning in October 2020. The cleaning procedure itself was about 5 minutes - I wish I was exaggerating. I wish my teeth were already so sparkly clean that 5 minutes was all that was required. Hint: It's not. I was so stunned (and nervous), I didn't know what to say so I just said bye when the dentist said bye. I thought maybe this dentist was really, really good so they could be very, very fast! Maybe their equipment was Top of the Line Fast! The dentist said, "Relax! Relax!" when I was tensing up my jaw during the cleaning. Then it was done. It was very quick. I felt rushed. I went home and the plaque stains on my teeth were still present. Shame because the first dentist was great. For $150 I can get a better, more thorough clean elsewhere; one that won't take 5-10 minutes. I've been to other dentists who'd spent more time cleaning my teeth and left my teeth actually being clean. I'm looking at my bank history now. I made payment exactly 16 minutes after my scheduled appointment (which started a little late). So the cleaning, X-ray, and reviewing the X-ray took less than 16 minutes all up. And my teeth were not clean. I've read the other reviews on here and many of them are full of praise. Maybe the dentist I had was having a bad day. Maybe they were hungry and really wanted to have lunch. Maybe they usually spend more time on teeth cleanings but that day with me was a total outlier. Who knows. And I don't need to find out. I'll go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I'm such a wuss when it comes to dentist visits. I got a clean & polish with Dr Jenny Wang. She was absolutely brilliant. Really gentle & really informative - I intend to come back again. And so thorough - my teeth are sparkling white (even though i'm a daily coffee & tea drinker).
