Fantastic experience: I went to City Dental Care few times over last 5 years. Recently visited Dr Micheal Chan again who was very good and taken time to do large filling as perfectly finished. Could not be happier so far and recommend his service.

Fantastic experience: Having visited a few times , very happy with results..

Negative experience: I took an appointment at 10:30 and the doctor was 20 mins late. The receptionist did not even inform and I had to take permission from my manager at work to attend this appointment. Very unprofessional behaviour about the timings of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael Chan and Dr. Annie Cao are the BEST dentists I have ever seen. Michael is always gentle, listens to my issues with teeth. Annie is always attentive with high level of skills. She can detect my teeth problem immediately and takes good care. I have been with them for nearly a decade. Thumbs up!

Negative experience: My experience at this clinic wasn’t good. The dentist was personable but I didn’t have confidence that she did a good thing at the time. I got a large filling due to some tooth pain, and she told me I may need a crown. They gave me a dental plan telling me I needed 9 fillings, wisdom extraction, potential crown, etc equating to thousands of dollars. The filling I had wasn’t good - it was rough around the edges of my tooth where it clearly should have been sanded. I got a second opinion today (4 months later as the pain has returned already) and they said I don’t need any of this work and have resolved the issue. It seems like this clinic just wants to take your money and doesn’t actually care about your treatment!

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Dr. Michael Xu. You are the best! Words cannot express how thankful I am for you and your service. Here is a back story. I visited City Dental Care Melbourne today hoping that my front tooth will be fixed as yesterday I went to a different dental clinic in MC and the filling was very horrible to the point that the dentist didn’t even charge me for the procedure. (First of all the filling was discoloured and not of the same shade of my teeth - I wasn’t briefed that this would be the case when he was giving me my options and it was unpolished and badly done as it was not flat but instead it was kind of bumpy and lastly the size of the filling was oversized as compared to the spot of concern covering 1/3 of my tooth). The dentist who administered to me said that the only option we can go for to fix the tooth was to have porcelain which costs $1,500 to fix the discoloration as he already placed the filling twice. A horror story. It was a good decision to visit City Dental Care Melbourne because the dentists here really are the best. The know what they do. They don’t overcharge you, they explain the procedure to you first before they do any treatment whereas some clinics, doctors do not orient you “fully or maybe not at all” and you will just be surprise of the outcome. Shout out to their friendly receptionist Aeyu. Thank you team for your wonderful and exceptional service overall! Thank you again Dr. Michael Xu. You fixed the problem so easily. You did it amazingly. You are so professional and very kind! You are the best!! I will never go to another dentist again.

Negative experience: Horrible experience, waited 25 min and then walked out as no one was giving me any information on the delay. Worst service ever

Negative experience: I had a really short and odd experience. Needed a clean and didn't feel like I got what I paid for. A 10 minute clean.

Negative experience: I got 6 crowns back in February threw Dr.Micheal at the Bourke street clinic. I've had the same tooth fall off 3 times one of the times I went back and saw a different denist to have it put back on as she was putting it back on the one next to it fell off. The final time it fall off they suggested I get a new crown overall as the lab didn't make the crown suitable for my bite, when they were doing the molding for the lab as they pulled it off another 3 crowns fell off then was decided another 2 will need to be replaced after waiting the 2 weeks for the lab I went back to get the permanent crowns put back on one of the new teeth didn't fit so had to come back again in another 2 weeks time in those 2 weeks the other ones that was put on I was getting quite bad sensitivity which they put a glue behind the tooth to cover the exposed nerve and again the same tooth didn't fit so was told to come back again in 2 weeks. I've been experiencing cold & painful sensations under a tooth that had a root canel years ago and the natural tooth is dead I felt each time I've expressed my concerns they don't get answered correctly. I went back yesterday and got the final crown as they went threw anothe lab for this tooth apparently put on but now have a space between 2 teeth as the gum has risen, also super sensitive and feel it's abit wobbly & the other tooth next to it I'm getting pain again will be ringing to yet again make another appointment it's been 9 months and I'm still having problem after problem. I've got emails to prove what's happened although I've been happy there's been no cost involved getting it all fixed up but I'm not happy and feel it's something that needs to go further as it shouldn't be happening. Don't recommend just because it's cheaper I've made that mistake.

