Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dr. Siavash Tabatabaei and the team at National Dental Care. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I had a cleaning, cavity removal, and a filling done. Dr. Siavash was super gentle, the pain went away after a day, and my retainer still fits perfectly. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have had consistently positive experiences at this dental practice with Dr Ash Kaur, who is diligent, caring and careful with her work. She takes more time and is more thorough with her check up and cleans than I’ve experienced elsewhere, and is sensitive to patient discomfort. The administrative and support staff are friendly and follow through on requests.

Dr Jasper Lee is very knowledgeable and throughout in his assessment and dental procedures. He also takes time to address my concerns. The reception staff are polite and attentive. Appointments run exactly on time, the service is fantastic, and every interaction is professional yet friendly. Fantastic experience: In leaving the dental industry after 10 years, I was unsure of my chances in finding a dentists that is both gentle, knowledgable, thorough, respectful AND genuine to interact with. Through word-of-mouth I was recommend Dr Siavash Tabatabaei. He is a very grounded, gentle and calm dentist who was able to hear and address my concerns with clarity, respect and reassurance. It is clear he takes pride in his role as a dentist. He also voluntarily provided information for things mentioned in passing, that I was not necessarily there for, yet was very helpful to know regardless. Thank you Dr Tabatabaei for your professionalism, thoughtfulness and consideration! Very much appreciated. And thank you also to the team, for contributing to a professional, friendly environment. Observing other interactions with patients, it is obvious that they value all who come in, in an authentic way; so I am not surprised to see NDC ST have quite a few regulars coming to them from near and far!

Fantastic experience: Donna and Richard are true professionals! Donna has done wonders with my gums. My gums were inflamed, bled every time I cleaned my teeth. After 2 cleaning sessions, they feel much healthier. Richard has been my dentist for years and he always looks after me so well. Thank you very much for the work you do!

Fantastic experience: I got my wisdom teeth out in the chair under local anaesthetic. I was able to wear headphones to ease my stress of being awake, however it was done quickly and extremely well. The staff were very friendly and professional. I am now recovered and had no complications.

After vising and not being completely happy with my filling, Dr Jasper took the time and effort to ensure that everything looked better and I felt happy. The attention to detail was impeccable and I have never felt more comfortable in a dental clinic. Dr Jasper took his time with my exam and talked everything out with my during the process and created a care plan which helped me gain a good level of trust. My clean performed by hygienist Megan was extremely thorough, kind, and I felt a difference afterwards. I will absolutely recommend this clinic to anybody who asks. Fantastic experience: Having moved from interstate I was needing to find a new dentist. My neighbour recommended NDC and i could not be happier with the recommendation. From the friendly greeting as soon as I walked into the Reception area, to the information provided to me by the receptionist, to the very friendly and informative dentist and dental assistant. My check up and clean was very thorough (and gentle), and I was updated throughout the entire process. In fact, everyone working in the NDC clinic were very friendly with every patient that was there. Very happy with my new dentist

Positive experience: Megan, my hygienist was amazing. The last 2 times I've been she's been so attentive to my anxiety and treated me so kindly. I've really appreciated the tine she's taken with me and checking in with me every step of the way. My first experience for a thorough clean had really destroyed my confidence but to have Megan with has been close to life changing!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at National Dental Care South Terrace for several years and had excellent care from Dr. Peter. After his retirement, I was transferred to a different dentist at the clinic. However, my recent few visits haven’t been as satisfying, so I decided to try a new dentist. Today, I was extremely impressed with the level of service and care provided by Hygienist Jesse Kourakis and Dr. Ammy Barnes. They were not only professional but also care about my feeling and feedback. The fantastic hygienist and the amazing support staff at reception truly made my day.

Fantastic experience: Have been visiting the team at National Dental South Terrace for years and am extremely satisfied with the level of service and care they provide. From the incredible team of experienced dentists, to the wonderful hygienists and the amazing support staff at reception, the entire clinic is professional, patient and caring. They are always empathetic and take their time to explain their advice in a way that everyone can not only understand but implement as part of their daily hygiene routine. We visit the dentist normally scared of the outcome and afraid of what we are going to be told, but the team shows a deep level of understanding and do their best to put you at ease. I cannot recommend the practice enough.

Dr Sasha explained what I needed to keep an eye on and didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. The happy work environment clearly made me feel comfortable with everything. Negative experience: Awful business practice which sends spam over and over again, despite repeated requests from me by phone, sms and email, to stop. Also, I pay in cash, and had exactly the right amount to pay for a set of procedures itemised in an invoice from a previous consult, only to be told the cost is higher. This led to an embarrassing situation which was particularly poorly handled by the receptionist. Edit: you've failed to address the more important issue, which is the error of increasing the amount on an invoice without my knowledge or consent, and the poor handling of this by the receptionist. So I'm certainly not going to waste my time by emailing potentially the very same receptionist. And you've definitely lost me as a client.

Fantastic experience: I just took my two boys there, one 9 and the other 5. Both did so well with a very kind and patient dentist. The 5 yr old is usually very shy but as soon as we got home, he said to mommy, “Sasha (the dentist) is my favorite.” A great clinic to go to. Very family friendly.

Negative experience: I had an emergency appointment to smooth off two teeth but they did a full consult which was way above why I went. They knew exactly what I wanted. Probably ended up paying about $300 more than I should’ve since it cost $400. Not at all happy with this practice.

Positive experience: The dentist I had was very helpful and understanding of my anxiety of going to the dentist. . .. The reception was good enough to allow no gap on the account but as I explained, there was no gap to start with as we had already checked with our health fund before hand . We go through this every time we attend and feel very uncomfortable having to explain all the time that there is no gap. Please allow us the dignity of our research before we attend..... I would highly recommend this practice as all issues are attended to in a friendly manner and the dentists have always been great.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I visited Dr. Sasha McLean. I should first mention that it had been close to ten years since visiting a dentist so you can imagine I was a little anxious about the whole event! I'm not really sure where to start with Sasha but i will say that I'll never go to a different dentist again. Sasha, not only is a consummate professional, she has a warm and gentle demeanour, which made me feel immediately comfortable, reassured and less anxious. She was so patient and time generous with her explanations and answers to my questions and very gentle with the actual work carried out. Sasha alone, turned me into somebody who goes to the dentist once a decade to now having booked my follow up appointment. There's not a single dentist in Adelaide I could recommend more highly.

Fantastic experience: Considering that Margaret and I have travelled from Bendigo and have been doing so regularly for 15 years (for me, and longer for Margaret), just to have Richard take care of our dental needs in itself must indicate how happy we are. Travelling was relatively easy in the beginning, but now is a lot more difficult to undertake and organise, but we still do it! Yes, we are both extremely happy, comfortable and grateful for the way we were treated by Richard, Anna and the staff at the front desk.
