Fantastic experience: About a year ago, my daughter had a problem with her teeth, which was crooked and uneven. We went to Craigieburn Junction Dental to give her a braces treatment, with such a short period of time, her teeth were straight and healthy, which went perfectly and had no problems. The dentists are very careful and kind and never disappointed us. They give us tips and advice for her, also providing products for her to use. They always make sure that everything is going well, as there are rarely any complications. Although braces treatment is pricey and quite painful, it’s always worth it in the end. Thanks to the dentists who gave her a perfect smile. 100% recommend. Honest and genuine.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is super lovely. All the staff are probably the best groups of women I’ve come across in a long long time. What’s lovely is that they are all mothers and super supportive when coming in with my 8 month old son. The first visit he was a little upset so each dental assistant made both of us feel really comfortable, they offered to help keep him entertained by walking him around in the pram and even held him when he cried. I cannot thank the team at Craigieburn Junction Dental. Oh and my teeth look amazing, I’ve told the team so many times they should open up a short term child care service lol. I didn’t wait for long and the dentist helped me (checked my teeth and gave me medication). I still can’t believe they didn’t charge me any money and did everything for free. I have been seeing Dr. Nida Parveen for my family’s dental needs. She is patient with kids and motivates them well to look after their dental hygiene. As a result, my kids do not fuss about their dental trips any more. The diagnoses is highly reliable as I was advised to obtain a second opinion from the specialist and it aligned well with what my dentist had suggested. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Excellent modern dental practice with great service. I got my treatment done and was very satisfied with the expertise and care.

Negative experience: I went here 3 months ago, booked in for a clean, check up and 2 fillings and x-rays. All I got was the 2 fillings because they ran out of time. Now 3 months later both fillings are already gone. I'm very disappointed to say the least.
