Charbel El-Bacha is the best dentist I ever had and I am taking about experiences in 4 different countries before Australia. The Clinic has the up to date equipment. The staff is wonderful and gorgeous. The reminder service and a day later call how you are going is fabulous. I recommended the service to quite a few friends who are the same happy as me. Well done Refern Smiles. Also, I had an international visitor and one of his fillings fell out and was taken and dealt with by Redfern Smiles. He was amazed too.

Negative experience: I went once and never returned. I don't trust the staff to give me the best advice. I went in for a filling replacement and was advised after the procedure I needed a crown on the same tooth due to a crack. I sought a second opinion and I was advised I didn't need it.

Fantastic experience: Dilara and Charbel are the best dentists! This is a family run business and me & my hubby both go there. Even after moving from Redfern to the Central Coast, we still maintain our teeth at this place. I currently have braces and Charbel is doing fantastic job! I’m super happy with the result. Oh and the most importantly: they’ve installed TV on the ceiling! So when they were busy working on my teeth, I forgot about all discomfort and weird sensations in the mouth, because I was busy watching Dory cartoon I can’t recommend this place highly enough for all your teeth needs!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to 100 Redfern Smiles for a few years now and the whole team are excellent! 10/10. I see Dr Dilara every 6 months for my check ups, and she is so friendly and gentle, and always explains what she is doing so there are no surprises. She is clearly passionate about oral health and gives detailed quotes and options so you can make informed decisions. I also just got 2 of my wisdom teeth removed with her husband Dr Charbel, and that was a great experience too. He was calm and matter-of-fact, assuaged my anxieties and let me listen to music while he did the extraction. It was over in 20 minutes! No pain at all, no complications afterwards and great follow up from the team to make sure all was well. Was a great price too, as the practice worked with me on an extraction plan that would allow me to get the most back from my insurance. The reception staff are absolutely lovely, always smiling and personable, super responsive and great for a chat.

Their staff even called to check up on me a couple of times before I was even technically a patient! Fantastic experience: Went to this practice after avoiding going to a dentist for two years due to anxiety issues with dental treatments, not that anyone enjoys visiting a dentist I presume. The staff were extremely friendly, with the dentist making me feel at ease, probably the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. The charge was very reasonable, given it was a full checkup including x-rays. I have no hesitation recommending this friendly professional practice.

Dr Charbel is not patronizing at all, really works in the best interest of your health (and what you can afford) id highly recommend this clinic, it’s truly so good!
