Fantastic experience: After a few not so good experiences with private dentists, I have finally found the perfect one for me. Starting with the friendly and helpful receptionists, which seems to be rare nowadays, I could not be happier with the dental treatment I have received. Not only was my problem fixed. The care of the lovely dentist and her assistant was reassuring and I was also explained what my problems are. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this practice, Dr Roscoe is very knowledgeable and professional. My ten year old son was very nervous when attending for dental work. Dr Roscoe was so patient, kind and compassionate and kept my son very calm and comfortable.

Negative experience: I had an unfortunate experience at Coastal Family Dental during my holiday in Queensland. After losing a tooth filling, I booked an appointment with Dr. Nicholas Connor. The procedure was quick, lasting about 20 minutes, but the cost was an astonishing $434. While I was taken aback by the price, I paid it in full. The issue arose when the filling they placed fell out just weeks later, after I returned home. I had to visit my local dentist, who replaced it at a more reasonable cost. I provided Coastal Family Dental with detailed evidence and photos, requesting a partial refund for the poor workmanship. Despite multiple attempts, they refused to address the matter further. I found the pricing excessive and the quality of work unacceptable. Fillings should last several years, not weeks. I cannot recommend this clinic to others seeking reliable dental care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just attended the dentist this morning for the first time. My previous dentist, who I was very happy with, has moved away. I think going to a new dentist is always a nervous ordeal because you don’t know whether you’re gonna get value for money or not as professional. This was definitely not the case this morning, we had thorough checks and x-rays, and the clean and polish was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Dr Laura Borrie was excellent, highly recommended.

Negative experience: I got a crown placed 3 years ago. It came loose after 3 years. I went back to the same clinic to get it refitted (I didn't lose it) The clinic refused to place ot back under warranty :( The other dental clinics provide 5 year warranty for crown & bridge work. I had to pay $260.00 for 20min appointment. (Paid previously over 1k) Very dissapointed :( as just 3 years ago I paid a lot of money for the dentist work to get it placed.

Positive experience: Whilst it’s a good denticed, I find them quite harassing with the constant messages and phone calls if you don’t answer within a minute of one text message

I had massive anxiety from a previous dentist visit where I had a reaction a few years ago and was so well looked after yesterday and just wanted to thank you again. The calm approach from Connor certainly helped me through it and letting me know what was happening through my visit. Reception staff were very calm and friendly and his assistant was great also. Fantastic experience: I am scared of dentists due to historical treatment at the hands of 1960's dental nurses - we called it the 'murder house'. So I tentatively booked an appointment at Coast Family Dental for a check up. I found a caring and calm space with excellent professional people and pain free dentistry. I was amazed. Fantastic experience: I was having a bad toothache for several days and I called Saturday morning and the clinic managed to fit me in that morning. I had a lovely dentist called Josh who extracted my tooth. He was very patient and thorough as my tooth was very stubborn and did not want to be removed. He had to remove some bone to remove the tooth but explained everything beforehand. I had a fair amount of discomfort for the following days which was to be expected.... But as the days went on it didn't seem to be getting better. One week later I called the clinic again and explained my situation, and again they managed to fit me in that morning. This time I had a lovely lady (I can't remember name... Sorry). As it turns out I had a bad infection (which I was told is very common). Anyways, the dentist numbed me up and cleaned it all out and put me on some strong antibiotics. It is now 6 days later and I have no pain. I'd like to thank Coast Family Dental for your service. I would definitely recommend you to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: Dr Josh and team were just the best with my kids. I was worried when I knew the kids would need needles but Dr Josh did it in such a way they honestly had no idea they even had a needle! It was incredible to watch. He spoke so calmly to the kids and explained all the different feelings they would get the whole way through. I would highly recommend taking your kids here. Fantastic experience: I was someone who grew up in the bush and consequently did not get to see a dentist very often. I am in my seventies now and have finally found a dentist that I am happy to visit. I was terrified before I met Jodee who makes me feel so comfortable now no more fears or tears! My visiting granddaughter has also visited the practice and she says, much better than Sydney. They take the time to make you feel comfortable and get to know you. Excellent!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service by Dr Fuadha! My daughter has high anxiety and ASD and both the dentist and the nurse were amazing. My daughter remained calm the whole time and doesn't even realise she had 2 needles! Dr Fuadha even called back the next day to check on my daughter and see how she went after her treatment. Negative experience: Terrible experience. It was all about them feeling empowered. I just had a small filling that fell out to be replaced and my three small children to have their yearly checkup. A young female dentist came to the eating room and took me into a exray room without any consideration for my kids. She wanted to give me a full exray, I didn't want any exrays because I had just had a tooth removed and had plenty of exrays and had all my teeth checked. She said I have to because they can't see other dentist exray so I did. Finally we went into the sergical room to put the filling in. I asked if my kids could come in because they were on their own. I was telling the dentist about the tooth that was removed previously and some bone splinters that came out afterwards. Her response was to ask me condensendenlly if I have had radiation treatment, as if a couple of bone splinters from tooth removal are uncommon. She started banging hard on my teeth with her metal probe. Started blowing cold air and frozen stuff on them. I said there no pain. She started banging again and asked the nerse to get more cold stuff. I then said to myself, it is time to go, and should off went at the start. So got my kids and left.
