Positive experience: I know and like my dentist and that’s why I go back but, I also hate surprises, so when I received an email mentioning my appointment with an unknown person, I was upset and imagined I would have to pay 2 lots of fees. I’ve never heard of a “dental hygienist “. I thought that’s what American people do. No-one explained ahead of time and I hate surprises. The lady seemed to be okay but I think it is a common courtesy to explain the changes beforehand especially when I am paying for a service.

Dental care services at this clinic are the best of the best, amazing & experienced dentists that even make me look forward to my next check up! I always go home feeling fresh and am seeing great results with my oral hygiene, not to mention the compliments I always get after a teeth clean. The clinic itself is awesome, very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend any other place, they don’t call it a family clinic for no reason, this team will truly take you in and have your health and best interest at heart.

Fantastic experience: I used to have terrible anxiety about visiting a dentist, but after finding Dr Pham, I am much more comfortable! She is wonderfully kind and gentle and fully explains procedures and how to keep my teeth healthy. Because of her gentle and supportive practice, I now have regular check ups and my oral health is significantly improved!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding! I’m the daughter of Dr Macdonald who started at Malvern Family Dental back in 1976. I have never seen another Dentist besides my father. Naturally, I was a little apprehensive for my children to be seen by anyone other than Dad. However, considering Dad will not work forever, I needed to follow dad’s recommendation for the children to be seen by Dr. Goitchman, as he gradually eases into retirement over the coming years. Following a recent scooter accident, my youngest child, needed emergency dental attention. Dr Goitchman put my son at complete ease and made the experience enjoyable and fun! He is friendly, relatable and passionate about providing the best possible outcomes for his patients! I will recommend Dr Goitchman to all of my family and friends for many years to come! Fantastic experience: Really friendly admin staff. Really caring dentist. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: VERY POOR service, focussing on $ over patient care.. I ended up paying over $400 for a filling that got infected and needed antibiotics. After returning to get it addressed they were proposing to charge me another $250 to remove the filling. When I questioned the additional cost they refused treatment. Extreme poor service by the head dentist at the Malvern clinic. Allowed me to walk out with an infected tooth. Have just read the response from the owner below. This is NOT factual. The original assessment and treatment was inaccurate and lacked appropriate experienced assessment. I DID GIVE consent for them to rectify the issue. However, They wanted to charge me to fix it, rather than accepting responsibility and focussing on patient care. Therefore they chose NOT to provide the service. VERY POOR service, focussing on $ over patient care.. UNPROFESSIONAL
