Fantastic experience: Linda’s teeth cleansing is done with expertise and lots of patience! The staff are all very understanding and caring as well.

Negative experience: This has been taken over by the most incompetent dentist on the planet , have to send you to another dentist to do a crown as they either are not trained or too incompetent to perform that procedure, been going for the last 30 years , never again , find a more suitable and qualified dentist.

Fantastic experience: Linda is an excellent dentist. She is very gentle and attentive. She always goes the extra mile to make sure her patients are satisfied. I cannot recommend Linda and the team enough.

Positive experience: I have been coming to Bayswater Station Dental since I was a little girl and therefore decided to continue with bringing my children up visiting the same place. My 3 children and myself all see Dr Linda and feel very relaxed with Linda’s gentle and informative treatments. 2 of my children have also had braces with Linda and their teeth look perfect. All of the staff there are lovely and professional too. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Went here to look at getting a tooth pulled out for a quote of 600 bucks. Also charged 250 for the x-ray, went to a different and they charged 300 for the tooth to be removed and told me they only charge 50 if our need x-ray, this place is a scam ong

Negative experience: Bayswater Station Dental has ruined my day because I had done a lot of research online prior to booking a dentist the night before but the 4.9 star rating was not what I experienced. My Appointment was at 1.15pm. I arrived 20 minutes early because it was my first visit and I thought there were probably forms to fill out. I left at 2.05pm because the dentist was too late for my appointment and I couldn’t wait any longer. Nobody was at the front desk-counter when I left. I was left alone in the waiting room for at least the last 15 mins with the tv turned off. This dentist does not deserve my business, I thought while I was waiting, so I walked out. They did try to call me back and sent me a text message apologising and to rebook for another appointment but I didn’t respond because the damage was done.

Fantastic experience: Bayswater station dental is the best in the business. Dr Linda is the only dentist I will ever trust/go to. Over 5+ years ago she gave me a composite veneer to correct my uneven tooth and it is still in perfect condition and the results are A+++. Never a bad experience with her, she is gentle and really gives you the results you are looking for. Thank you Linda.

Negative experience: If something seems off to you get a second opinion, I went here for a clean and was told I needed an urgent filling and 3 other fillings, this seemed off to me as I don't consume alot of sugar and get regular check ups, after getting a second opinion, I needed NO FILLINGS so glad I didn't pay $$$ for fillings I don't need. I rang the clinic to take a direct approach in giving them this feedback, the receptionist was abrasive and rude and couldn't wait to get of the phone virtually hanging up in my ear. Even though I was offering this politely and wanting to avoid writing a review, but honestly they dont deserve it. All round pretty average service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely satisfied with their services - from the time I entered to the time I limped out (happily), I felt reassured that the procedures would be completed effectively and efficiently. Dr. Linda & Dr. Felicity (and all the staff) did fantastic jobs for me - from having my teeth cleaned to having a major filling and an extraction of my molar tooth. You won't believe it - I actually fell asleep during the procedure !! I was so relaxed, ha!