Negative experience: I went in due to occasional tooth pain, had 2 xrays and was told I needed an immediate root canal. I resisted and was told I'd have "severe pain" within "24-48 hours" and that a root canal was my only option. It would cost round $3K. Two or three weeks later I got a second different opinion and later a (deep) filling (around $450) and 6+ months on, I haven't had any pain in that tooth plus, I haven't needed a root canal! The thing that really gets to me is the pain the dentist put me in - I still remember it. He skipped using air on the tooth and went straight to some type of ice, (liquid nitrogen) against my tooth and my body shuttered so hard from the pain that I almost came out of the dental chair. It upsets me to think about it. It felt like a sales pitch but one where I didn't need the root canal. I was understandably disappointed by this experience and put me out of pocket $350+. I also remember having to wait around 40 minutes after arriving on time - despite having an appointment set. UPDATE (and response to cental clinic): it was $1,500 (approx) for a root canal and $1,600 (approx) for the "crown". Figures and details are from memory - I don't have the price sheet and specifics in front of me. Yes, it was your dentist - I remember the entrance and have paperwork from this practice.

Negative experience: I went here ages ago on a promotion for a crown. Temporary crown bonded to neighbouring teeth and would not remove without a drill. This mutilated my adjacent teeth which now require veneers to restore to their original shape. Crown didn't fit and the dentist used the drill to get the approximate shape which was moulded by the dental laboratory. Even I know these things are definitely below standard of care of a legitimate dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ivan was great. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling service. I arrived at the 200 Spencer St clinic 15 minutes before my appointment and there were no other patients in the clinic. I emailed earlier asking for a quote on two fillings (I provided the teeth numbers and x-rays taken the day before). This was not provided however as I arrived, I was then quoted $170 per tooth. That was all fine. Having waited 20 minutes (not including the 15 minutes i waited before my scheduled appointment), I then asked how much longer the wait would be as I am on a lunch break. The dentist (Dr Ivan) who was eating lunch, was visibly annoyed by me asking this, walked into the room, and said "the fillings will be $250 each tooth as they are close to the nerve." i said "pardon" and he said "goodbye". I was shocked as the teeth both have root canals and crowns on them. Extremely disappointed as I have previously had a pleasant experience at the 600 bourke clinic. After that encounter, I wont be back..

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Ivan Tan for an emergency appointment. Was very professional and experienced and diagnosed the issue accurately right away and performed a wisdom tooth extraction that was super quick and pain-free.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing services! Dr Michael Chan is the one of most knowledgeable, competent, efficient, and patient dentists, based on my experiences. Procedures consisted of several fillings, full clean, front crowns x 4 and other minor dentistry. Entire process was painless and comfortable. Staff at front counter (at Bourke & Spencer St) were so accomodating, friendly and extremely considerate. Would highly recommend!!!

Positive experience: I would recommend people not to have expectation of a 5 star experience because of the reviews. Similar to another user I’m suspicious if the reviews are genuine. I did a cleaning and filling with them few weeks ago, the doctor and nurse are skilled but I’m concerned about the practice. First there was blood from the previous customer on the spitting basin, i had to clean up because it’s too disturbing. Then the equipment seems a bit weary, one of the tools was malfunctioning during the session which created stress for the doctor trying to finish on time. What made me most concerned was when I ask about wisdom tooth removal, they seems to be reluctant to refer me to a surgeon and want me to do it with another doctor within the clinic. I was worried as my previous dentist in NSW told me my tooth is very close to the nerve so a surgeon is recommended. When I asked the reception if the other doctor is a surgeon, the reception sounded surprise and didn’t seem to understand what the word surgeon means. I searched for the other doctor’s name online and nope he is not a surgeon. Anyway I decided not to proceed with them for my wisdom tooth removal for all of the above experiences. Not sure if I could trust them.

