Fantastic experience: My experience at Prospect Road Dental has been a very positive one. Having to find a new dentist was quite a nerve wracking experience for me but Dr Singh has allayed all my fears and I am very happy with the work he has done. The fact that the dentist is local to me in Armadale and I am constantly greeted with warm and friendly staff is also a bonus. Fantastic experience: We have been using the services of Dr. Simrat at Prospect Road Dental Clinic for several years now for our family of 4 (2A + 2K). Our experience have been extremely positive and we have been looked after every single time may be it regular cleaning, tooth extraction for kids and filling, plates to align kids teeth, etc. The diagnosis of the doctor and support staff has been nothing short of extraordinary. Fantastic experience: Went to the clinic today for the first time and can honestly say it’s the absolute best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Dr Natasha and her dental assistant were fantastic. Very thorough and explained everything. Normally I detest a clean as it hurts but this is the first time I have felt no pain at all. Fantastic experience: Finally we have found a Dental Surgery where care is no effort and we always feel looked after. Of special note is that one of our family members would not even drop someone else to a dentist, let alone go in themselves. Negative experience: Nearly $600 for a basic checkup and clean. Reception staff could also benefit from refresher training in basic customer service.
Hi Heidi. Thank you for your feedback. The cost given to you was for a comprehensive check up and clean with photographs and radiographs which we do for patients who haven’t had that done for last 4-5 years. Basic check up and clean is half that cost. And if you have private health cover then it’s a very small gap usually. You decided to not have any treatment done and were not charged anything. We would love to have you back so you could actually experience the dental care we provide. We do have payment plan options as well which would help to spread out the costs. Also getting a private health fund will help cover most of the cost of check up and clean. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance.

Fantastic experience: My first dentist visit in Australia. I didn't know what to expect, but booked appointment because of sudden tooth ache. Prospect Road Dental Surgery definitely exceeded my expectations. My doctor was really lovely and professional. I was surprised that they actually took extra time and sat with me to give me overlook of my teeth. They expained what they did and gave me pre warnings about other tooth. They also gave me some tips what I need to do to improve my teeth. Also ladies at the reception super nice and lovely. Everyone actually cared about my experience and asked questions. I was surprised how dedicated each and everyone was. Havent had that experience before, they definitely care about their customers. Altough it was quite expensive (Nothing to do with Prospect Dental, everywhere in Australia), I still consider putting extra money aside and go back to have my teeth done there. Costs extra compared to Europe, but it blew my mind how professional they were. Theres a high chance coming back because of professionalism and dedication. Thank You

Fantastic experience: First time with Prospect Dental. Was very impressed with appointment Times not long wait. Emma and Michelle at the front desk , wonderful hopeful People I had a clean done and some light dental work done with the plan being formulated for my teeth going forward. Dr Serene was professional an gentle. So gentle I nearly fell asleep Marcy was very helpful too. I don’t forget names when people do a good job. On top of it all being a private health member a Prospect Dental being a preferred clinic of my private health the 90min appointment cost me 50 bucks. Very impressive. Fantastic experience: I was lucky to come across this amazing dental clinic. I got a diagnosis that I had split a tooth in half and had an infection growing throughout my face. I was deeply afraid of what to come physically and financially. From the moment Emma at reception heard my condition she gave me hope and support. This continue when I called the day of my visit with an earlier appointment. I was over the moon. Once I was in the chair my nerves started to come. I just wanted someone to help me and get rid of this pain. Dr Serene Lau reassured me that she would do everything she could. She will keep trying. The kindness didn't stop, the dentist nurse Ivy gave my situation warm. I was so afraid not about the pain but the sounds I could here. When I cried nurse ivy dried my tears. She reassured me with touching my hand that was clutching on to the squish watermelon. At moments some humor to get out of my head. The two ladies gave me time to cope with my anxiety. I'm 31 and still had my mothers hand to hold too. They made sure there was room for her and involved her to make me feel safe, and knew I could get through this experience. I'm so grateful for team at prospect road dental clinic. I would recommend them to anyone. The cost of this experience was so reasonable too. I had private health but general something like this I was thinking in $900 to 1.5k mark no where near it. I was relieved in so many ways. I feel so lucky and so happy with the extraordinary help I got from Dr Serene Lau, nurse Ivy and Emma. I can't wait for the next part of this journey. Thank you sooo much!

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life been in constant pain since he put my neck out first removing teeth then a denture that constantly wears on my gums can't even eat a steak also ground my actual teeth and took away my ability to chew food 5 months now go back constantly to get denture adjusted just to get another wear point now will end up going and paying to get denture made by another dentist the money this has cost me from time off woke is close to a grand save your money go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I felt cared for by Dr Sandhu and her assistant today. They checked I was okay through the procedure and as soon as they saw I had some pain she stopped and fixed that. The final gap was less than quoted - which was cheaper than I expected. The Irish receptionist makes you feel welcomed and at home. Overall, I really enjoy coming here every 6 months for a clean and check.

