Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Chandni today, and I was very happy with the experience. Having had previous difficult (traumatic) experiences with dentists, I was feeling pretty anxious before the appointment, but she and her team were so friendly, patient, and made me feel completely at ease. Negative experience: Visited this clinic to consult and manage a tooth pain which I’ve had since last week. I arrived at their clinic 10 mins before my appointment (11 am) and there was no one at the reception. Two patients are present in the clinic before me so I already assumed they will attend to me later than my appointment. After 15 mins or so, I was told by Dr Passi that she is running 15 mins late so she apologised on not being able to attend to me as per schedule. I told her it was fine for me to wait so she went in with the other patient. A man arrived who I assumed either a staff or the owner and he was very nice to have a chat with me. We talked about my baby girl and I asked them if they do paediatric consult as my 17 month old baby hasn’t had her dentist appointment yet. I was considering to bring my daughter to their clinic as I was actually convinced they will provide a good service to my daughter. 30 minutes of waiting later, Dr Passi came out again and said she is still going to take longer and asked what my issue was. I explained about the pain on my 2nd molar from last week and mentioned that it’s now wobbly. She said because it’s already wobbly it will need to be looked at immediately and asked if I can come back at 3pm as she has another client coming at 12pm. I explained that unfortunately I cannot because I just booked a nanny to look after my baby. She then asked the man at the reception if he can contact the other client to move her schedule later on the day. While they were sorting their scheduling, I asked the man from the reception if I can go at the cafe nearby and he can call me when Dr Passi is ready for me. I spent 30 mins at the cafe and no one rang me, so I decided to come back at their clinic expecting that they will attend to me. They then said that unfortunately they will have to cancel me or book me another time as the next client is already there. I have waited for almost two hours for a service that they did not provide and was really heart broken. I paid more than $100 for a nanny to look after my baby and tried to squeeze in this dental appointment to a busy working mum schedule and in the end was canceled. I did not have the energy to be furious and although I left saying it was ok, I cried as soon as I reached the car. I just felt pity for myself as it was really hard to find time to look after myself when u have a little baby and this is the kind of treatment I received. I will not recommend this clinic at all. Very disappointing.
We are truly sorry for the stress and inconvenience the delay caused you today and understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you. We also understand how precious your time is, especially as a busy mum who arranged a Nanny to make this appointment.
Unfortunately, an earlier surgery ran significantly longer than anticipated which was totally out of our control. Our intention was to help you but could not have left the patient in the surgery without being properly addressed.
While you were at the café, we called you to explain this and also sent you an SMS and wanted to explain that we will need to reschedule but you were not reachable.
When you came back from the cafe, we explained the situation that the current patient is still in chair, and it will take longer than expected and the surgery was still in progress. We gave you an option to reschedule. We genuinely thought you were ok with this. We were not aware that you are feeling otherwise.
We truly apologise for this unfortunate experience. I will personally contact you to help make things right.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment as I was experiencing debilitating pain due to a tooth that needed a root canal. My usual dentist referred me to an endontist who couldn't see me for two weeks and there was no way I could wait that long. I was able to get an appointment the following day, was given plenty of information about my options and the first stage of the procedure was done on the spot. The dentist even arranged to call to check in that evening once the anesthia wore off because I was nervous that I would still be in pain. Everything went smoothly though and the pain was completely gone. I've since been back for the next two stages and everything has gone really well. I would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Went here to have a consultation for wisdom teeth removal as one of mine was impacted and infected, and my usual dentist said that they could not help. The team was incredibly lovely and accomodating. I didn’t have time within the following week to do the surgery and they managed to fit me in last minute on the same day!!
