Fantastic experience: From first entering, it was a great experience. I don’t like going to the dentist and had a major problem, the environment was relaxing and peaceful. The dentist explained everything better than I have ever had before. A complete check was done. Plans moving forward were organised. Just a really really good experience.

Positive experience: I had to have an extraction. All the staff from door to chair were lovely. The dentist & nurse were both conscientious & considerate. My only complaint was the receptionist's inaccurate description of associated costs. We all know dentistry bites your hip pocket hard, but when I checked the itemised bill, each basic element (x-ray, extraction, dentist evaluation) was under quoted so the starting point was higher than anticipated. It's possible that a new pricing schedule had been introduced for the new year. That aside, I still highly recommend this service.

Positive experience: I was very impressed with my dentist Dr Weiyu. She was thoughtful caring and gentle. The problem was solved at a reasonable out of pocket expense. I would have no problems recommending Dr Weiyu and the team at Miners Dental anytime.

Negative experience: I had a tooth removed and the bone around the tooth was broken during the removal and I am now having bone grath to repair the damage.

Fantastic experience: All I have to say is that all the staff at the front desk are very friendly and no hastles getting things done. The Dentist , Kevin was very honest and very particular. Fantastic experience: As a first time client of this clinic I was more than satisfied with the service provided. Staff were friendly and time was taken by Kevin Zhu to explain my options and best outcome. I chose to remove the tooth and the procedure went well. That was only two days ago. I'm following aftercare instructions to the letter and my recovery is good.

Fantastic experience: My latest visit was a pleasure (not a word usually associated with dentists) Friendly front desk and efficient, caring dentist and nurse. First time in my life 76 yrs I had a filling without injection.

Negative experience: Terribly unorganized.... treatment price dramatically increased after originally quoted and generally very poor service by his particular dentist. I'm just upset my elderly father was completely ripped off (in the thousands)and now left without getting the upper denture he was so looking forward to getting. Don't waste your time or money!

Negative experience: After attending this clinic for Over twenty years I was extremely disappointed they didn’t see me when I needed emergency treatment... I was turned away twice in a week. I received treatment at another local clinic where I was treated promptly and professionally. Drilling out an extremely painful cracked tooth and filling it with antibiotics, as it is a dental condition that shouldn’t be ignored.

Negative experience: My partner chose to get Invisalign from this clinic. At first it was fine until it was taken over by new owners. Since then he has been misguided with appointment cancellations and changes and pressured on numerous occasions by the reception staff to pay his remaining amount on his Invisalign when he was initially told he didn’t have to do so until his treatment was finished in March. They have taken no care in honouring the previous owners contract my with my partner and have withheld his aligners until he pays. Extremely unprofessional and overall disappointing. Do not come here for anything to do with your teeth, they only care about money.

Negative experience: My sister who was visiting the area went for a yearly teeth clean. Without her permission took xrays and ended up charging her over $500. For a clean. I was disgusted hearing this story and would like to hope it hasn’t/wouldn’t happen to anyone else. Looking at the reviews it seems like over charging might be a common occurrence

Negative experience: Extremely over priced and will charge you more than they quote over the phone.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic initially to replace a broken filling, & was advised to get a crown on the tooth. The whole process took over 4 months & I spent over $2000. The crown had not even arrived on the appointment when I first went to have it fitted, & then when it did arrive it did not fit & had to be remoulded. I found some of the dental work on that appointment painful, & following appointments were delayed due to aching in the tooth. On the final appointment, the healthy tooth adjacent to the crowned tooth was also partially ground to fit with the crowned tooth & I have since had sensitivity in that tooth. Since having the crown fitted, I have gone to see another dentist due to problems with the crowned tooth

Negative experience: Really disappointed I’m new to the area trying to find a dentist they charged me over $600 for one filling that took 5 minutes if that I feel ripped off

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this practice. You walk through the door and the ambiance is more like a hotel than a dental practice. The receptionist, the dentist and the dental nurse were exemplary. The best dentist I have ever used ,Terrie and her nurse ( sorry I don't have your name) were so kind and caring and I would highly recommend everyone use this practice.

Negative experience: Save your money go elsewhere

Negative experience: Very disappointing. Staff were initially friendly, but when the dentist revealed to me the cost of my treatment would be close to a month's rent, my admission that I didn't have enough money to pay had me out the door like old rubbish. I have a congenital condition which predisposes me to terrible dentition, but was treated like some kind of drug addict with poor oral hygiene. They even had the gall to charge me over a hundred dollars for this experience. I was left in tears and an even worse financial position to pay for much needed dental work. A little bit of niceness and human compassion goes a long way. addendum: I have been to a lot of different dentists, and never been charged these kind of fees. And I note that there is a sign in the window offering finance, which directly contradicts the response I got from the owner below. What a great shame.

Fantastic experience: My family is only new to the area so after a recommendation from a friend we chose Miners Dental clinic. My young son has always been quite anxious when visiting the dentist but Frank soon put him at ease. Not only is he extremely experienced in his proffession, but his gental caring nature and thorough explanation of procedure is all very reassuring. Highly recommend this practice 10/10!

Negative experience: Bad experience there:h A minor problem of one tooth ended up with a big trouble. X-ray should that my tooth needed a minor treatment, but it was killed soon after the treatment as it was gone too far beyond the tolerance of the nerves. The second treatment with another dentist was also in a rush, which left debris inside of my mouth. The biggest piece is still stuck oh the top of another tooth as it was too sticky too remove with hand. I refused to go back again for further treatment. Now I can say I have made the right decision at the last minute. The technical issue is one thing, which is understandable, but something important missing there is another concern. Be gentle to your clients not just because you are paid handsomely.