Negative experience: I would give 5 stars for the customer service, including the admin, receptionist and the dentist. I really appreciate how they responded my booking of the appointment so quickly, even at 12am. However, I’m not satisfied with the treatment experience, although the doctor was really friendly. I visited for a regular check up and clean. For the check up, I told the doctor I have pain on my cheek, and the doctor checked for a while but didn’t give me a reason and solution why I’m in pain (I visited another dental clinic two days later, and the problem was solved immediately). Also, the doctor found that I had a little cavity on the surface of a tooth that requires a filling. I expected she will give me a filling after the clean, but when she finished the clean, she walked away and was about to finish the appointment. I asked what about the filling? She said she forgot, and didn’t offer me an option to get the treatment. She book another day for me instead. I thought maybe I ran out of the appointment time, but I didn’t see another client waiting outside. Anyway, I got the treatment in another dental 2 days later, and solved every problems. For the clean, it’s also a terrible experience. Firstly, the process was done very quick. Secondly, there’s no assistant present, only the dentist herself, no one help me to suction the water. So the cleaning water just kept leaking from my mouth. Thirdly, my cheek was injured by the cleaning tool. Finally, after I walked out the clinic, I checked the mirror and found my mouth was so bloody when I smiled. I was so shocked and embarrassed, I don’t know how to talk to others, and I can’t remove the blood on my teeth by tissue paper. I just left a dental with terrible looking bloody teeth.... I didn’t have gums disease that I confirmed with another dentist 2 days later. I was hesitating to write this review since I feel the dentist was friendly, I don’t want her to feel down. Instead, I wish I could encourage her to improve, we always learn from the mistakes. Also, I really feel the clinic should hire someone assistants to suction water during cleaning. I have visited another clinic for $99 clean and check up last year, I have a very pleasant experience there. So I don’t believe its about “you get what you pay “. I usually visit a random dental clinic twice a year for clean and check up before Covid. This is the first time I am so disappointed with the service.

Negative experience: Please consider carefully, the 99 dollars bundle for teeth cleaning will cost you 60 if you decide to not do it. Thats the 'consultation fees' They did not make it clear on the website at all. If you see them, and they 'require' to do a 1000 dollar deep clean instead of what you want to pay for, your only option is pay 60 dollars for nothing, or book in for their 'deep clean'

Fantastic experience: This was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had! Dr.Sarah is very professional and friendly . My little kid felt comfortable and She Explained her dental options thoroughly.

Negative experience: Not a gentle dental service. After having three fillings done I now have a split lip and sores on my face from the dental tools used during the procedure. Was an expensive exercise for an unsatisfactory outcome.

Fantastic experience: I'm a patient with Dr. Zeng over a decade, since she works in city dental care. Highly recommend everyone who is looking for a dentist in CBD area. I think she deserves a five stars review from me.

Negative experience: I had a cleaning done with my $99 Groupon voucher. The dentist checked my gum for 2 min and cleaned my teeth for less than 10 min. I don’t have excessive buildups, but the the dentist was quite aggressive while doing the cleaning. The polish was less than 1min and he didn’t even floss afterwards. Worst cleaning experience ever.

Negative experience: Real dodgy place. Did a clean and zoom whitening. Their "$99 clean" only includes the scale there was no actual clean, polish or fluoride treatment. Similarly the +$300 zoom whitening was pretty average, whitens teeth 1.5 shade lighter, and no after care package provided. You will probably save more money going elsewhere and getting a proper clean. The receptionist I am also pretty sure allowed a booking from someone in hotel quarantine.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ivan Tan is a true professional. Didn't waist time trying to upsell me. Fixed my issue fast and told me something no other dentist has ever told me about my teeth. And the pricess are the cheapest iv ever had. Definitely go check out Dr Ivan Tan...

