Fantastic experience: Faaaantasic from start to finish. Serena, Peg and Debbie was a fantastic reception trio, lovely to talk too and quick at their jobs, all with beautiful smiles! Accomodating to my work schedule and quick to get me booked in for follow up treatments that suited my busy schedule. The dentist and her assistant themselves were also efficient, informative and great at their jobs. Honestly…looking forward to being back!

The results have been amazing and the whole experience was made even better thanks to Dr. McKearney’s exceptional care. She was incredibly thorough, always making sure I was informed, comfortable, and happy every step of the way. You can truly tell she’s passionate about what she does and is dedicated to achieving the best results for her patients. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I was running late to my appt this morning at ellenbrook as i had to rush my nana to her doctors she was experiencing sharp shoulder pain and swollen feet this morning, i got out from her doctors 1005, and my appt was 10AM i didnt have chance to call them to inform or anything the moment i got done with her i called and tried explaining what happened, i even reqested i can be there in 15-20 min, they can check me as im in pain for my wisdom tooth. but they refused to see and charged me cancellation fee of $75. First of all I did not want to cancel, I still wanted them to have a look at my tooth since i was in pain due to my wisdom tooth and still there no concern or given situtaion to be considered. its not ideal and its disappointing that you guys do not even considered difficult situation of your patients despite explaining my circumstance. never go to this practice again- they cannot be human enough to understand your difficulties.

Fantastic experience: I had a very painful wisdom tooth coming through… the team got me in quickly and checked it and was able to book the extraction next day. Lifesavers! And they put in extra effort making my baby and toddler feel at ease since I had to bring them with me. Above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: Went in without a booked appointment.. Friendly Receptionist, could recognise my distress. Lined me up for the dentist on the spot.. Dentist gave estimates before work was done.. Going back for more work in 2 weeks... Will Amend if this falls through... Yet, optimistic giving the person centred approach that I received from the lovely Receptionist lady....

Fantastic experience: Our family enjoys coming to see Dr Karen for dental. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be re-considering aligners as I had lost hope of them being beneficial to my needs. Kalen takes the time to discuss your options and tells you things straight. He appears to put 100% into his consults.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Db dental in Ellenbrook for a year and a half now, I’ve received various services and have undergone my Invisalign treatment which im extremely satisfied with, the results of my smile have exceeded my expectations. All admin staff are welcoming and I trust my usual dentist Dr Kalen White to look after my oral hygiene and provide me with the best care.

All the support staff are wonderful and so is the facility. Being preferred providers for everyone they're also really affordable.

Negative experience: I visited DB Dental Ellenbrook and was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received. I was overcharged, paying almost $800 for a tooth filling. Dr. Eadaoin McKearney initially claimed everything was fine with the tooth, despite it being extremely sore. Instead of providing clear guidance, she put me on the spot and rushed me into deciding how to address my toothache myself. After the filling was done, the pain persisted. When I called back the next day, I was referred to another dentist and was charged for another consultation and yet another tooth filling. This entire experience felt unprofessional and overly expensive, with no resolution to the issue provided initially. I wouldn’t recommend DB Dental Ellenbrook based on this frustrating and costly experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sahitya Gersappa is amazing , so patient and actually cares about making sure you as the patient are 100% happy with the outcome. Fantastic professional opinion and explains everything so well that it's really easy to understand. Definitely recommend if you are nervous or looking for a Dr that is patient. Looking forward to returning for the continuation of further works!

Dr Eadaoin had a second look and used her wealth of knowledge and experience and made an assessment on the spot. She performed the extraction with the utmost efficiency and care. Eadaoin And Nurse Ifrah made a great team, and it was the best environment for an extraction you could possibly get. Thank you for your time, knowledge and experience, and the cup of tea afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate going to the dentist due to some really bad experiences...but yesterday I needed a tooth pulled, I had a young English female dentist and her assistant and I can't recommend them enough... like omg, I had a horrible tooth that was badly broken and it didn't want to come out! Dentist told me everything that was being done before and during the procedure and I felt very comfortable 10/10 ladies...I will definitely be back for any work I need done as I had a wonderful experience...thank you

Fantastic experience: The dentist was so professionally good of what she was doing to my teeth.She explained everything of what was going on of my sensitive teeth.She cleaned my teeth and told me that there’s lot of build up (calculus/calcium) and she needs to take it so that my gums won’t hurt that much.She told me to booked a longer appointment so that she can put fillings of those rotten tooth…I am quite satisfied with the dentist advice and I will be seeing her again to do the fillings.

Positive experience: I said good but not sure if that's correct. 4 days after and I still have a painful mouth. I don't think I would have another tooth capped, it wouldn't be so painful to have one extracted. I still have to go through it all again next week to have it finished. This wasn't a complaint about the dentist she was very nice and explained each step. It was the procedure as the tooth was the very back one and hard to get at.

The dentist was very good and did a thorough examination followed by a clean, polish and fluoride treatment. During the examination a cavity was found which required a filling. An appointment has been made to have the filling.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Keiren Brannigan has been our family dentist for over a year and I can commend his attention to detail and his willingness to listen to concerns and deal with them in a calm and professional manner. Made the mistake of trying another dentist/ another practice as its hard to get an appointment with him- and burnt my hands. He is a thorough professional and I am happy to recommend him to others.

Negative experience: I have visited DB Dental in Ellenbrook for my annual general dental check ups, on this day my Dentist was not available for this reason I met with a different Dentist, I found her very unfriendly and to some extent she was bit rude, her communication skill was also extremely poor. The other problem I have had with them was that they charged me for a service which was meant to be free/gab free as I'm a Medibank private member and eligible twice per year 100% gab check ups. The rating and the feedback I gave this business is honest feedback.

Dealt with my vertigo so well and managed to keep my head in a really comfortable position therefore making her job to scale and clean very difficult . Positive experience: Had a rear molar extracted. Experienced complications a few day's later. Went back after speaking to a helpful and knowledgeable front desk receptionist (Paula)who suggested it could be a "dry tooth "?? The dentist didn't think so and gave me a course of antibiotics. After a few day's the pain became almost unbearable. Spoke to Paula again and she booked me in again to see another dentist. The second dentist agreed that it was the condition named dry tooth and treated it as such. Since then the pain has disappeared almost completely and im well on the way to healing completely. Special shout out to Paula for her excellent customer service skills and sound knowledge...and her friendly smile.
