Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Brian Yoo on Friday, and it was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! From start to finish, he made me feel like absolute royalty. Dr. Yoo was incredibly attentive, always checking in to ensure I was comfortable and free of pain throughout the entire appointment. He took his time to thoroughly clean my teeth and did an outstanding job—my teeth have never felt better! I also want to commend his assistant, who was both efficient and fantastic, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. This was such a positive experience that I’ve decided Dr. Yoo will be my dentist *forever*! If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their patients and delivers exceptional care, I cannot recommend Dr. Brian Yoo enough!

Fantastic experience: Dentist appointments are normally all the same, time spent with your mouth open and wishing they would stop. This appointment I got a new young dentist, Dr Brian, he was very gentle in manner and his work, he gave breaks for swallowing and just a breather, plus it was the first time going to the Dentist that it didn't hurt or was uncomfortable in any way. My daughter had an appointment with him as well, and she agreed, no pain at all. Very good experience with this Dr, that we actually made another appointment with him for the next clean & check-up.

Fantastic experience: Been going for about 3 years now and Dr Yoo is first class. The ladies in the front desk are always helpful and happy and I have no dramas . I have recommended them to people whenever they ask if o know of any good dentist .

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few places for my regular check-up over the years and never went back to the same place twice but have been going to DB Dental Baldivis for the past 3 years as they are friendly, professional and efficient.

Negative experience: Waited 7 weeks for specialist appointment for child who has painful wisdom teeth. DB confirmed the appointment Monday, cancelled it Tuesday (1 day notice) saying their paediatric dental surgeon wants to leave work an hour early so your appointment is “no longer available”, but we can rebook you for December (8 weeks time). No consideration given, no apology. Now stuck finding another specialist before Xmas.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever!!! My son had his dental appointment at 12.15pm on 1 October 2024.We arrived at 12.05pm … waited for 50mins and both reception staff are busy talking , laughing talking about their life story and not bothered to update us that the dentist will be late! No decency to apologise for the delay ( as they are caught up with their conversation)and all they give the reason is that the dentist is in an emergency. The least they could do is inform us earlier , call us or reschedule our appointment..but no they kept us waiting cluelessly i have to asked them what’s wrong to get their response and they merely said come back at 1.15pm!! No other dentist to assist us as they are going for their lunch! The next available dentist is at 1.45pm!! Db dental will charge us if we did not show up for our appointment but when they are behind schedule, they expect us to just accept it!!! Son got his check up at 1.30pm eventually… still no sincere apologies from both receptionist and as they are busy talking loudly!! Worse customer service ever!!

Fantastic experience: I am a terrible coward when it comes to going to the dentist but my visits with Shona, is made a lot easier with the team who work with her and they are gentle which help my stress a lot.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this practice with my tooth extraction. The reception has a calming atmosphere, with kind and attentive staff. As someone with anxiety my dentist was great at making sure I was comfortable throughout. Not only was the experience great, but the extraction itself was handled with far more care than my last extraction with a different dentist. I’m glad to have found a dentist I feel safe going back to.

I have severe anxiety with the dentist and i felt at ease from the moment i stepped foot in DB dental (Baldivis) the reception ladies are beautiful! Dr Scully doesn't upsell anything she truly is all about what's best for her client i feel so much more relaxed that i have found her! I have moved my whole family to her as of today ♥️

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful dentist. The reception staff are friendly and proficient. I highly recommend Dr Greg. He is gentle and understanding, very responsive to patient needs! And the nurse I had today, Angie, was just lovely, so caring. She patted my shoulder when she could see I was tense. Highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I’m very anxious about going to the dentist and had been putting it off for a while due to traumatic experiences in the past. Got an appointment with Dr Scully after reading great reviews and she really is an amazing dentist! So kind and caring and very understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and anxiety and spent heaps of time explaining and making a plan for me. Very obvious that she is experienced and has heaps of knowledge! The environment at DB Dental Baldivis was also amazing and welcoming. My partner went with me and was allowed in during my consultation and he was also well taken care of even when he wasn’t a customer that day. Absolutely the best place I could’ve gone to! The women at the reception were also amazing and made me feel so welcome and at ease as a new customer. They deserve just as much a good review as the dentists there! She also helped me make the best deal and make it as cheap as possible for me. Will definitely make this my go-to dentistry. Thank you ❤️

