Great opening hours, extremely professional service and a dentist who is about a healthy mouth and teeth and doesn’t ever push cosmetic dentistry on you when you don’t need it (but can do it if you WANT it). Services are competitively priced but when you couple price with the amazing staff and customer service, where you find a small cost difference, it’s worth choosing Dr Tang

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a shout out to Carindale Dental at the Metropol shops. Dr. Winnie was so wonderful with my 3 year old daughter. I can’t believe she let Dr. Winnie do a full clean! We played the Peppa Pig episode beforehand (where she visits the dentist) to warm my daughter up to the idea. As soon as we got to the surgery, Playschool was up on the Tv (above the chair on the roof) so my daughter was happy as! Dr. Winnie started by just counting her teeth, and let her feel the instruments on her hand before putting anything in her mouth. We even got the bubblegum flavor fluoride in! The staff were all so helpful, and I can’t recommend them enough. To top it off, she got a sticker and a balloon and was proud as punch.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure visiting Carindale Dental for my 6-monthly teeth check-ups and cleans, and other dental needs. Dr. Winnie Tang and all her reception staff/dental assistants are lovely. Dr. Tang does exceptional work and is always open to answering any questions or concerns one might have - which is especially good for people with dental anxiety like myself. I recently went in to have minor toothbrush abrasions on the sides of my molars filled and Winnie did an amazing job blending it to look like natural tooth.

Negative experience: Was using them many years ago. The quality has gone down. She is very fast not taking the time to explain. ≈============= WOW. Never expected this kind of backlash from my review. I think it's very unethical and unprofessional to reveal someone's personal medical information on Google review. Your reply should have addressed my feedback and not attacking me for not going with your options. I paid for consultation which I believe I didn't receive. I stand by my initial feedback. If there was an option of giving a NEGATIVE feedback, I would have gladly done so. I think you have sunk to a new low with your reply to my feedback this way.

Negative experience: Yesterday was my first and last time to visit this clinic. I have pain in one teeth and she only checked that specific teeth said there was nothing wrong and quickly moved onto the cleaning. She did not check if I have cavities or any other problems in my mouth that could cause the pain. I was very disappointed as she rushed through the appointment . The receptionist was super friendly.

My last visit I called on a Monday and although the 6 monthly visit wasn't due till the 17th of June, I go an appointment within days of my phone call. Can it get any better than that???
