Her manner was very compassionate and that of someone who truly cared about her patients. Probably the best hygienist I've ever seen. And I've seen a few. Thank you Laura.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best dentist I've ever been to. I could feel the genuine care for the best outcome for me and my teeth. I suffer from bad anxiety but the experience was made so much less stressful with a TV to look at showing beautiful landscapes and holiday destinations. Steve even asked what my favourite music was and then played their play list which helped me relax even more. All costs were informed to me upfront, yet another thing to reduce any anxiety. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Will be recommending to everyone I know. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: First time being a client at Ballina Coast Dental last week and they were absolutely incredible!!!! Dr Steve Htay and his team are Fast, efficient and so gentle ☺️ They all have excellent bedside manner and the whole practice is so welcoming!!! Would highly recommend to anyone to receive exceptional dentistry work I had a crown made for my front broken tooth and they made it within the same day, as they make them on site They are sooo good at what they do!! I was an exceptionally happy client and will be returning for any further dentistry work

Fantastic experience: Would absolutely recommend the new hygienist, Laura. She was gentle and caring. Took the time to show me how to floss properly plus cleaning my teeth for gum health. Would love to see her do a workshop to demonstrate fully all things teeth and especially gum care. It's so important as you get older.

I have been very anxious about a sleep apnea diagnosis, and treatment options. Dr Steve has given me expert advice and options. Thanks also to the friendly reception staff. They are really lovely, and only too happy to assist.

I love that he’s gentle on my teeth too… it’s really important and so rare I find. I also really appreciate they don’t do unnecessary work or charge crazy high prices. Finding a good dentist can be hard but Ballina coast is well worth trying.

Positive experience: The dentist Steve created a crafted filling to repair a heavily filled tooth which was falling apart. Tonight 12 hours after the treatment the tooth is tender and sensitive to eat on. I am assuming it is because the gum is a little bruised and it will settle down in a day or so.

As a person who has had for most of my life a fear of dental work l had approached this appointment with trepidation. As it turned out my experience could not have been better. Dr Steve and his wonderful staff have created a dental practice which has a happy and positive vibe the minute you enter the premises. The dental work was difficult and required precision and l was treated with the utmost care by an optimistic and enthusiastic dentist who has a great sense of humour and even sings along to the background music . (in tune ! ) I would not hesitate to reccomend Ballina Coast Dental to others and especially to anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist. Reception called me the next day to see how I was feeling and check if I’d yet been contacted by the referral clinic, which was a kind gesture.
