Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the denist in 16 years after some traumatic appointments as a teenager but Dr Fozia and all the girls treated me so kindly and gently, explained everything and checked in on how I was doing the whole time. The check up and clean was thorough and I truly could not have asked for a better experience or been in more capable hands. I will recommend Dr Fozia to anyone I know who might be a bit scared or hesitant to see a dentist. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to get a check up and clean by Dr. Selina Tran and Lulu the DA. They were both extremely friendly and professional and I felt like I was well taken care of. Dr. Tran took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns in an easy to understand way. They both made my visit very enjoyable and I will definitely be going back to these two for my next checkup.

Fantastic experience: Yes I would recommend Dr Selina and her technical dental assistant, pleasant to deal with and in this case you definitely get your moneys worth without being forced into treatment you don't want, there's no pressure at all, it's like there your teeth it's up to you mate and that suits me.I have booked in for x2 fillings next week, I wouldn't do that if I didn't like these guys. I would also note that the x2 young lady's at reception are pleasant to deal with also.

Very informative of what future work was required ( I was there for a long overdue clean) The girls at the desk were friendly enough but there is definitely room for improvement. I actually commented to my husband that day ‘ Whatever happened to good customer service? So I don’t leave the girls wondering my suggestion is this…… No. 1 Greet the customer/client as they approach the desk this way there is no confusion as to who that person is. No 2. Give that person your full attention . Eye contact would be a great way to convey this and don’t talk amongst yourselves ( while attending to your customer)unless it’s truly necessary. No 3. Smile I rated 3 Stars Because of the customer service

ALL the staff were very friendly and put my wife's comfort first; the dentist explained everything as she proceeded and the cost was much lower than we expected. Bonus: they recycle old toothbrushes & give a small gift of dental goods. We'll be back!

In fact, it’s my first filling where I had no pain! I recommend Fozia as a professional, knowledgeable dentist using up to date practices. For example, photos were taken of my teeth and I could see clearly on a screen where my issues were and what needed to be done.
