Fantastic experience: I’m careful with which dentists I go to due to how bad and money hungry most of them are. I’ve been to both this and their north Sydney location (my main one) and on this instance I seen Dr Aparana who was very helpful. She fixed my issue in one visit and didn’t push for something more extreme right off the bat.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak more highly of the staff and service I received, especially from Katie on front reception … I have worked in the Medical field for over 25 years and found everyone to be professional , approachable and very efficient at what they do…. Their processes and service was second to none…. My needs and wants were both met in a very timely manner and I was made to feel that I mattered. Thank you again CBD Dental

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this dental clinic for a routine check up and clean, the clinic has had a makeover and it looks fantastic! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the receptionist, Katie, was extremely helpful, checked that I was able to attained and booked me in my follow ups. My dentist April made the check up a breeze! No one really likes going to the dentist but CBD Dental Clinic made everything so easy, I’d highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Do not go there. The service is less than satisfactory. Avoid this place like a long-haul flight with a crying baby. The service is abysmal. The receptionist is a pit bull with the charm of a parking ticket inspector —zero empathy, all attitude. She repeats herself so much you'd think she was auditioning for a role as a malfunctioning chatbot. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting Sydney CBD Dentistry for a routine checkup and cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff, very happy with Dr Contance Ju who gave really useful and clear information about how to maintain a good and healthy dental routine. Since I had some questions about braces and veneers, she patiently explained to me the pros and cons and the differences so I could make an informed decision. She also showed me how to floss properly. If you’re like me who struggled to find a good dentist in Sydney for a long time, this is the place to be! Will definitely be a returning patient in the future for all things dental!

Positive experience: Very good clean but was charged higher than what I was quoted when I called to make the appointment ! Was quoted less for clean without fluoride and when i questioned it when charged at the higher rate (with no fluoride) - was told by lady at reception that it was the same price with or without fluoride!

Fantastic experience: Had a dental clean last week. I am aware I'm overdue for a couple of years so... Naturally it would sting a little. The clinician who did my clean was thorough and sometimes a bit too thorough... Which isn't a bad thing when it comes to dental health.

Negative experience: Type of service that you never go back for primitive cleaning technique by unbothered trainee....only the checkup is alright on avearage

Negative experience: I came back a few times as they did a good job on my teeth however this time around they charged me a lot for just a cleanup while previously it was no gap. They should have informed me about the cost before doing any of the treatments, I don’t like intransparency. Also please treat your existing customers the same not just give specials to new ones.

Dr Lai is treating me but I believe the whole team is quite good. They were not expensive either considering they on right in the city on Pitt St. I recommend to anyone especially if like me you had been putting it off.

Negative experience: Avoid Matthew Ramsey! Matthew Ramsey was an hour late at the first appointment but he apologised and offered a hygiene for the next visit. At the second visit Matthew Ramsey was 20 mins late, also took his friend in between my appointment for tooth whitening. So I waited for another hour. Never apologised for being unprofessional. And of course he’s too busy to do the hygiene. If that’s the service you getting for $2000 go somewhere else without Matthew Ramsey!

Fantastic experience: I have been having my dental, including cleaning and whitening, by the oral hygienist Restile Robosa for 3 years now. I find Restile so friendly, always keeping me at ease through the process. Her excellent communication skills and patience in listening to my concerns including health issues have given me confidence and assurance that I'm getting the appropriate treatment. As I have experience sensitivity, she has applied methods including manual cleaning thereby minimizing and in fact eradicating pain and sensitivity. The dexterity and smoothness in carrying the dental procedure makes me feel relaxed in the chair. She has given me valuable advice on how to prevent oral problems and maintain good dental hygiene. I will definitely return to Sydney CBD Dentistry to do my oral procedures.