Negative experience: A year ago I would recommend the service but not now! Went for a clean and a check up just before Xmas and it felt like the services have been significantly watered down. A dentist (student?) without assistant who struggled with a suction tube, no mouth wash - plain water, no teeth polish, only scrape for clean. To top it all off, I am still battling severe gum infections in 2 places that inflamed the next day and they grounded off a tip of my crown and did not disclose it! Avoid them - not worth the risks.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ivan Tan was great! He did an excellent job in extracting two of my wisdom tooth with no complications.

Negative experience: Prices are triple what they advertise on their website, plus they charged 115 not 60 for the initial consultation. Didn't check any other teeth on a first consultation just the teeth I mentioned, no cleaning, no printed treatment plan.. nothing. Office was small and cramped, plus the receptionist didn't even wipe the iPad before handing it over to check in in these covid safe times.. try somewhere else.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment with a friend of mine and visited the clinic yesterday after discovering they offer a 99$ deal for being a new customer. The deal was supposed to include : - comprehensive dental exam - gum disease screening -bite analysis -Tmj exam -professional clean and polish - oral hygiene instruction After a quick check of the tooth ,having issues with my wisdom tooth, I was told that if a want the x rays I have to pay an extra 45 $ per teeth ; even though is Cleary mentioned in the offer they advertise in the website. I had my cleaning done in less than 30 min and was told that I will receive the invoice and the following steps to follow in case I want to follow up . None of the other examination included in the deal were done and that’s absolutely disappointing!!! My friend actually got her cleaning done not even in 10 min ; and when she left a review yesterday, the clinic answered that they cannot find her name in the system; even being there the same day and attaching her invoice! How can be possible they do not find her on the system? I don't wanna think if someone has done there something more serious and then having some trouble they will answer like that... Unfortunately I would not recommend this clinic in the future.

Fantastic experience: Family friendly dental care service. I've been seeing Dr Ivan for a few years now, very happy with his work. My daughter is also getting her braces done by Dr Ivan. I also want to highlight how friendly the staff are, especially May. Customer service at its best.

Negative experience: I am not used to leave a bad review but in this case, I have to. I booked an appointment for a check-up and cleaning signing up for the $99 new patient promotion which, as mentioned on the website, includes: - Comprehensive Dental Exam -Gum disease screening -Bite Analysis -TMJ Exam -Professional clean and polish -Oral Hygiene Instruction. Once inside the room with the dentist, she just asked me if I was having any issue with my teeth and I explained to her that I'm having trouble with one of my wisdom teeth. She did a REALLY QUICK CHECK to my teeth with the small mirror and she said that one wisdom tooth needs to be removed. Let's move to the CLEANING SESSIONS. She spent not more than 10 MINUTES to do that !!! She didn't use any floss or fluoride treatment and definitely, it was the quickest teeth cleaning that I EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! The General Hygiene of the place wasn't matching my standards. The staff was friendly. HILARIOUS is that I went to this place with a friend, we booked for the same treatment and HE GOT A MORE ACCURATE TEETH CLEANING THEN ME when IT SHOULD BE THE SAME PROCESS even if you do it with a different dentist. I asked to have a receipt and I am still waiting for their email. Definitely never come back to this place or recommend it to another person. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH PROMOTION BECAUSE THIS IS A CLEAR EXAMPLE THAT IF THEY DO A PROMOTION, UNFORTUNATELY, IS JUST BECAUSE THERE IS SOMETHING BEHIND IT AND YOU WILL JUST LOSE MONEY AS IN MY CASE! :(

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had some major dental work done by Dr Chen-Yu Liu. He was professional, polite and we were both extremely pleased with our dental work. I would highly recommend him and this clinic to my friends and family. The prices were the very best in Melbourne and my wife also had her dental work commended by another dentist from elsewhere. Negative experience: I was a customer at City Dental Care last year. when a Melbourne University graduate , female, Chinese dentist cleaned my teeth.(I don't recall her name, but she was friendly , professional and took care of me ). That's the pro side of my experience, however today when I went there again to learn the dental cleaning prices, an unkind, uncaring receptionist continuously told me that it's $150(dental cleaning)+$60 check-up though I have repeatedly told her that I had already had check-up and x-ray at my first visit. She didn't give any effort to explain why City Dental Care would charge the patient for a check-up which has already been exercised before. Her attitude was reckless, rigid and cold, which caused me to erase the professional and helpful image of the institute. I would strongly suggest the founder of City Dental Care to hire much more humane, understanding receptionists, who have sense of empathy and can be competent in listening what the patients try to say.

