Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I saw Dr Natalia recently to enquire about palette expansion for my 8 year old son. I had a great experience. She fully assessed him and did the relevant scans and x-rays during the appointment. She explained all the options and outcomes both short and long term, and realistic expectation of costs. Natalia was great with my son and I would recommend seeing her, especially if you are interested in early intervention of crowded teeth.

Negative experience: In my opinion, this practice SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. The Practice manager and receptionists are disturbingly rude, incompetent arrogant and vile and we will be telling everyone in northern NSW to NOT GO HERE, disgusting staff who take thousands of dollars , overcharge and don’t make follow up appointments for the thousands of dollars paid or give receipts for the thousands of dollars spent. The blonde young receptionist with glasses not only took the incorrect huge amount of money from me, as refused to listen to the quote and look at the quote the dentists Natalie had given us, she took over $2500 then said she couldn’t find an appointment slot to book the $2500 appointment and said she’d call us that evening. Of which she didn’t, she also claimed the printer wasn’t working so couldn’t print the receipt of over the $2500 that I’d paid, which should have been well under $2500 however because the receptionist is incompetent, rude and completely useless, she did NOT GIVE US AN APPOINTMENT, A RECEIPT telling us she would call that afternoon and email the receipt, which SHE DID NOT DO EITHER, OVERCHARGED US AND WAS RUDE. The PRACTICE MANAGER DENIED RECEIVING EMAILS REGARDING THE COMPLAINT, DID NOT APOLOGISE AND THESE WOMEN SHOULD NOT HAVE JOBS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DEALING WITH OTHER PEOPLES MONEY OF WHICH THEY TAKE AND DONT GIVE THE SERVICE, SO THEY STEAL YOUR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THEN PRETEND THEY DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dentists ! We had a fantastic experience at *Casuarina Dental*! My son had a thorough clean with DT. Dee, who was incredibly gentle and made him feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and was so friendly — it really helped Teko relax. He also began his orthodontic treatment with Dr. Alex, who was professional, kind, and informative. Dr. Alex took the time to walk us through the whole process, and we feel confident that my son is in great hands. The whole team is warm and welcoming, and the clinic has a calm, clean environment. Highly recommend Casuarina Dental for both general and orthodontic care!

Fantastic experience: This practice is immediately welcoming, friendly, compassionate and focused on patient wellbeing. Dr Florou is completely present in consultation, respectful, kind, unrushed, and informative. She seems naturally inquisitive and interested in discovering the best option for each individual patient in each instance. The practice is well equipped, especially comfortable and beautifully presented. I felt comfortable, at ease, and in safe hands. The service across the board is stand out. I highly recommend.

Positive experience: Kellie the Receptionist is professional and caring. Lenka, the dental assistant is also really present, informative and supportive.

Negative experience: Very over priced was told my wisdom tooth removal quote was at the highest it can be $690 just in case that would be if something went wrong or any complications. Great dentist pulled the tooth out with no dramas walked in and out in what felt like a minute only to be charged $630 I asked why it was so high and the reception just said it’s $90 for the consult and the tooth being pulled( no consult I was in the week prior that was the discussion re the tooth which was paid) and $500+ for the actual pull. My mother in law went to another dentist the same day with complications had 3x teeth pulled and was charged $500 I’m left a little red faced and embarrassed I didn’t question further but had 3 kids waiting with a baby sitter in the car park previously I’ve had a wisdom tooth pulled (surgical style with the tooth impacted and only half out I thought was expensive but that only cost $550 at another clinic. Do not recommend as this seems like taking advantage

Fantastic experience: It is a pleasure to go to the dentist since I’ve started seeing Dr. Natalia and Dr. Trevor, I’ve had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Trevor and a root canal by Dr. Natalia and both have been so easy to talk to. Explaining all processes and answering any questions that I had. From the moment I walked in I’ve felt at ease, Donna at the front desk is just so welcoming too. I now look forward to going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Little Fernie just had her first dentist appointment at Casuarina Dental Family & Holistic Care, and the experience was fantastic, as usual! The team there is wonderful, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. My wife and I also go here for dental work. If you're willing to travel a bit, their natural and holistic approach to dentistry makes it totally worth it. They can even help you remove mercury amalgams safely using SMART methods!

Every staff member is exceptional, from the front of house receptionists to the dentists. Feels like family rather than a clinical setting. I feel like I’m in extremely capable and safe hands and my dental health has only improved in the years I’ve been seeing her. The practice is top class and the service is excellent at every point. Fantastic experience: I am very much not a fan of the dentist as I have always associated it with pain. Casuarina Dental definitely did not fit that profile! I had a teeth clean, that would normally hurt due to sensitive teeth, with absolutely no pain at all. Everything was explained clearly and I was never made to feel as though I was asking too many questions. The ladies made me feel very comfortable. Would 1000 percent recommend!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first consult and appointment today. Annie was 10/10. A calming comfortable space for my girl who is petrified of the dentist. I came prepared with all the X-rays and information which made the initial consult much smoother. The whole process was talked through and explained in ways that we understood. Her calming nature was so beautiful. I can’t remember her assistants name but gosh she was so lovely and friendly too. 100% recommend this practice for your regular dental. Super impressed.

The team’s communication was on point and were even able to move my appointment forward because of a cancellation. Fantastic experience: I wouldnt go back to a general dentist. I was not rushed, shown in detail what was happening, and given all the information to choose a action and plan what is right for me. I have had treatment before and am so pleased with what they did. My plan to get rid of metal leaching fillings is coming along, along with quality dentistry, without breaking the bank. Thanks team.

Fantastic experience: Front desk are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr Harry Bhara and his dental assistant were fantastic and down to earth. I could feel the clean was much better then my previous practice in Sydney (I can normally feel calculus remains with the floss afterwards - not this time). Teeth were good, no work to be done! Great to find a brilliant honest dentist so local.
