Fantastic experience: Though 99 Dental is extremely cheaper than other dental clinics, they provide the same level of care. The staff at Eastlakes are professional, friendly, gentle and kind. I removed 2 wisdom teeth with ease and paid $300. My daughter removed hers elsewhere and paid $5000. Recovery time for us both was the same. I highly recommend 99 Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a Dental 99 clinic before yesterday, but I wanted to leave this review because of the nice experience I had. Dr Michael Cai was excellent. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience easier. I'll be more than happy to see him again on my next visit. I must also commend his lovely assistant, Maria. Michael was extra busy due to seeing many patients, so he was naturally running a little behind my 3:30 pm appointment. Despite Dr. Cai's busy schedule, Maria took the time to explain the situation to me in a very caring way. When I was speaking with both Michael and Maria, I got the sense that they actually care about their patients. It seemed to me that they always make a conscious effort to ensure their patients never feel like just another number. For $100.73 ($99 plus a surcharge for card payment) I got an X-ray, a comprehensive examination, and a thorough clean. When it comes to checking your teeth in Sydney, I don't think you'll find better value than this place. I definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you again, Michael and Maria.

I’m absolutely petrified of a dentist’s chair but Oliver made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole procedure. He also kept asking me if I was ok and if I need to take a break just to let him know. I’ve booked into go again and do more work on my teeth. Thanks Oliver and Dental 99 for looking after me.

Negative experience: Horrible first experience. There’s no reception staff. I had run 15 mins late. I had notified them via the app. I get there and the staff immediately said I would need to rebook and would lose 50% credit. Having arrived in an Uber and then immediately needing to organise another Uber I was saddened by the fact that a human didn’t handle this for the business. Normally someone would call ahead and let you know that being late would need a reschedule, losing 50% of the fee, no assistance is rebooking and a big waste of time and expense travelling there. I had apologised as soon as I arrived for being late. These things happen and this morning my car battery died so hence the Uber. The staff was lecturing me that people normally are early 20 minutes and that he saw that I had submitted my form a short time before. I felt like I was at primary school being told off by a school teacher. There is a reason why support staff handle these matters. Great concept however without polite and caring staff, especially offering a personal service like dental, this business is a dud.

Fantastic experience: Definitely impressed with the quality of care provided by the team at Dental 99. I had a filling replaced and it did not feel rushed in anyway whatsoever. In fact, extra time was taken to ensure I was happy with the work done. I was quoted roughly $200-350 at another clinic but it was taken care of here for $99. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Fantastic experience: Usually I'm anxious to make dental appointments and put them off longer than I should, but after using Dental 99 I would not hesitate to book with them in the future. The phone app is simple and efficient to use and Dr Sandhya at Eastlakes kept me informed and calm throughout the procedure. Didn't break my bank either.

If I want to do follow up, they asking for booking and if I book money is charged so there should be some sort of mechanism for follow up booking for same problem!' Revised fb on 23/8/2019.... Today I had a call from one of Founder and a very good pleasant talking with him. In fact I have no problem of the dentists are working there, they are all A+, and Merlin helped me by sparing her own lunch time. Only problem I was f....... acing is how to get in touch for reoccurring issues on same problem. Founder told me that they are on the process of fixing the issues and he offered me would recheck by a senior dentist. So I am very happy with his commitment to improve the service. I have changed my ratings to 5*.
