Negative experience: Went in to get mouth guard due to TMJ issues. Was told to have two fillings than would do prep for mouth guard. After 1hour and 15 minutes with fillings done was told to rebook for next week to see how fillings had settled . When I asked to use the bathroom my request was declined and was told that clients were not allowed to use their facilities. I walked out $500 poorer, still with bilateral TMJ pain as well as pain in my abdomen. Management should revise this policy and provide better facilities for the comfort of their patrons.

Fantastic experience: I called to the dentist at 1.20pm and was given an urgent appointment at 1.30pm. I’m 17 weeks pregnant and had a broken tooth. Dr Sana worked her magic on someone else’s mistake and fixed my broken tooth. She was gentle and the young dental assistance was an absolute charm. Thank you so much for fitting me in and putting me out of my misery.. will def recommend you to friends and def come back to get my teeth fixed once I’ve had bubz.. Thank you to the beautiful receptionist for everything. Xx

Negative experience: When I was 12 dr sana only gave me top braces as I still had a baby tooth. SHE ALSO told me I had no wisdom teeth and would never grow them. I went back to her when I was 18 and said I wanted bottom braces. She told me when u smile ur can’t see ur bottom teeth so u don’t need it anyways. I went to a different dentist at the age of 21 as now I need to get braces AGAIN, and have been informed I need to move my jaw forward (which dr sana should’ve done when I was 12) and do u know how hard it is to do that when ur an adult. I also have THREE wisdom teeth. And it is possible for me to have bottom braces with the baby tooth I still have which could’ve been done when again I was TWELVE AND NOT 21. So I’m going through the process AGAIN but worse as she failed as a dentist. Disappointed and disgusted and unbelievably angry.

Fantastic experience: Dr ajaj is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend her. She performed a routine check up for my son, a clean and did a xray to confirm all he’s adult teeth are healthy. She also looked after some dental work myself and I truly believe she takes pride in everything she does. A true asset to the company.

Negative experience: If Mr Caner diploma of business learns some manners and actually learns how to respectfully run a practice, this place would actually thrive. I’m unsure what chip is on Mr. Business Owner wannabe’s shoulder, it’s a shame as my family and I have a deep respect for Dr Sana Ajaj and we have been going to this clinic since 2014, I won’t be returning and giving any of my hard earned money to this disgusting practice. To the real practice managers of this place, I urge your staff undergo some serious customer service training. How dare you tell a long term client that they are not welcome back to this practice? Mr Caner, take some time to thoroughly read this review and reflect on it. It’s unfortunate the younger generation has to teach you the basic manners and tarbiyat your parents failed to :) That is all x

Negative experience: The dentists are amazing and very professional, it's a shame that I won't be coming back here anymore because of the receptionist, he was just so rude. This place would be so much better with a professional receptionist.

Fantastic experience: The dentists here are incredibly thorough even in a standard clean, they looked into things that my previous dentist never checked for years. Dr Sana is especially helpful with orthodontics and has extensive education in the matter. This place is great for those with kids, especially those who may be a bit nervous to go to a dentist. Staff are very nice and overall the establishment is highly organised and ran well. Would recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: I recently transferred here after 15 years with another dentist (this practice is closer) the team are professional and provide sound advice and do not promote unnecessary products or services just to make a dollar. My appt was on time, conducted quickly and the rates are very reasonable. 100% No regrets.

Positive experience: I had a great experience with the staff that I've encountered and Dr Sana, they were attentive and kind but the two times I've been there, the male receptionist (Caner) has been rude and dismissive which is a shame when everyone else is so nice and professional.

Fantastic experience: Dental care provides high quality dental care. Sana’s hunger and thirst for contemporary and state of the art dental management is second to none as she is always abreast with the latest effective dental practises. Sana and her team allow for a friendly dental visit for the kids, not to mention the great Netflix entertainment and the bag of goodies (a toothbrush, toothpaste and toy ) they leave the practice with.

Fantastic experience: Growing up, after I had finished my braces as a teenager I resented the idea of going to a dentist! I would just associate it with pain and so I would manage any issues at home to avoid a dental visit. This obviously caught up with me until I needed a root canal, my anxiety was through the roof. I found Dr Sana and she changed my outlook on dental care completely! She understood my fears, managed them accordingly and made me feel so comfortable. I didn’t feel a thing! So gentle, caring and understanding I now have no issues in going to the dentist! My husband and 3 children also love her and her staff which are amazing and supportive (even if I squeeze their hand uncontrollably through my procedures). I’m so glad I found Dr Sana! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: This place is terrible. It may look and sound professional but that couldn't further from the truth. I visited this place twice within 3 days. First time (Friday) was because I had a sensitive tooth with bearable pain. I had to fillings done and left. Woke up the next morning with unbearable pain. Called and asked if this was normal. They told me yes but come in on Monday if the pain is still there. Arrived on Monday had an xray done and was told that I needed root canal treatment and that they needed to operate right away because I wouldn't be able to bear the pain. I stopped them there and went to seek another opinion. I saw a second dentist a week late. She told me the filling in place had been done very rough and the tooth had a little crack in it most probably from the drilling. She fixed both these problems and I am now writing this review the following day with 20% pain I did yesterday. I will never go to this dentist again nor will I refer them to anyone I know. Just because someone studied at university doesn't mean they know what they're doing and it seems this is the case at Guildford Dental Care. As for yore reply i have never taken panadeine forte for this situation. I was on panadol rapid Friday and on Monday I was on Nurofen Zavance. I was prescribed panadeine forte by the your practice on Tuesday which I'm still yet to buy. Thank you.

Negative experience: The Dentis are all friendly, professional and treat patients well, but there is a very rude and un professional receptisonist. I will never visit the dentis again if they dont change their receptionist. I request the manager to change her please. The manager or owner should understand how important is customer service.
