Right from the charming and professional receptionist to the superb nurse David and the amazing Dr Rooshab my experience was a pleasure. Treatment (two very old fillings to be replaced) was fast but no feeling of being rushed, painless and very expertly completed. It is my pleasure to recommend Ageless Smiles Dental Centre.

Having moved around a lot I’ve seen a number of practitioners in my time and these guys are hands down by far the most thorough and consciousness of them all. They listened to me, showed me and explained to me everything. I didn’t feel pressured at all to do any treatment, in fact doing no treatment was also an option!! (Obviously the implications of doing nothing would be continuing to see the same if not worse issues than I’ve been facing up until now!) You get what you pay for and whilst maybe a little more than others, definitely bang for your buck here.

Having worked as a qualified Dental Nurse with some of the most prestigious dental surgeons in the training universities in the UK for many years, I need someone amazing for my teeth. Rooshab is caring, very ethical and fab to see they carry out a full and careful examination to prepare the right treatment plan very specific to each patient. Great dentistry starts there. When another dentist saw my crown that Rooshab had done, he didn’t even spot it as a crown it was so perfect. Clinical excellence! 100 stars guys!

Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough of my experience here over the last two days. I had an urgent appointment for a severe toothache yesterday & was back in today getting it fixed. Dr Armando was incredible with me especially as I was so nervous, not once did I feel any judgement or added anxiety. In fact his dental assistant (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) comforted me during the procedure today and helped me stay distracted/calm while working seamlessly with Dr A. So happy with my experience and the fact DR went above and beyond to (hopefully) save my tooth from needing a root canal or removal when I’m sure other dentists would have gone straight for those options once seeing how bad it was. Although it’s still a bit sore tonight it’s feeling much better already than it did 48hrs ago! I highly recommend going here especially if you are anxiety with dentists or dental procedures, I actually feel calm about going back knowing I’ll be looked after. My old dentist was meant to be for ‘nervous’ patients but after my experience today it’s safe to say that these guys actually understand anxiety and deal with it very well.

Fantastic experience: I have been to the dentist many times over the years due to initial poor hygiene, then damage from grinding. A year ago, my regular dentist said they couldn't help me with my on-going sensitivity issues and referred me to an orthodontist, who couldn't help, then referred to an endodontist whose advice went straight to 2 root canals on my front teeth. (and advised those two root canals may turn black) I did not want to carry on with the treatment and was getting depressed with how much pain I was in. A friend recommended Ageless Smiles, and that her dentist, Dr Rooshab Malde was the best she had been to, that I should try at least have a consultation with him. I wasn't keen to drive 70-90 mins each way for my appointment, but I was keen to move forward. My first contact was with Lucy at reception. I'm sure I was raising my voice and probably a tad hysterical on that initial phone call, but she was so professional and calmed me down, and went through some steps the Dr would cover, and that was the most reassuring chat ever. My initial consultation with Dr Rooshab was the best thing I have done for myself for many years. What a human being. I was showed patience, compassion and a plan for the future. The Dr went through photos/3D scans of all of my teeth, explaining the problems, explained my grinding, LISTENED to me and has developed a plan to move forward. I was nearly adamant the Dr should just pull my teeth out and get false teeth, I was so disgusted with what I saw on the photos, but he also discussed with me the pros and cons of keeping your own teeth, and we have commenced treatment. I would happily drive 3 hours each way to see this dentist, nothing comes close to the feeling I have now, where my biggest embarrassment, my teeth, will soon no longer be an issue. My anxiety is gone, and Dr Rooshab, there is no better feeling than that. Many thanks also to Dr Rakhee Malde for your compassion, kind words and treatment. As long as I live in Perth, you will be the only dentist I'll ever go to again.

Fantastic experience: I am in my mid sixties and have had a fear of dentists since I was a child, thus resulting in needing dentures 10 years ago because of not looking after my teeth and not going to dentist, I cannot praise Armando and his nurse enough in just over a week of my first visit all my needs have been met, he even worked a plan that would be cost efficient, I am home recovering from extractions with full confidence, Lucy on receptions was very caring and aware in the situation. Negative experience: Was not happy with result , no longer have a tooth due to it splitting down the middle after getting temporary filling As part of a tooth restoration process and paying over 500 dollars and close to 600 dollars (2 visits plus antibiotics) for the pleasure. I questioned about the costs each time I visited which seemed to annoy Rooshab, however they are very upfront (like most dentists) about getting money out of you including blatant signs about paying before you leave prominently displayed at the counter. I asked directly about the hourly rate and was not given a direct answer. It cost me 250 dollars to get a quote for 20,000 thousand dollars. I again highlighted how expensive it was, and one response was the training cost of becoming a dentist was very high and a figure of 500,000 pounds was quoted. This seems kinda fanciful to me. Lets fact check that.................500,000 pounds divided by the current GBP rate vs AUD which would be .55 so 500,000/.55 equals 909,000 dollars. Hmmmm. On the internet, the cost of university in Australia to become a dentist is 50,000 dollars for an Australian citizen and 270,000 dollars for and international student TOTAL. I doubt the UK is much different. Anyway my takeaway from this is that I am unhappy with my interaction at Forum Dental Belmont and have lost a very important tooth, leaving me quite distressed. Hence the 1 star.

This place was like nothing ive experienced, they were all so so friendly in an honest way and not a sales kind of way, they were genuine. The dentist was really cool and went through everything I wanted and then showed me absolutely everything on a screen , its very professional as he explains everything and in layman terms for me. I was given plenty of options to get as little or as much done as i wanted and plenty of payment options with any help i needed. As I said this place was just different than any other ive ever been at and I never met any of the saff ever before , and wont hesitate to go back and bring my son too. My husband and kids (age 3 and 2 yrs) all go at the same time for 6 monthly checks and scale and clean. They are so friendly, putting no pressure on the kids. Very knowledgeable - diagnosing a sinus infection over the phone instead of what I thought was a toothache! We'll definitely continue to come here for our dental needs.
