He takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer questions. The staff member at the reception was so lovely and kind too. Keep up the amazing work. I highly recommend this practice !

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Mark and the dental assistant (sorry forgot to ask her name, Caucasian, blonde) I saw yesterday. They are both extremely thorough, friendly, and patient with me. Especially during numbing, the DA probably felt my stress and kinda massage my shoulder to comfort me. 13 hours since the appointment and after some quick testing, my old tooth sensitivity is gone. Can't wait to use that side to chew food again after 6 months!!

Fantastic experience: DR IMAN ALSHAMI from 1300SMILES (Douglas) is such a good dentist. Her "chair-side" manner was excellent, and made me feel so assured and comforted. Her work on my teeth was first-rate - no pain, hardly any discomfort, and the outcome was more than satisfactory. Such a lovely and respectful doctor - so consultative and patient. I have gone back to her clinic twice, and God willing, will probably be seeing her at least twice a year for my regular checkups and cleaning. I would also like to add that the admin staff and the dental assistants there were likewise polite and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Oh my this was this best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist Dr Iman Alshami removed a wisdom tooth that was growing horizontally other dentist said I would have to go and have this done at the hospital and put under ! Not the case with Iman she had the tooth out in no time and I was comfortable! I should have got this tooth out years ago but was putting it off ! also the team on reception where very friendly and helpful I’ve already booked back in for next week Highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by my previous dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed in 1300 SMILE. I had to go ahead with the surgery because my wisdom tooth was sore before my hospital appointment. My previous dentist said he couldn't help me because of my wisdom teeth were laid down, so I needed to see a specialist in hospital. The cost is expected to be $3000. I was lucky enough to end up at 1300Smile where my new dentist Dr Iman helped me pull out two wisdom teeth that would have required a visit to a specialist clinic at a cost of $600. My gums are healing well now. I am very pleased with Dr Iman. I transferred all my dental follow-up treatment to 1300Smile because they are really great, especially DR Iman who is very conscientious and responsible and the most patient doctor I have ever met. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Very good for anyone who is anxious/nervous/has phobia about the dentist. Dr Naga was very calming and kind, listened to my worries and went about the filling gently and without fuss. Very little discomfort felt. Reception was also very friendly even though i was running late and flustered. Absolutely recommend and i booked a follow up appointment. (I normally never leave reviews but when looking for dentists that are good for a nervous patient i know myself how helpful it is to see these kind of reviews).

Fantastic experience: I dont think anybody actually "likes" going to the dentist and I'm sure there are a lot of people whom are like me and put it off until you "need" to go. This dentist visit was different... I didn't "need" to go but was referred to 1300Smiles in Douglas by one of my best mates who goes there and thought I might as well go and get a check up. I had a Saturday morning appointment which worked great for me. From the very friendly lovely chap at the front desk who answered the phone asking how can we help you smile today, through to the dentist, assistant and the check and clean up procedure, I was so impressed! Very reasonable pricing and great service. I will be back and I would highly recommend a visit!

Fantastic experience: I want to share my experience with Dr Eman at 1300 smiles located in douglas Townsville .We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Eman Alshami and her staff. My son was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Eman was very patient with him and spend a lot of time trying to calm him down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Eman is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Eman and her staff for kids and adults.

I needed to have my tooth removed a couple of weeks ago and was so scared but thanks to the amazing lady at the front desk who assured me its not like years ago and couldn't speak any more highly of the person going to remove it and she was so right he was amazing took his time, explained every step and even done it when I was ready. I came out of there feeling so good that I even made a second appointment for today and another appointment in a weeks time, that is how amazing this team are. Fantastic experience: Good Morning, I had the need to take 2 of my daughters to 1300 Smiles in Douglas yesterday afternoon for a check-up and clean. Like most teenage girls, a certain amount of fear and trepidation is with them when they visit the dentist. We had the absolute pleasure of having Doctor Kashfia Jamali as the dentist that saw my girls. What an asset to your business she is, extremely hospitable to the girls and me alike. She looked after my girls like they were her own, and all fear was gone in a matter of seconds. When we left the dental surgery, they both commented how nice a dentist she was, and that they no longer had fear of going to the dentist as long as it was Kash that they saw. Thank you so much for having her in your business, and if you could please pass on my sincere thanks to her, and this correspondence to the management team.
