Fantastic experience: My 16-year old who has a phobia of needles had to have his wisdom teeth removed and I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for the effort, care and consideration given by Dr Van, Kirby his assistant, and Kym the front office manager during the whole process. When my child had a panic attack during the prep for the surgery, Dr Van was empathetic and patient with him. They went through the trouble of rebooking the procedure at a day surgery and Dr Van went the huge extra mile of traveling to a day surgery centre in Brisbane with his assistant on his day off so my child could have the dentist he trusted to operate on him. He could have simply recommended a dental surgeon based in Brisbane. As a mother, I am forever grateful. I’m most grateful to have Dr Van and his team as our family dentist.

Fantastic experience: I feel very privileged having found your Dental Clinic at Ferry Road Brickworks Shopping Complex. Since my first phone call to your clinic 14th April and being greeted exceptionally well by your receptionist, Kym could not have been more supportive in arranging an appointment for me the following day even though your appointment book was filled. Your Dr Nilly and her assistant assisted me well with two visits, and then yourself Dr Anita and with your assistant went the extra mile after hours to provide me with an interim pain free treatment until a plan for implants could be made. Yesterday being Friday 16th, you Dr. Van and your assistant provided me with the surgery which in my view was of very high class. Even though the teeth are temporary, you had taken the time to perfect and provide a real dental work of art. The temps are looking and sitting well. I had a little pain when departing the clinic however within two hours I have had no pain or any negative reaction from the surgery.  I have not taken any pain relief medication at all. Your aftercare advice is being adhered too, combined with the antibiotics and Dexmethsone medication is being taken as prescribed. All your Senior Professional and Support Staff have been very caring and supportive which makes a huge difference from a person like my self who has experienced others who are generally think of the financial aspect only. I wish you both well for the future and I have no need to look any further for my future dental support. Best regards, Alan

I had a chipped tooth and was in a lot of discomfort, but the experience at this clinic was fantastic. They were incredibly patient and skilled in resolving my issue. After the procedure, I felt almost no pain within two days, and there was no swelling like I’ve experienced at other clinics. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr Van at Oasis Broadbeach quite a few years ago, after not having had any dental care for many years. I am an extremely nervous patient but Dr Van has always been very caring, patient and supportive. He takes all the time in the world to make me feel at ease and explains everything he does. When he opened up his own Oasis practice at Brickworks I didn’t hesitate to move across with him. The practice is beautiful and modern, the assistants and receptionists are all wonderful, too. Fantastic experience: I cant thank Dr Van, Gemma & Kym enough! From my very first consultation for cosmetic work, my mind was put at ease that I was trusting the right people. I really felt like the whole team were invested in giving me the best result possible. Dr Van was so patient with my many, many questions and very involved in making recommendations to make sure my new smile suited my face and looked natural. Gemma was so wonderful in regularly checking in with me to make sure I wasn't in any discomfort or pain. It really eased my nerves at every appointment. Kym is a pleasure to deal with also. So friendly and welcoming every time you walk in the door and nothing is too great of an ask. The whole process went smoothly and a I cannot recommend Ferry Rd enough. I couldn't be happier with my results!

Fantastic experience: I recently had an incredible experience with Dr Van at Oasis Dental Studio, Ferry Road. I cannot recommend him enough. When I found myself in need of an emergency dental procedure, he saw me promptly and made me feel completely at ease. His gentle approach and reassuring demeanor transformed what could have been a stressful situation into a comfortable one. Dr Van's expertise truly shone through during the entire visit. The clinic itself is beautiful, which adds to the overall positive experience! If you're looking for a dentist who combines skill with compassion, look no further than Dr Van.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Van last Friday after what I can only describe as one of the worst weeks of my life. I had seen another dentist on Monday and I have never been treated so badly and felt so humiliated in my life. When I opened my mouth he said we don't work on mouths like yours. I was in the chair for less than 5 minutes and he ushered me out. The silver lining to this was they gave me Dr Van's number. I spoke to Kym and she was so patient and kind as I cried my way through my story. And then what a complete polar opposite experience it was meeting Dr Van he is kind and caring. He turned my tears into a smile, something I hadn't done all week. He spoke to me about my options and told me my teeth were nowhere near as bad as the other dentist had made them out to be. They were all fixable. I just want to say a huge thank you Dr Van, I will be a not so scared patient for life and so will my family.
