Positive experience: I was very impressed by the service provided to me yesterday. From the welcome I received from reception, to my dental check and lastly the thorough cleaning completed by Alex. Historically,( bad experience as a child) I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist but all the aforementioned made the process stress free , and dare I say it, enjoyable. Thank you Glebe Bupa.

A year ago I was nervous going to a dentist, now I feel relaxed and confident that it will be a good experience. Just did another 6 month hygiene check and clean, and I was literally smiling so much when I left! Fantastic experience: As someone who used to have major anxiety around going to the dentist, I cannot recommend Glebe Dental Group enough. Wendy and Anna make you feel at ease from the moment you step in the door, thanks to their kind and caring approach. Angelina the dental hygienist is just as friendly and warm and has totally eradicated any anxiety I previously had around teeth cleaning. Dr Mo constantly checks in during procedures to make sure you're doing OK and not in pain, and he talks through everything thoroughly at each step. Amazing team who truly care about their customers

Negative experience: This place is an utter rip off. Reception lady - super lovely. Dr Murad - however, worst dentist ever been to. Charged me $350 for 10 mins of his time ‘consult’ to do a scan and a pulp test. Chased me out after terrible explanation and said to come back to get wisdoms out. Occurred to me to write this review after was charged less for a professional dentist for a 1 hour thorough consultation, clean and proper advice - resulting in me needing to get actual filling replacements and also told wisdom teeth removal were not necessary given they had not poked out yet. What kind of scans are you using and how are you charging people this sort of amount for such little attention.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. I recently had a major dental emergency and Dr Murad was empathetic, helpful and timely and managed to fix an issue I thought I would have for weeks in just one and a half weeks. Would heartily recommend.

Negative experience: Overpriced. Make sure you ask their fees before you book. I won’t be back.

Negative experience: Have been a patron of Glebe Dental for a couple of years and was terribly impressed with the wonderful ladies at the desk, and initially with the old owners - two brothers who were conscientious and professional beyond measure. However my last experiences were horrible. About 2 years ago had a broken tooth extracted - not much hassle as I'm an easy patient and sleep through most procedures. However a week later I returned with a swollen cheek and something apparently lodged in the skin that had become inflamed. The Dr faffed about checking everywhere but the obvious bump, them removed what looked like a crescent shaped piece of enamel, which he then dropped and couldn't recover from the floor - it had just disappeared. I was then asked if I'd eaten any bony fish or other such, and the source was not resolved. Stupidly I returned for an expensive clean last November - the hygienist is very good and thorough, but the pricing is way over the top. 2 holes were detected at this point and I was booked for January to have them filled. I was told one was quite deep and if not treated it could require root canal therapy - something we all would like to avoid. On the day of the treatment I had tyre trouble and was 20 minutes late. I asked to reschedule but the Dr assured me there would be adequate time. I arrived and went straight in. I was asked if I knew what was being done, to which I replied "2 holes filled", and the response was ""oh and we'll sort a few other things"" (adlibbed). I again fell asleep as I'm quite a good patient and approx 35-40mins later was done and told the larger filling was difficult and sent on my way. At reception I was given a bill for $2100 which had a grocery list of treatments I wasn't the slightest bit familiar with, however I paid and left - only to return a week and a half later because I couldn't chew comfortably, could floss between the new fillings and they felt sharp when touched, and was experiencing pain in the larger filling. The Dr ground the high spots down and told me that the pain was common as the filling was close to the nerve, and prescribed me Antibiotics and pain killers, and was not keen to discuss the particulars of the previous bill. Several months have passed and pain was recurrent with the new fillings so I approached another local dentist. At this practice the initial examination and clean plus xrays took over an hour and was very reasonably priced. The xrays detected either a void or contaminated material below the larger filling, and I returned a week later to have the fillings redone. This took about an hour, uncovered indeed that there was old or contaminated material in the filling that was irritating the nerve, the new filings were clean and shaped properly to allow flossing, a treatment plan was emailed to me within an hour of initial consultation and I was given floss sticks and toothpaste to take home as recommended - and was all conducted efficiently and professionally, with both visits totalling A QUARTER of the cost of the one visit to Glebe dental. So save yourself the time and money and avoid Glebe Dental Group. I highly recommend Booth Tooth Dental in Annandale and thank them for correcting the dodgy work

Fantastic experience: Friendly, genuine and down to earth service. The team are always smiling and greeting you as soon as you walk in, they prioritise your appointments to when it suits you best and are so flexible when dental emergency's pop-up!

He is super fast and the results are amazing. Highly recommended. Plus, the staff are very friendly and welcoming - especially Wendy. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend! I went in for a routine clean and was a little anxious. The hygienist put me at ease and was gentle and reassuring. I also had a chipped tooth - I was conveniently booked in to see the dentist straight after my clean and the tooth looks perfect! Totally painless and quick, looks amazing! To top it off they offer a number of payment options . 5 star service!

Negative experience: Waited 1 hour for appointment for a job that took 10 secounds and somehow ended up costing $280! Wouldn't recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been through numerous treatments at Glebe Dental Group over the last 6 years. Dr Murad is efficient, professional and takes the time to explain the process clearly and in a manner I can understand during the stress of tooth extraction and implant procedures. I have moved interstate however I still travel to GDG for procedures given the high level of care and service.

Fantastic experience: What a lovely practice! From the moment I entered I was greeted by calm and confident receptionists that were able to meet me and my concerns around my general mouth health. Then I was guided to Mo, who was so gentle, understanding and took the time to walk me through my concerns and explain in layman’s terms what we need to do to. Something I haven’t had at a dentist before!

Negative experience: I can’t recommend this place. Prices are way over the top and no price transparency. Luckily I have a background as a dental technician and could walk away without being ripped off.

Negative experience: Please avoid this place. They don't tell what it will cost and you'll be paying three times more then what the normal price in Sydney is. Dr Mo Murad wanted to do 5 fillings and one repair in 50 minutes. How is that even possible? It's a money making place. I also paid 330 for a cleaning because the hygienist did some extra treatment without letting me know. Paid 500 dollars for one filling which was done in about 5 minutes. I'm so disappointed. I hope this helps someone. The ladies at the reception are very kind at least.

Fantastic experience: Called Dr Murad from a google search as I needed emergency dental care. I called at 1pm today on Christmas Eve. He waited for me until 2pm to fix my implant that was loose so I did not have a Christmas period with dental issues and perhaps even a broken screw. He was amazing and fixed everything for me. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Glebe Dental Group @ Glebe for the past 5 years to see Andrew and Salik for all of my dental and hygiene needs. I could not recommend both Andrew who has moved to (Dental On York) or Salik enough. Andrew is an incredibly friendly and thorough dentist and Salik is the most genuine and professional Sydney hygienist I've come across who always leaves my teeth feeling cleaner then ever. If your looking to get a hygiene checkup or work done id definitely recommend them to family, friend's and yourself.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Glebe Dental Group was 3 weeks ago and I was suitably impressed with the service. Dr Murad is friendly, attentive and professional and addressed my concerns with ease. He arranged a treatment plan and presented it to me so I knew what I'd be up for. They are not cheap but from looking around at the technology they had I felt I was in good hands. I also saw Irma the hygienist to have my teeth cleaned and she was just great. I have never been one to look forward to the dentist but I now feel I have found somewhere I can trust.

Fantastic experience: My wisdom teeth have played up off and on for years i made appointments and never ahowed to them as i was very nervous . Now this time round I had to bite the bullet and get them removed, I also have an very bad gag reflex from choking on a apple as a child. The first instance speaking with the reception team calmed my nerves instantly so I went through with my booking.
