Negative experience: Had appointment rescheduled 2 hours earlier with 1 hour notice. Got there on time just to wait for an hour and be told the appointment has been rescheduled to the original time.

Negative experience: So I don’t normally give bad comments because well people do make mistakes. But when you get people that take advantage of you and don’t know what respect is that’s when you want to give heads up. I was told to book an appointment with dr Yash from my partner. Telling me hes good. So i book. Infact take a day off. I have an appointment with him at 2pm and at 2:10 I see a young fella called dr James which might be a graduate or something. Nice guy but well his experience is to brush my teeth. If you people can’t make appointments you might say you don’t know what you’re doing. There are thousands of dentists out there when you book with someone you want to see him Charged me 75 dollars to tell me well im not sure but lets wait and see. Didn’t even do a regular cleaning on my teeth. Shame on you

Negative experience: On Thursday 12 Dce 2024 I had an appointment with Dr Peter Pham at 9am and my appointment was confirmed and they sent me a massage to confirm,I attended 8 minutes b4 my appointment and I was waiting till 9:30am and the Dr still not in yet and just askedme to havea seat, when I asked at the front counter the lady said he is on his way. I think they don't respect their patients and I don't recommend them and I don't go to this dental any more.

Fantastic experience: My visits to classic dental have been nothing but pleasant. The dentists and dental assistants are always nice, especially my recents, Peter and Ajsela. They are truly passionate when it comes to providing the best results and care for their clients. A big thanks to them for being so accommodating and helpful through the process of getting my first Invisalign’s. Truly grateful to be a regular client at Classic dental. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom teeth extraction done by Dr JinJin. She is nice and caring, patient and clear to explain my situation and problems during consultation. On the day of surgery, everything was smooth and the extraction is done under zero of pain in half an hour! The receptionists are attentive as well. A very good dental clinic in all.

Negative experience: Terrible teeth whitening result, paid $650 for little to no change. When I could of went to a better clinic for a cheaper price and better result. Never coming again.

Fantastic experience: My tooth broke yesterday. My husband called Classic Dental and spoke to Yash and got me an appointment for today. Yash was absolutely brilliant. Done my filling and gave me great advice too. Highly recommend Classic Dental. Thank you.

Negative experience: Called the clinic a week before to make a booking for 1 filling. I now live 540 km away. So on the day, they advised me that the dentist who was going to carry out the filling was sick. They scheduled me into another time slot. Had no choice but conform to new slot. Shuffled other commitments to suit. Spent 30min in the chair for the one filling. $540.00. YEP, $540.00 FOR 1 FILLING. Told them in no uncertain terms I was never coming back. Rip off merchants.

Positive experience: My only gripe was not being told how to properly book an appointment and when ringing the practice on multiple occasions there was no answer. However the staff were able to fit me in the same day as my original appointment, and Dr Alex Ong was so great and ensured that I was calm and comfortable throughout my procedure. Very happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: I have been Yash’s patient since 2010 when I was pregnant. He was working at Joondalup and I’ve followed him to his own clinic since. He has helped me with sleeping apnea and also with a very simple and inexpensive treatment has been correcting my child bite and teeth. I’ve also been looked after by Dr Chris and Dr Jin Jin and I highly recommend them too. All the staff are very accommodating and friendly I cannot fault Yash’s Clinc and his knowledge and kindness is priceless.

Fantastic experience: Being one of ‘those people’ which is scared of going to the dentist, resulting in the fact that I hadn’t been to a dentist for over 10 years (the last time I had a dental emergency) and 15 years before that. Well it happened again and I made myself go to the dentist. Although my anxiety still plays a huge part in attending, Dr Yash and the wonderful team at this practice (special mention to Emma) have made it a comfortable experience and are so wonderful and patient with me. I am currently going through the process of getting implants and am actually starting to not absolutely dread the thought of going there. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially if you are a nervous or anxious person like myself. I will definitely be keeping up regular appointments after all my work has been done.

The cause of requiring major Dental work starting with extractions after very painful teeth infections because I had put off going to a Dentist after a few very uncomfortable experiences. DrJinJin, I am so grateful to have found you. Your beautiful calm demeanor, your knowledge and patience, your total honesty of possible outcomes, all contributed to diminishing a lot of fears I held. Dr Jin Jin is very calm and was totally aware of me throughout the whole procedure stopping to check I was ok. Her lovely Assistant Tina is also a true gem. Thank you to two beautiful ladies who helped me overcome unreasonable anxiety. This practise is very professional, friendly, very accommodating even organising to re-fill my script with local pharmacy due to my work commitments and I couldn’t get in to collect.Thank you Steph. Can’t say I’m excited to go back yet but I am certainly not as fearful and will be returning. I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending Dr JinJin and this practise or giving 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a good dentist around the Landsdale area where I have moved to. I saw their great reveiws and booked in to have a broken moller fixed . The dentist was very good ,he explained the proceedure , took photos before ,during and after the tooth repair . The dentist did the job with out causing me any pain . The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recomend these guys .

