Fantastic experience: No gaps isn't my usual dentist but I booked them for a clean. Had a pleasant experience. Acknowledged that I experience sensitivity during cleans so the tool was adjusted and I didn't flinch as much as my previous cleans. I wasn't given a lecture on my dental routines which I often get with other dentists.

Positive experience: Procedure was okay but the dentist did not have a pleasant bedside manner. The patient is not made comfortable and the communication was abrupt and dismissive. Maybe she was having a bad day and hopefully this isn’t consistent.

Negative experience: Don't go to this place they do terrible work they made my tooth ache because of infection and had to go to a specialist to get the pain gone. They are not responsible for the customer and the staff is bad when they do something wrong they don't take responsibility and treat the patient Dan pain without caring. The way to handle the toothache is to remove the new filling from the day before and replace it with a new filling and then send me home the result was I had to suffer from pain for exactly 2 weeks couldn't eat or sleep and had to go to a specialist... went back to talk to them they didn't take responsibility and no one did anything for me even though I had an appointment at 9:30am waited until 10:40am and sent me home because no one called me in because they didn't want to be held responsible

I came back for a back job and dentist Tina refused to correct the sharp edge of my molar from last week’s filling. I told her it may break as it was hollow edge. She charged me $334 for the filling with a $50 gap. “With Gap Dental “

I brought in my super scared 6-year-old daughter, who was terrified of the dentist, and Cheryl completely changed the experience for her. There was no wait time, and from the moment we walked in, Cheryl's kind, patient, and gentle approach stood out. She knew exactly how to calm my daughter and make her feel safe, talking her through each step of the process. Cheryl was so professional, answering all our questions while being incredibly patient with my little one. She managed to complete the clean smoothly, and it was such a positive visit overall. I’ve already rebooked specifically with Cheryl for my daughter's next routine clean and for my other children as well. Fantastic experience: Cheryl the hygienist is the most gentle clinician I’ve ever met. Very thorough with the check up and scaling. I’ve introduced my parents to her as they have sensitive teeth. They also agreed she has magical hands and she’s so friendly which makes visiting the dental clinic so much more pleasant! She used to be at Parramatta but I travel all the way here just to see her now.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. Would not recommend this practice or establishment. Went in for a basic filling, left with a hefty bill and infection. The hygienist failed to explain the procedure and the associated risks. I ended up with an infection and now face a dental bill in the thousands of $$$$$ to remedy their mistakes.

Negative experience: I have been coming to No gaps for years and very disappointed that was the worse clean ever. The hygienist- Cheryl wasn't good. Rush& not thorough. She did not even clean my back teeth. Not happy with the service at all. Request for re clean without charge. Otherwise, We will go somewhere else next year.

Negative experience: I would give 0 star if possible, I had a filling with Dr Jennifer at Cabramatta clinic, she did the filling to my tooth and grinded part of my tooth just to get away from my upper tooth touching the bottom tooth. After the filling my teeth felt sensitive when I eat or chew, or brushing underneath it's surface, and I also confirmed with her that my teeth isn't root infected and she said yes. I told her I still felt sensitive pain at this part and she said that it's nothing wrong, she can't do nothing more and she is so definite that she said she guaranteed and I should wait 2 weeks for the sensitivity to go away. I waited as advised and I then came back to see Dr Tina for an opinion and treatment to fix as Jennifer isn't helpful, but she told me my tooth had been infected and need root canal treatment. I took the xray to seek other dentists' opinions, they told me my tooth isn't infected but has been grinded so that caused the tooth sensitivity. I thought Dr Tina is an honest good dentist, but actually they are just in the same category as they are in the same clinic. Now I have to deal with sensitivity when eating or brushing or else I have to go with root canal treatment and crown to stop sensitivity eventhough the root isn't infected which cost me quite a lot of money.

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Ruby Wang to be the ultimate proffesional Dentist . Her service is fantastic . I really find it great that Ruby Wang goes that extra distance to explain everything in laymans terms that are easy to understand . Also I was extremely impressed that Ruby made a special appointment outside of normal hours with accomodating me for an early appointment at 8 am due to the fact that I have an overseas trip & as I needed an urgent tooth extraction I was very touched that Ruby went that extra distance to accomodate me . I also find that Dr Ruby Wang has an outstanding personality , shows an extremely caring attitude & always does her very best to make you feel like a member of an extended family . I highly reccomend Ruby to any future propespective client .

Negative experience: I had to ask the nurse the clean the sunglass that they use at the surgery and the reason was that I grabbed it because the nurse and the dentist were shining the light at my face without having given my the sunglass to wear and they didn't seem to notice; it was only later that the nurse noticed and turned the light away but it was blinding. This is a clinic that is not worthy going to, if they they don't improve their service. I cancelled by appointment to see the dentist again because she was really rough with me in doing my teeth. So, I would advice you go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ruby is fantastic, she explains every step fully and is very careful to check in and make sure we are comfortable at every stage. This was our families first visit but we will definitely be making Dr Ruby our dentist moving forward. Receptionist and nurses are lovely as well.

Fantastic experience: I went in to get two wisdom teeth extracted, one of which was a surgical extraction, both my dentist Dr. Tina and dental nurse Gina were amazing, professional and knowledgeable. I was terrified going in however they really helped me keep calm throughout the procedure and talked me through the process, recovery and after care. I've had a fairly smooth recovery as a result and wouldn't trust anyone else.
