Fantastic experience: When I got my wisdom teeth out my insurance was going to cost me $100 more per tooth for simple extractions instead of complex which was the code originally quoted to me so the dentist put the code in as complex so I got my max money back. Was really easy to deal with. Extractions went well. Understanding on financial stress I take appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time, and after neglecting my oral health for a long time I was very embarrassed and incredibly anxious about reaching out to try and get things fixed. From the moment I initially reached out, to just now getting off the phone with Saffron (I hope I spelled your name correctly) to book another appt to remove a painful broken tooth, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, non-judgmental, and willing to work with me in getting me on my way to a more confident smile. If anybody is reading this and feeling a bit concerned about making the call, I can assure you it will be ok. I have been told by friends what I have paid is a lot cheaper than what they have paid at other practices, and the dentists here are willing to work with you to ensure you do not go over your budget. Dr Raymond Luc checked with me, every step of the way, to ensure the price was ok and I was comfortable before proceeding with anything. Great dentist, amazing staff, and I look forward to getting back on track with them by my side. Although I have only been there once to date, I can not recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: A clean, inviting, comfortable clinic with very experienced staff. I attended for a routine clean, scale polish and some cosmetic dentistry to replace a composite bond. I was consulted during the treatment to ensure I was happy with the colour and informed of steps taken along the way. After a poor experience elsewhere I was very happy with the care and professionalism provided at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Just had my first appt at Doncaster Dental and I’m blown away. The first thing I noticed was it was very tidy, clean, warm and cosy. I had a very thorough check up, clean and x rays. Even my tongue was inspected. Dr Nazeem was very warm, friendly, helpful, gentle and knowledgeable. He let me know what was happening every step of the way and was very encouraging of how well I was doing. (It’s lovely when a dentist acknowledges with his words and behaviour that he knows it can be uncomfortable.) His supporting staff were kind, quiet and softly spoken. Their equipment was quite obviously very high tech and impressive. I was shown the scan of my teeth and where I needed replacement filings. (At my usual dentist, I just have to trust that I need work. -They don’t show me proof like today.) I got more advice in todays appointment than I ever have at a dental appointment. At the conclusion of my visit, I asked the lovely Saffron (who was friendly, helpful and efficient all at once) to have my files sent over from my EX Dentist, who I now know is very old-school in their approach and behind in the times. Thank you Doncaster Dental, I couldn’t possibly be more impressed! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It was my first appointment in far too long. Dr Jamie Do and his very capable assistants were very kind and accomodating. I was impressed with the attention to detail. I haven't been anywhere in 38 years where a clinic has the technology to really show current state, post clean, procedure (filling) and also a very clear plan for action moving forward. I could tell immediately that this practice cares about their patients as much as they do their reputation. This is important and something that is hard to find these days. I found Dr Jamie Do to be calm, friendly, highly knowledgeable and helpful. Price wise, I was also greatful. Procedures were very affordable and I am going back to replace failing crown next month for an estimated price that hasnt scared me away. Post vists, my gums are already in much better condition. It was clearly visible that I was well overdue and the end result was great. I am happy to have taken opportunity of an offer for fully check up, xrays, full mouth scan and resulting filling that was clearly needed. I have recomended this practice to one of my closest friends who also needs to make a visit to the dentist.

She is gentle and easy to talk to. I needed to have a filling replaced for the first time in years and was quite nervous, but Dr Jamie Do did a great job. He has a lovely manner and put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended Doncaster Dental as a new patient . I was in quite a bit of pain with a toothache and was quite apprehensive due to past bad experiences at previous dentists. I can highly recommend this dental practice. The dentist I saw, Jamie immediately put me at ease , explained the cause of my pain and showed me on the X-rays. He was able to fix the problem, and I really felt no pain during this, or at all afterwards. . In the past dental work has been very difficult for me and generally takes a long time to complete. Jamie was able to fix my problem quickly with no trouble at all. This practice will be my regular dentist now. If you are looking for a new dentist and have a bit of a fear of dental work like I have , then you should come to this dentist . Jamie is excellent, can highly recommend him.
