Fantastic experience: Honestly one of the best dentists I’ve gone to!! Everyone is so polite and Dr Kate is Gem and so is Zoe. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking to have any type of work done!

I went in for a clean and x rays, she was very gentle with her clean and the whole process was painless. My teeth looked and felt fantastic after! Her practice smells amazing and is extremely clean. She has a little monitor that I can watch while getting my teeth cleaned which keeps my mind occupied takes away any nervous feeling. Very nice touch! Fantastic experience: WOW !! best dentist in Adelaide, as soon as I walked into the building the smell from the air diffuser was amazing and helped calm me, everything was new and clean. I always put going off to the dentist however I was recommended to go see Dr Kate from a friend and she was the gentlest person with a great funny personality. Had my teeth cleaned and she did a quick and awesome job. Dr Kate even played some YouTube videos to keep my mind occupied during the cleaning. Definitely will be going back.

They were constantly talking to me to make sure I was okay and the pressure use to clean my teeth was perfect - completely pain free. Will definitely be coming back!

I never feel judged, and the staff always explain things to me in a way I can understand without being condescending at all. Dr Kate is a wonderful caring dentist with excellent dental skills. Her understanding and caring nature so important when you are of senior vintage and have old age anxiety. The staff have the same caring manner. From the moment you enter the clinic you feel the good energy; the genuine care from Kate and her staff vibrates around the clinic. Fantastic experience: Do you have anxiety when it comes to dentists? Book in with Dr Kate Ines, you won’t regret it! She’s kind, considerate, sympathetic, funny, and just an all round genuine person! I’d say she’s almost completely cured my anxiety which I’ve had for over 20 years. She doesn’t make you feel rushed, uncomfortable or silly. Since she now has her own surgery, I have moved with her. Her previous dentist wouldn’t tell me where she moved to, apart from saying “Queensland”. So I googled her til I found her at Mile End. I literally considered travelling to Queensland if she really did move as there was no way I was starting my dental journey with another dentist! The staff are also super lovely, patient and helpful. Highly recommend Mile End Dental!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak more highly of this clinic and the care I received. Great care has been taken to make the space feel nice, and all staff are friendly, caring and genuine, as soon as i stepped in the door the receptionist was making me feel very welcome and there is a sense of a positive vibe between staff. Doctor Kates sense of humour certainly makes things less scary, but she also takes seriously keeping the patient informed on what’s happening and consent, very respectful. Kate worked seamlessly with the very switched on dental assistant and the screen with the videos of marine life was very helpful to focus on while work was being done. I will recommend this clinic to others.
