Fantastic experience: The clinic is in a pretty central location, I gave them a call to let them know that I'm running late and they followed up closer to the time to make sure I was going to make it no later than 15min from the appointment. Then I was scene by Lauren and Dr.Shah, they were very thorough and professional, and explained to me everything that I needed to know. Highly recommend this clinic.

They were both very knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed, Dr Vincent explained every step of the procedure so I didn’t feel anxious about what was happening and was super efficient so I spent the least amount of time in the chair. Larissa on reception was lovely and a great calming presence. Will be recommending to friends and family!

Negative experience: The incompetent team of dental "professionals" failed to detect a crack in my tooth. I presented to them with excruciating pain in one of my teeth. Michelle Phung (Oral Health Therapist) completed my clean and then referred me to Dr Vincent Phan (Dentist) who also failed in his obligation as a dentist to professionally diagnose the issue. This was later diagnosed by a competent dentist. What he did do instead is push their agenda of sales by recommending to remove my wisdom teeth, even though I kept insisting that I had no pain associated with those. I got multiple calls and messages after this to follow up on their quote to remove my wisdom teeth. I also got 2 independent opinions and both dentists recommended not to remove my wisdom teeth, as that could lead to more issues. This makes me strongly question their ethics. They also tried to charge me a gap fee for something they decided to do as part of my initial check-up, even though I have 100% general dental cover from Bupa. When asked why I was not informed of the gap fee prior to the appointment, she said that it was my responsibility to find this out, even though they are a "Members First Ultimate" practice with Bupa and it was clear that it was a no gap appointment. Would not trust this team at all.

Negative experience: I am not a member of Bupa Dental. Received a text message for a client of theirs in error for a reminder of an appointment. I rang to let them know, the girl was nice enough, but had not hung up properly then started complaining about me in the background to her colleagues. This is very unprofessional and considering they made the mistake, I thought they would thank me not winge about me....

Fantastic experience: Such a good experience here. I'd previously been to other Bupa Dental clinics, but this one was definitely the best. The reception and dental staff are all very friendly and professional. Had my 6-monthly check up, clean and fluoride treatment and everything was explained well and done with utmost care. The dental chair was even super comfy. I paid absolutely nothing with my coverage through Bupa and their pricing seems very standard anyway, even if I weren't insured. Will be coming back here every time.

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend Dr. Vincent After years of being advised by various dentists to get Invisalign or braces, I finally found the right professional in Dr. Vincent. His meticulous approach stood out from the very beginning, and I felt confident in proceeding with my treatment under his care. As part of my Invisalign plan, I needed to have three wisdom teeth removed. Being someone with a fear of needles and low pain tolerance, I was extremely anxious about the procedure. However, Dr. Vincent’s expertise made all the difference. He took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions beforehand, ensuring I felt informed and reassured. During the operation, he walked me through every step, which helped ease my nerves significantly. The post-op care was equally thorough. Dr. Vincent provided clear instructions and support. I followed step by step through the entire process to well prepared myself before during and post the operation. My recovery is at great speed and so smooth that my friends and family are amazed at how well I’ve been healing. A huge thank you to Dr Vincent’s exceptional work. If you’re someone who is naturally not a bit fan of dental ops and having low pain tolerance like me, I highly recommend Dr.Vincent, who is highly skilled and detail-oriented. My experience with him has been nothing short of excellent!

In particular, I'd like to mention Vincent Phan and Thien Nguyen who have been taking care of my teeth and gum health most recently. Both gentlemen are superb doctors with great personalities. Most recently Belinda Kurosz and her assistant helped me remove calculus with lots of attention to details. Some great advices in how to look after my teeth was a bonus. Highly recommended, especially if you are a member of BUPA health insurance, as the reimbursement rate is high.

All staff that work on my teeth I want to say thank you, as the understand that my teeth are extremely sensitive therefore they allow breaks and are very caring. Vincent the Dentist goes beyond to ensure that my dental needs are met, and really good at following up. I know that we don't all going to the dentist but I can highly recommend D-Spa. Fantastic experience: DR VINNIE PHAN THE SUPERSTAR DENTIST! I am beyond happy I found this amazing dentist who diagnosed my grinding and clenching problem. Dr Vinnie resolved the issue by injecting Botox into my jaw and the results are life changing. All the staff that work at DSpa are so beautiful and friendly PLUS…. No out of pocket expenses with Bupa!

Fantastic experience: We've been coming to see Dr Vincent at D-Spa for the last 2 years now and he is fantastic with taking care of my 5 year old daughter and I. He is thorough and knowledgeable technically and always takes the time to put my daughter at ease. This is so important to me since my daughter is generally terrified of doctors and dentists. Dr Vincent always manages to put her at ease and makes her laugh. He even managed to complete a filling in her, and has given us good advice to prevent dental caries developing. We know our dental health is in good hands and I don't dread the 6 monthly dental checks. Thank you Dr Vincent.

Negative experience: I felt I was treated as a below positioned client, after I talked to their maneger (she said she is) over a phone call. I made phone calls twice to get them send me a digital receipt. The maneger said she was”Busy” after I called another time because I didn’t her what I needed. There was no apology at all, she cut my phone call. The receipt never came to my email after two phone calls. I’ll never go back this clinic, or can’t recommend anyone this clinic if you’re Asian and speak English as a second language.

Positive experience: More of a sales pitch which made me uncomfortable. Went for the free clean and came out with a $3500 quote. Went back to my regular dentist. Bupa should be ashamed. Not a good experience.

Negative experience: I have had consecutively the worst dental experiences in this place of my life. Whilst the staff is super friendly, anything involving actual medical care has not been so great. First instance was dislocating my jaw at the dentist chair, and had to go to ER for them to relocate it, since nobody knew how to do it. Months after that, been in an accident causing further trauma to my jaw. Despite of knowing this, they have advised me to have 3 of my wisdom teeth removed. During operation, causing massive further trauma to my jaw, since none of the nurses supported my jaw during the procedure, and simply kept saying "you are doing great!". And the dentist chipped one of the adjoining tooth whilst removing my wisdom teeth. To top it all off, they have failed to prescribe me adequate pain meds post operation, and had to go to the ER after an agonising night. Save yourselves and go somewhere else if you don't want to go through as much pain as I have been in multiple occasions I have been here.

Out of all the dentists that have treated me during these four years I would like to say that Dr Vincent Phan is by far the best. I would like to cordially thank Dr Phan for the level of professionalism and personal care that he has shown and for treating my tooth in such a safe, efficient, effective and impeccable manner. Dr Phan is very friendly, very methodical, very caring and creates a safe environment. During all the procedures he always made sure to check on me in case I was in pain or feeling uncomfortable. He is extremely careful, diligent and knows exactly what needs to happen when. He is very calm and this helped me as patient feel calm, relaxed, motivated and safe. What I also liked a lot is the fact that he takes time to explain every step of the process, while providing very clear instructions and recommendations at the end. Dr Phan is the best dentist I ever had.

Dr Alex was amazing putting me at ease immediately and talking away to calm my nerves.
