Negative experience: Not trustable , even took out my already filled fillings while cleaning , force you to do xrays when 2 may required they ask you to 3 x-rays and make sure to exhaust your insurance cover

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Gulbeer Kaur for dental clean up but even after clean up i realized i am getting foul smell. Then I revisited her and explained the situation . And she mentioned that this was the reason she asked me for second clean up. We did teh second clean up and she explained my teeth and gum situation and the way she explained my teeth situation was amazing. She not just cleaned again but also educated about my teeth situation and how should one take care of the teeth. I am very happy after consulting her and would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: My Experience at Bupa Dental, Parramatta I am truly happy that I chose Bupa Dental in Parramatta for my dental treatment. Dr. Bilal Darwish and his team were exceptionally professional and friendly. When I had a toothache, I contacted them even without an appointment. They kindly attended to me, considering my situation, and provided the necessary treatment. Dr. Darwish's care and support were truly commendable. The staff there, especially the receptionist and the rest of the team were all very warm and supportive. My experience at this clinic was truly outstanding. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Negative experience: I attended the practice to have 2 fillings recommended by another dental group. After re examining, the dentist decided to do her own plan . No anaesthetic was given? But they still proceeded to drill? And no guards were put on the cheek area resulting in a damaged gum and cheek. We have been told it is difficult to get to the said tooth, but mouth buffers or wedges should haven used to avoid this butchery to their patient. I have an abscess/cuts and as a result have seen a Dr who thinks 2 weeks to recover. I changed to this practice in good faith as we are members of Bupa and I feel one should be looking after their teeth. As you can imagine I am in a great deal of discomfort and will not return to this dentist. Update: it’s been almost a week later after my complaint directly to them with now knowledge it was Dr Kaur who did this to me and no phone call from Bupa Dental parramatta as promised to discus and apologise for this - I am still in pain and considering going back to the other dentist to get checked. Very disappointed - patient care is appalling all around. Highly recommend to avoid this practice

Fantastic experience: I had done treatment of my daughter’s (Samara) teeth here @parramatta dental with Dr Affan. I liked the way he explained the process and procedures, and gave a very good treatment plan for my daughter. Everything went as per plan and treatment was very smooth. Thank you Dr Affan. Negative experience: I had treatment between Nov 2022 to Jan 2023. The experience was not very happy, so I tried a different clinic. It turns out after only half a year since treatment, all of the fillings I got from Bupa Dental Parramatta have cracks or holes. They should last 8-10 years, not 0.5.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Dr. Kiarash has very light hands. I mean, there's no pain. I have very low pain tolerance so it was a relief when I didn't feel pain, well, very very minimal like sensitivity, but all in all, he's been great.

Fantastic experience: Would leave even 10 if I could. From the first contact all the staff is very accomodating and friendly. It doesn't feel like a dental visit ,but chatch up with friends. DR. RITA is amazing, very friendly, gentle and carrying. I used to visit overseas my local dentis, but due to Covid I went to Bupa Dental,I was I shock when Dr Rita showed ,how much problems I have had,as I was under the impression everything is fine based on my regural overseas dental visits. We have worked out personal plan and fix each issue one by one. I have as well little 12 mths old baby,which we took today for her first visit. As you could imagine, anything new scared any baby,but Dr. STEVEN was truly FANTASTIC. Took his time, made it fun and gave us an advise how to look after her teeth. Fantastic experience: Excellent Reception. Responsible tracking and steps to make sure they get the details of you everytime you visit which helps in this pandemic situation. No waiting time if there is an appointment. Warm ambience. Good safety measures. Good explanation and education about what is the problem and what they are going to do . Great communication of what is the cost and what would be our out of pocket. Special mention : I removed by Wisdom teeth recently .As it was a bit complex procedure and requires a bit of tear, but Dr Alvin was marvellous in the whole procedure. Zero pain in whole process and excellent recovery.

Negative experience: Lovely staff here however I am very disappointed with the work I had done. I had 2 fillings and was told I would need a crown on the left side of my mouth. One filling ended up having a very sharp edge 2 weeks after completion and the other has the same after 4 months. I had a full set of xrays and an exam here in January and yesterday (only 5 months later) one of my teeth on the right side broke off which I just had fixed with a filling at a different dentist. After a full exam the issue with this tooth wasn't located by Bupa Dental. I wasted my health care allowance here and am now out of pocket for todays filling, I won't be coming back here.