Positive experience: Over priced by hundreds and went through a lot pain from injections to have a tooth out wanted to save tooth but $4400 for one tooth $550 just an extraction

Fantastic experience: I went to DB dental Baldivis twice. My first visit was an emergency dental care with Dr Shona Smith. I was in so much pain and couldn't eat solid foods at all. Dr Smith took her time and treated me with outmost professionalism. She was gentle, caring and thorough. My second visit was a follow up appointment with Dr Sandra Tan as Dr Smith was on holiday. Dr Tan was amazing and she displayed the same traits as Dr Smith. Both are caring, gentle, thorough and professionals. I'll be happy to have any of as my permanent dentist. Happy patient right here

Dr Brian went completely above & beyond to help me with emergency work on Christmas Eve when he could have been home with his family (he saved Christmas for me and my family) He always makes you feel comfortable & his communication throughout appointments is exceptional. Negative experience: Was told that I needed two fillings. Obtained a second opinion from my previous dentist and was advised there was absolutely no need to for these. I will continue to travel an hour to my old dentist to make sure this never happens again.

Negative experience: Just presented for my appointment to be told that the dentist I was booked with no longer works there. No one called, texted or emailed me but that's not what I was told when I got there. This was a rescheduled appointment as it was. Very disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: Broke my front tooth off on Sunday, rang DB on Monday, they arranged an appointment on Monday afternoon with Dr. Anjali. She was professional and explained my options to replace my tooth.

Negative experience: Went here to get a filling but a few weeks later part of the filling fell out so I went back to have it fixed and the dentist told me "oh no that's fine it's just a bit of enamel chipped off" done nothing to fix the tooth instead decided to clean my teeth and give me other services that I didn't ask for which upon leaving I was smacked with a $550 dollar bill and my tooth still chipped. Con artists!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Negative experience: The worst dental clinic you can end up. I broke my tooth and went there to fix it. They did not have the material so told me to go home and they will call me in the next day or so when they know when the material will be coming and I am still waiting 3 weeks later! Shame on you people! You should know how important is to at least reach out and let people know what to do!

Fantastic experience: Roxy and the staff and Dentist Greg were amazing in their service, advice and information. It was a trying week for me with a difficult removal of a canine as well as navigating the covid lock down. All at Baldivis and Phoenix were extremely happy and helpful people that went out of there way to make sure I was there first priority.

Negative experience: To say I am disappointed would be an understatement, I phoned and asked for a quote over the phone was given a price I confirmed over the phone that what I was told would be the max I would be charged. I arrived went into my appointment was told I had to have an x-ray I said I didn't want one as the filling had just fallen out my tooth didn't hurt, but was told I had to have one, I advised I didn't want a consult just wanted a filling the dentist then said we will just concentrate on the tooth to be filled I did not have a consult, after the x-ray I was told the consult was $78 the x-ray $72 and the filling $279, after advising I was quoted $239 mac they agreed to charge $239 for the filling but I had to pay for the consult I never had and an x-ray I didn't need, I ended up having to paying $389 after being quoted $239. I would not recommend DB to anyone and am disgusted that they fool people into going to their clinic, it is very misleading and unethical! And all I got was sorry for the confusion, there was no confusion I was blatantly mislead, had I have known the cost when I called I would not have booked in, absolutley disgusting and don't appreciate being lied to.

Negative experience: I have had the worst experience in my life with the Baldivis branch. Firstly I contacted the clinic on a number of occasions to find out when my splint will be ready to pick up as it had past a few days of when it was due. The Clinc never returned any of my calls until I put a complaint in online. I’ve arrived for the follow up appointment and been waiting at least 5minutes for the receptionist to got off the phone. I was totally ignored. She continued to help the delivery driver with inbound and outbound deliveries. I waited to be acknowledged and nothing. I will not be bringing my family or myself to any DB Dental clinic again.