Fantastic experience: Honestly my experience here last week was a dream come true for me , I have always been petrified of dentists my teeth where that bad over the years because I have always been too scared to go to the dentist (I am 46 ) last week I went in to prospect dentist with broken teeth swollen face and asked if they could take them all out at once , was informed they can do this with no pain …. I was sceptical but had been in pain too long in my life at times from teeth so this time I thought no choice but to man up , still scared … but on my appointment last Tuesday I had 2 Valium they gave in the waiting room and then was called in to the room 45 mins later , a couple of hours later all my top teeth where surgically removed as a lot broken at gum line , funny thing was I felt no pain and didn’t realise they where cutting my teeth out ect … until he said “all done “ now we will just stick you all up , honestly it was one of the best days in my life , I honestly felt no pain the whole time and was amazed … highly recommend this dentist surgery , please if you have any fear of dentistry go to prospect dentist

Fantastic experience: I had a particularly difficult tooth extraction done here today. Everyone was just so nice and explained everything to me and made me feel as comfortable as possible (it was a pretty intense experience!). As intense as it was, I have now found my dentist for life. Dr Simrat Sandhu was easily the best dentist I have had in my 46 years. I would truly recommend her/that practise to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting regular checkups for the past couple of years here and I’ve never had an issue. Friendly staff, fast but not rushed appointments. Everything gets taken care of and they work well with Bupa insurance.

Fantastic experience: I attended Prospect Road Dental today for 3 root canals and was extremely nervous! Dr Akshay and his team were incredible! DJ at the reception desk was so welcoming and friendly! From the calming chats before the procedure, to watching Netflix during the procedure - I was completely relaxed! (As I could have been anyway!) Dr Akshay explained everything in a way I would understand and I rebooked for my second procedure immediately. Negative experience: So my mum goes every 6 months religiously. She's then told you need root canal and a crown 8 fillings like how is that even possible. then does work without discussing prices. She then goes to another dentist No cavities no root canal needed. You should be ashamed ripping off pensioners. Do not go there!!! So all the work you advised was needed wasn't. You have now lost 3 clients as my son won't be attending either. Last visit he had fissure seals put on with no discussion. Not everyone is a walking bank account. Advising a price first is what you should do. Also my son went in there and was given fissure seals without discussing it first. I will remove the dentists name because she said it could have been the other dentist that is/ was there. You should have all the details there as the work was done. No prices were ever discussed he just went ahead with the work. I guess that's how you paid for the new lasers.
Hi Misty, We are sorry to hear of this experience. We pride ourselves on professionalism at Prospect Road Dental. We have looked at your mums treatment record Mrs. Atkinson. Dr Abhishek has NEVER done any FISSURE seals for her. Kindly bring any receipt or invoice that you have paid for fissures seals for PETA and we will gladly refund that. We have all the records and it’s photos and radiographs. She came with pain and root canal was started in February 2021 because she came with pain and big abscess and wished to save the tooth. We helped to resolve the infection in her face and sinus. Last she was seen by him was July 2021 to complete the root canal treatment. And treatment plan was previously provided each time prior to treatment being done. You are most welcome to come and check the records at work. kindly do not falsely accuse us of any wrong doing. Kindly let us know which dentist you want us to transfer the records to and we will do that.
Kindly bring the receipt showing that fissure seals were done for mum and we will gladly refund that money. Because not me or anyone else at the practice has done fissure seals.
And by the way the Laser we have was bought about 4 years ago. And we would need to do about 300 fissure seals on her teeth to buy it ! If you would like to say anything or discuss this further then kindly respond to our calls. We have tried to get it touch with you many times. Or come visit us to check the records and treatment done. And like mentioned, if you have invoice for fissure seals done for mum then kindly bring it to us. Thank you. Have a lovely weekend.
Fantastic experience: I desperately needed dentures. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with Prospect Road Dental was. Greeted with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for me and my diverse needs. Fitting dentures to an individual is quite a daunting challenge to say the least. Patience, persistent and perseverance is what it takes with each individual and the staff come through with flying colours! Positive experience: Today I attended the surgery and from the front desk to the treatment room it was a lovely visit .. Dr Shashank looked after me very well especially down to the numbing cream which I was offered unlike at other dentists which helped take the sting out of the anaesthetic which is my worst part of the dental treatment.. definitely will go again .. never had a male assistant before either ..DJ .. you were very caring too

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience from the front desk to the chair and back! . Such a modern and friendly experience. I saw Dr Alefia Mitbaiwala. She was so good at explaining everything.