Fantastic experience: One of the best dentists we've come across in Perth. Dr Yash has been correcting my overbite and teeth for last few years. After giving me the options, he has approached my treatment in a very holistic way, taking into account airway space, tongue posture, standing posture & facial structure. My breathing & posture have improved. Dr Yash is very knowledgeable about facial structure, jaw structure, and sleep issues. I look forward to my appointments & to completing my treatment. His staff are also very professional. Our son had headaches for years daily on waking and we had been to many hospital specialists, had MRI scans etc. but his headaches continued. Yash put in a jaw development device & told us the headaches were most probably due to jaw clenching during sleep. After wearing the device for just over a year he no longer wakes up with headaches. Dr Yash is a legend and his staff are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Let’s get this straight right from the start. After being in the defence force for 9 years I have not had the greatest experiences with Dentists. I have even avoided them for the past 8 years. On visiting Classic Dental in Landsdale I explained my situation and my circumstances with regards to Dentistry. I ended up needing a filling and a crown and I can say hands down the best dentist that I have ever been to. They were the best at dealing with my anxiety. Even stopping momentarily during the procedure to massage the jaw. I want to say a massive thank you to Dr Paul Keong and his dental nurse for their efforts. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail. Will be back in 6 months for the check up and look forward to finally having a dentist practice that I can go to and trust. I'd just like to make a shout out to my dentist Paul Keong and the team at Classic Dental have been so helpful and professional in helping me achieve straighter teeth with Invisalign. My teeth were previously out of line and overcrowded and now I can actually smile in photos with my teeth! Also the equipment at the clinic is out of this world and really helped with speeding up the process and making regular trips to the dentist a quick and hassle free experience.

Fantastic experience: Years ago I had a very bad experience with a dentist which nearly put me off for life. After much hesitation I booked into Classic Dental. I was delighted to find the staff kind, caring, helpful and considerate. Paul Keong is extremely talented at his job and took into consideration my previous poor experience. Fantastic experience: Polite and professional even after 6pm, which was the last appointment of the evening. Everything was explained and communicated thoroughly and there was even an offer to have a quote done prior to receiving the treatment, which I think is lovely. While explaining potential health concerns during the consultation, the information was clear and without judgment which was also appreciated. Is it strange to say I was glad to have gone to the dentist?

Negative experience: There's no zero star, otherwise would have definitely chose that .. it was my first time going there so I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time to do that paper work & he clearly had booked two appointments for the same time slot..bcz while I was waiting another patient came & they took them in .. So obviously they had two appointments booked for the same time slot. I waited an hour & ended up re-scheduling for another day bcz there was no sign of the previous one finishing up soon. So disappointed !! Won't be going there though.

Fantastic experience: I came to Yash for a second opinion regarding optioins to get a root canal or an implant, due to cracking my original crown from grinding my teeth in my sleep. Yash explained everything from start to finish, covered all possible options and did not rush me to make any decisions. He was patient and thorough and the girls have always been professional, helpful and friendly. By chance, Yash noticed me yawning during a visit and sent me home for a sleep test. This resulted in some further investigation to find I have sleep apnea and a compromised airway. Again, Yash covered all my options and I decided on a mouth guard. In the past 2 months, I have lost several kilos, never slept better and have a lot more energy. I haven't felt this good in over 7 years. I have recommended Yash to family and friends and would recommend him to anyone who has a fear of dentists!

Fantastic experience: Yash has an extraordinary knowledge of facial structure and manipulation to improve health issues (in our case posture, breathing and appearance). He is not remotely similiar to your average orthodontist who, after personally wearing braces twice for a total of 5 years I am very familiar with, can do more harm than good. Correcting the smile is not the total picture. That is a happy side effect of a corrected jaw and alignment. In 10 years Yash will be training every orthodontist in Perth to do what he is doing.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience. Booked an appt online last night. When I arrived they had already viewed my X-rays and extended the appointment time incase I needed anything done. Turns out I needed a root canal. Vincent did a great job and checked if I was ok the whole time during the appointment. I have seen Jin, Vincent and yash and they are all fantastic. A great practise that really does want to give you the best possible care.

Fantastic experience: A great quick turn around to repair a broken molar. Very friendly efficient service and all sorted in a few hours instead of days or over a week with my old dentist. We are lucky to have suh a great dental practice in Landsdale.

Fantastic experience: I had to rush to Classic Dental Centre with a last minute appointment. A 30 minute journey from CBD in pain due to tooth ache (existing root canal) felt like 40 hours. My treatment at the clinic was really very good with a smooth and low pain extraction of the second lower molar (RIP :-)) due to infection. Dr. Vincent was very good with his explanation and follow up. In total my experience has been nothing less than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever. If I had come here years ago may have not lost as many teeth as I have. Everything is explained to you and you are never rushed or made to feel you have to do what Yash says. Just had mini implant done which looks great very happy with it and didn't feel a thing. Recommended Yash to my partner who now attends the practice and he is also happy with the treatment he receives. They do need to use spell check for their website as Emergencies is spelt wrong LOL
