Fantastic experience: I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience with Dental Members on Macquarie St. I was a little nervous to go see the dentist as I was very embarrassed with the state of my teeth. I can’t remember the last time I saw the dentist. Those fears were quickly put to rest as soon as I walked into the reception. Celine was so warm and welcoming, which put my nerves to rest. Dr Bulai was my dentist and she is absolutely amazing, again I felt so welcomed and there was no judgement passed. Again, my nerves weren’t there. I’ve had about a 3 month journey with Dental Members getting my teeth ready for my vaneers. It was for sure the best thing I’ve done and I already feel so much more confident. If you are needing any work done I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys for bringing a smile back to my face xx

Fantastic experience: I used Dental Members Macquarie Street Sydney to have a full teeth extraction and dentures in preparation for dental implants and I was worried about the whole procedure but the whole team there were absolutely amazing and made me feel so at ease. Dr Bulai who performed the surgery made me feel so relaxed and her patience and care during the procedure was amazing, even though I almost bit her finger off, sorry about that Dr Bulai and the follow up care from Celine was fantastic, she answered any questions or problems I had with genuine care and understanding and continues to do so and any negative comments about Celine on other reviews couldn’t not be further from the truth. The whole experience for me turned into such a positive one and to the whole team at Dental Members Macquarie Street I say thank you all so much.

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Celine’s Rude Mouth Is a Massive Problem Celine seriously needs to learn how to speak to people. Her tone and language are downright appalling – snappy, sarcastic, and completely disrespectful. I couldn’t believe the way she spoke to me over the phone, and face-to-face was even worse. No professionalism, no courtesy, just pure attitude and venom in her words. It’s not just bad service – it’s outright nasty. I’ve never been treated with such contempt at any clinic before. Dental Members should be ashamed to have someone like her. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be spoken to like absolute garbage.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate everyone at Dental members Australia Macquarie street. My last dentist told me I would need all my teeth pulled for implants or dentures. I prepared myself mentally for that & went to see Dr Tuong to start that process when I was ready. Dr Tuong did a lot more X-rays than the previous dentist & told me there was no need to take all my teeth out & he could restore my teeth & gums. It has been a big job with a lot of appointments but he has been really comforting & explains the procedures clearly to help ease my anxiety. I would recommend Dr Tuong to everybody

Negative experience: Celine Has No Respect for People’s Time or Basic Manners!! Celine is an absolute nightmare to deal with. She stuffed me around more than once, changing and cancelling appointments last minute like my time meant nothing. No heads-up, no apology – just a cold, careless attitude. Tried to speak to her face to face and copped nothing but rudeness and eye-rolls. She spoke to me like I was dirt under her shoe. Totally unprofessional and completely out of line. If this is how they treat patients, I’m shocked they’re still in business. Celine shouldn’t be anywhere near a front desk. Disgraceful behaviour, plain and simple.

Negative experience: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Celine Has No Idea How to Treat People Absolutely gobsmacked by how rude and unprofessional Celine was. From the moment she answered the phone, her tone was snappy and full of attitude – like I was bothering her just by calling. Rocked up in person and it got even worse. Zero respect, zero customer service, just a nasty vibe the whole time. It’s honestly baffling how someone like that ends up working in a dental clinic. If you value basic decency or expect to be treated like a human being, steer clear. This joint needs a serious shake-up in how they deal with people – starting with Celine.

Positive experience: Prices are somewhat high, and this is the case throughout Australia. As for me, a trip to Iraqi Kurdistan would cost less than a quarter of the price in Melbourne. With all due respect to doctors in Australia.

Negative experience: Its a very shady operation..first they call you and take a booking fee, which cannot be reimbursed or claimed from your private insurer, and then refuse to give you an invoice for it. Overall, the receptionist had a very poor and dismissive attitude towards me..and staff was very unprofessional in guiding through the process. Bad experience..will never go there again even if its a free service

Negative experience: Well they can't keep to the appointment, they call nearly 40 minutes later no sorry we apologise for not calling at the agreed time. They could have message right, l know your busy but don't give lame excuse. Thumps down. This my experience with them. You guys made the appointment and you guys reminded me through text messages 1 hour before, l can send it, I'm not sure why you making excuses.

I started researching dental enhancement services many months ago. i made enquiries to many providers and was losing patience with the same old, same old sales pitches I was hearing. However, right from my initial phone call to Dental Members I thought: *finally, I feel a sense of genuine confidence about what I hope to embark on.* I have never had a Hollywood smile. Dental neglect coupled with lack of resources and a foolish disinterest in my appearance left me in a state of recurring self-consciousness about my teeth. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my new smile that Dr Safa Souzani has created for me. I've always been scared of the dentist but Dr Souzani and his lovely assistant made me feel totally at ease. The process was in my opinion first class and with the state of the art equipment and the good doctors expertise. Dr Souzani took extra care in how he approached my teeth as I needed 3 bridges and almost a entire total top row of veneers, so we took our time to get the bite precisely right. Fantastic experience: I was scared as a 12 year old boy who was traumatised by a dentist whilst in foster care. Being forcibly held whilst the dentist put needles into my gums. I conveyed this to Clint Hazel and his Team. They listened and assured me that I would not be experiencing that whilst I was in their care. They reassured me and I trusted them. I needed all remaining teeth to be removed, 14 in total, to start the process of fitting full top and bottom dentures. Clint and his Team were absolutely fantastic on the day and I had all remaining teeth removed in one sitting. I cannot thank them enough for their care and professionalism, I a was not only surprised with their manner of professionalism but more Importantly their follow up after care. Thank you Dental Members Australia and in particular Dr Clint Hazel and Team. You delivered as promised and I cannot recommend you enough. I am now guilty of smiling without a licence after nearly 30 years absence.

Negative experience: Had my aligners on for almost 2 years and if anything it has made my teeth worse, they couldn't achieve what was promised so just filled the gaps with composite veneers. a year on now and it hurts to close my mouth as my back teeth are completely out of alignment. Would highly recommend a different dentist for aligners

I chose to get 18 poreclains, 10 on top and 8 on the bottom and it turned out amazing using only the highest quality porcelains that's available. Fantastic experience: I have finished my invisalign treatment at Dental Members Sydney. For over 20 months, everyone ( head office, receptionist ) is really helpful and accommodating at all the time. I understand it's hard to find the right dentist in Sydney but Dental Member is the best and trustworthy!