Negative experience: Bad experience. They didn’t send me their new address and then I had to wait 1hour.

Fantastic experience: Annie Cao has been the absolutely best dentist I've known since I came to Australia 17 years ago. She has saved my mum from weeks of great pain in just magic 20 minutes. We couldn't thank her enough. Her amazing professionalism and personal skills have always impressed me. Highly recommend her to all needed. We wish her and her clinics all the best! Love your work!!!

Positive experience: I had an extremely bad experience with Dr Rebecca Li about 3 years ago, today was my first day back in this clinic after found out she had left the company. The place still brought back lots of bad memories. In between the years, I was visiting 620 Bourke street clinic(same company), the staff are friendly and professional there. Dr Ivan is the dentist I’d recommend. The only feedback I would provide is that to suggest the clinic to keep up the communication with clients if dentists are running late for the appointment. Last 3 visits I had to wait minimum 50 minutes at the clinic. If you can anticipate the delay, it would be nice to call patients to come later.

Negative experience: It is a SCAM. Don’t come here for any too good to be deals because you’ll get add-ons that weren’t agreed upon from a $60 check to costing you $150. Edit: this is my reply to your response: First of all, I was not given any treatment plan. The dentist claimed I had no issues with my teeth (which I checked again and there were issues! Showing unprofessionalism in your dentist and a waste of my time and money! ) Second of all, the dentist did not make me aware of any extra costs in the consultation UNTIL I found out AFTER the whole consultation was finished when I left the room! I did NOT give consent! This is highly sketchy as any other professional workplace would make it clear to its customers of additional costs to the treatment/ consultation they selected. So customers beware of this company, they up their sales through too good to be true “discounts” but once you go, it’d cost you a LOT MORE than it claimed. This is how this ‘dental clinic’ makes its money, it’s a SCAM business.

Negative experience: very bad !!!!!!!!unreasonable charge ! since they know we have bulk bill , they put any item they wanted , everybody be careful. I will never come back and also will not recommend my friends come. I have no idea what items these are , I will report to Medicare about their irregular charge .

Negative experience: What a rip off !!!! City Dental Care Cosmetic Centre has VERY poor customer service. I asked many questions and felt I didn't get the answers, and as for the procedure I had done..... I would have been better going to a butcher he would have done a better job and cheaper. STAY AWAY from this company in my opinion !

Fantastic experience: I just realised as I was looking up the phone number to make an appointment that I had not left a review. I hate going to the dentist so much! But here, allthough I still hate it I would not go anywhere else. It is the most comfortable I have ever felt at any dentist. The prices are reasonable, the hours are so good for shift workers! Most importantly, the dentists are kind, gentle and skilled.

Fantastic experience: Needed to see a dentist urgently for root canal treatment, upon calling they were able to organise an appointment within an hour to see me. Very polite & warm dentist/staff here. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was initially annoyed because I had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment but I'm glad I did wait. The dentist was very good and showed me where the problems were so I could see for myself. He then did more treatment for me straight away without me having to book a new appointment. Now I understand why his appointments run late!

Negative experience: Really horrible time management. I went for a check-up first and I had to wait for 10 mins, after asked the reception to check and see how much more I need to wait the dentist finally saw me! The assistant was such a confused person and couldn't understand what the dentist needs and the dentist had to leave the room and bring the x-ray films herself. I did the check up and booked my next appointment to have fillings. I arrived 7 minutes late and after waiting for 10 minutes I again asked how long I shall wait? It took them 5 more minutes to come up with an answer which was 10 more minutes! I cancelled my appointment and left and not going back again.

Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic yesterday and I got Dr. Ivan Tan. I have to say he is truly the best dentist I have ever had. He's so highly skilled, professional, informative and completely understanding. He instantly recognised a hole in my tooth which has been causing me great pain since November! (This was previously misdiagnosed by another dentist.) I can tell that he has a great passion for his profession and he really knows his stuff! I was so grateful to have gotten Dr. Tan yesterday to finally give me answers to my dental problems which have been confusing me the past few months! I will 100% be back :) The clinic itself offers amazing online deals, the team of staff are absolutely lovely and if you get Dr. Tan, you are in very capable and professional hands!

Fantastic experience: I see there are mixed reviews about this dental practice so I guess it depends on who your dentist is. Well, I am lucky enough to have Dr Chen-Yu Liu as my dentist. I have now seen him twice, one for a replacement crown, and most recently for a treatment plan and clean up. I have found Dr Chen to be very friendly, very patient, and he does a quality job. Dr Chen takes the time to explain things in detail, only recommends work that really needs to be done, and puts me at ease. I am a nervous patient who normally only ventures to the dentist when in pain but my experiences with Dr Chen have made me happy to go back for further treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yujia Zeng is the best dentist I ever had! She is very patient, gentle, thorough, professional, always answers all my questions and make me feel comfortable. Negative experience: Usually when going to other dentist offices I have received a deep clean including a plaque scrape and a floss. They did not scrape my teeth they did not floss and they did not do a gum poke/check. They just looked inside, told me they can't really see anything without X-rays but they are an extra $45 per side (which I could not pay for today) then when I refused the X-ray they just blew water over my teeth and then polished them with the toothpaste. Then I rinsed and it was over. I was probably in the dentist chair less time than it took to do the paperwork. It was not thorough, it was not helpful. I will not recommend or go back. Also, I signed up for the $99 new patient promotion and they tried to charge me $210 at check out! No good. Go elsewhere. Good luck!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. Dr Chen is young, friendly, smily and really professional. He makes you feel really comfortable and he is doing a really good job. I recommend him for sure ! Girls at the front desk are really nice and friendly too :).

Negative experience: I made a 230pm same day Sunday appointment to assess my pain from a day before tooth extraction(mentioned in booking) I missed a call from the clinic and returned that call within 30seconds. I had a NQR conversation with the receptionist! She asked me if I was coming at 230pm and did I check to see if I can go to another clinic. She stated the last patient is at 3pm and they go home after the last patient. (not rude but very strange) This was so NQR! After a review of city dental I noticed its roughly rated at 3.5 over 66 reviews with rudeness/lateness and poor quality dentistry a big concern. For this reason I cancelled online 4 hrs notice. Following that I booked with MC medical and dental in docklands on Latrobe. Receptionist called and ran through private health insurance detaild/my dental concerns/time booked and gave me the address and asked about antibiotics and pain killers. I was very assured. Now given I didn't actually end up going to city dental care it's really hard to say much about the place.... But that phone call with them was very NQR and I suspected they wanted a early day which rang alarm bells

Negative experience: Sorry I will not recommend this dental care. The doctor ( Dr Chen- Yu Liu) is very very rude. Instead he says that treatment in india is very bad in a very sarcastical way. I just want to tell him that they are more educated and far more intelligent than him.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Ivan Tan on a Saturday afternoon. His treatment was professional and precise. However, I developed "dry socket" four days after the extraction, and Dr Tan was able to fit me in to clean the socket and fix that problem within a few hours notice, which was a relief given how strong the pain was. I strongly recommend Dr Tan if you require any dental work to be done. He is professional and friendly. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ivan was the best dentist i have ever seen. He was so patient, friendly and made me feel at ease from the start. I had both of my wisdom teeth out and I felt so comfortable and trusted his work. He explained everything thoroughly and even advised me of other work I needed (picked up on some things other dentists never have). Never have I not cried when visiting a dentist, apart from my visit with Dr Ivan yesterday! Very pleased, great service.

Fantastic experience: Booking was easy, several reminders by SMS, no delay in waiting, the Dentist quickly identified a problem others had not as well as the underlying cause. Cleaning process was quick and painless.

Negative experience: For everytime I call the City Dental Care, the receptionist is always very rude and impatient. Just calling to ask for some information and just a little bit more about my enquire. They always speak in a very rude tone and are very rush just like wanna push you to hang up the phone call. And also they even hang up before you which make me feel they feel sick of my enquire. I think it is very rude. Hope the customer service of the receptionists who answering the phone can improve a lot in the future. I am very satisfied with the dentists. But just really don't like the receptionist's customer service.

Negative experience: I've been there to do teeth refilled for few times, this time i decided to take the my wisdom teeth here and just made the phone call this morning to book the appointment for teeth filling and take my wisdom teeth out, but i wasn't sure if i can take my wisdom teeth out on the coming appointment or not (cause other dentist reckon its ready to take out) so i asked a little bit more informations then the reception sounded very inpatient, kind of tried to blush me off and quickly wanted me hang out the phone, i do understand that maybe she can not give me advice but her attitude definitely did not provide very good customer service

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr Rahimi yesterday. I was feeling trepidatious, having not had a tooth removed for many years, but it was absolutely painless, and Dr Rahimi was very personable and a pleasure to deal with, and explained everything clearly. I was really impressed, given how unpleasant some of my other dental experiences had been. I would definitely go back here and recommend it highly!

I booked an appointment on Saturday at 10 am. without any prior notice, they allowed a queue jumper before me. ok that's fine, i'm ok to wait for another 1 hr at reception. The doctor, Rebecca Li, is a totally MONEY DRIVER. She ignore my description, EXTREMELY IMPATIENT. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Dr and VERY bad tamper to patients.

Positive experience: HAVE ONLY GOOD REPORTS TO FILE ON THE TREATMENT I RECIEVED BY DR. HESAM @ STAFF AT CITY DENTAL CARE. HE WAS VERY GENTILE AND PATIENT WITH ME AS I WAS IN THE CHAIR FOR 5 NEW CROWNS. THE STAFF ARE ALSO VERY PLEASANT.

Negative experience: I haven't received any notice that this clinic is not Medibank supplier from July. After I checked & cleaned, I had to pay the fee even though I have got total cover from Medibank. Don't get tricked!

Fantastic experience: The best dentist experience I've had! I had to get a big filling on my front tooth replaced, since it was coming off. I got an appointment for the next day. My dentist did such a thorough work to make sure that there was no infection or that I didn't need root canal treatment. I was more than happy with the outcome and the price was very affordable (even for a backpacker)! Ohh and they had a TV in the ceiling that you could watch, never seen that before haha! I highly recommend this place :)

Negative experience: The worst experience ever! I had a filling and they injured/cut my lip which I noticed after the the numbness was gone! The cut eventually turned to a huge semi-cold sore infection arround my mouth with painfull swollen lips, chicks and even glands! :( Not happy at all after a week still dealing with these complications which I never had. My GP said that it's infection beyond a simple cold sore which required anti biotics! I assume they didn't sanitise their tools as they should do! My first and last visit to this place!

Negative experience: i wanted my husband to do cheaper crowns using Groupon. just recently G. had promotion of $50 on dental. receptionist sugested to go past G. and pay them directly. when i said that it was a promotional price dentist totally denied that. also they said that we can not change our mind on a crown procedure. i will need to supply them the note from my dentist that i am unable to have this procedure. that sounds different to G.' conditions. we did not have anything done at city dental care clinic but by dealing with them prior the possible procedure put me off completely. i feel that they will take coupon, do something , deny all responsibility, i know it will not be worth saving $ 500 or so for a crown. reading all reviews just amazed how different they are, almost opposite. name the bad dentist so people who need to go there can avoid her rudeness and unprofessionalism.
