Negative experience: Went here in April for some fillings and a composite cover for a front tooth. Was happy thought had great service even the results of the composite cover seemed like the dentist never done it before eventually we got to a decent result, not the best as had better in Mexico for cheaper. Few months later is all started falling apart, had to book a dentist appointment overseas to see a crack in the composite and pain in the tooth that they fixed. Not great

Fantastic experience: Every time I attend Mt Lawley Dental the staff are friendly and the place is spotless. Highly recommend Hannah for a clean. She is very professional and thorough. Hannah is great for people who are anxious as she is comforting and gives great explanations.

Negative experience: Do not go here. And if you do, don’t get seen by Dr. Ian Chu. I’ve had a chronic dental condition which has harmed my self confidence for years and I came here with the hope to have it resolved and they said they can’t do anything to help me. I called almost in tears asking if I could return to see another dentist, they took almost a week to call back and none of the dentists could be bothered to speak to me, instead they had their receptionist tell me to see my GP. The receptionist Leona in particular also had a sass about her and was giving me a snarly look when I came to visit and it made me very uncomfortable. I wish I had never gone here and will never come back. They don’t have any degree of care or compassion for sensitive matters and if it were possible, I would ask for a full refund as they wasted my time and money.

From the start, he discussed the process with me and did a sketch of where he would add length to my teeth. I trusted him completely. My smile is more symmetrical now and looks very natural. I’m extremely happy with the results all the staff are super helpful and friendly as well!

Fantastic experience: When 5 stars just isn't enough! Honestly , I cannot fault the treatment I have received from Dr.Lewis and his fabulous assistant Abi. I originally met Dr.Lewis a few months ago and I expressed my dislike for the aesthetics of my teeth. After a thorough review I decided on 12 porcelain veneers for my top teeth. The whole process took about 6 weeks and I felt so informed and confident that Dr. Lewis knew what I wanted. I found him very knowledgeable, and every time I was in the chair , both he and Abi were absolutely brilliant. I trusted him from the outset because i'd seen his work before , and I knew he had listened to my concerns. I have never liked my smile until now and now I could not be happier , I just wish I did it years ago . If you're thinking of any cosmetic dental work , please have a chat with Dr.Lewis .

Fantastic experience: I had cosmetic work done with Dr. Lewis and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Due to years of biting my nails and grinding my teeth when I sleep my teeth became small. Dr. Lewis suggested compound bonding to the bottom of the teeth and laser gum removal on top. He did a very thorough, painless job leaving me with a great and natural looking smile. All the staff were very professional and nice. I’ll definitely recommend them and will always go back!

Fantastic experience: A few episodes of Friends, a couple of little naps and a few little re adjustments in the chair and I have an AMAZING bottom row of teeth that would make Julia Roberts jealous. Firstly, it did take a couple of months prior as after I did my extensive search for a dentist that fit exactly what I was after ( composite bonding ) I didn’t realise that Lewis would be so be so invested in getting my teeth both healthy, clean and a colour not too white to blind on coming traffic but a natural, achievable colour that I’m happy with after years of coffee consumption. I started with a scale and clean, 4 weeks of whitening and then Lewis, Abby and myself put in the hard work of transforming my teeth. Had work for me as a grinder my jaw is so tight that in the 2 1/2 hours of the bonding procedure the most uncomfortable pain was my jaw being open. I opted out of any numbing as I’m not a fan of needles and I definitely could handle the slight twinge of pain. Whilst a few hours of a dentist or anyone up in your grill is a little inconvenient Lewis makes it very easy, quite relaxing and will talk you through any concerns you may have. Understandably there are some who have intense fears of dentists and I understand because mine is Drs, but having done something for myself that has absolutely helped my confidence is a game changer. Lewis ( not being disrespectful, Lewis will tell You himself “ it’s Lewis, not Dr “ and Abby are incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to and they truly care about your health and wellbeing. So if you’re going through reviews, wondering who will be a good fit for you and you like a Scottish accent then Lewis is your new Dentist! Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Bolun Zhang who was referred to me by a friend, I ended up having to take my wisdom teeth out which I was freaking out about and he was really nice he made it a quick and not too painful experience surprisingly enough. Would 100% recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Lewis Moore knowing that I needed a fair bit of work done on my teeth. Multiple amalgam fillings needed replacing due to the cracks they were causing in my teeth!! I also had a couple of teeth with some root exposure (yay for aging!) and they were really sensitive. So - Lewis checked it all out very thoroughly. Lots of information gathering, and then recommended a path forward. He asked me from the outset, 'what are my goals for my teeth?' - to which I replied 'keep them' And he listened! What he recommended was nothing more than what I really needed. Not for one second did I doubt that he had listened to me and taken everything on board. Now, after four visits over a few months I can also say: 1. He is extremely caring and empathetic through sometimes challenging dental visits. 2. He checks the client is happy with everything that has been done both during and after the visit. 3. Never did he make me feel like I had done anything wrong or needed to spend money on anything that was over and above the goals discussed at the start. It's a long review - but I wanted to do it after all of the work was done. I'm very happy to have found Lewis and will be a loyal client for years to come I am sure!

Negative experience: Don’t be late for your appointment & if you are don’t call to try work with them….. like I did….9 mins late to bad! Was what is implied .I Have been coming here for past 2 years for simple checkups & some work when needed & I don’t recall the dentist ever being “exactly “ on time so the one time I need the flex even after phoning ahead to let them know not a chance. Very very disappointing. I wonder if I’ll get a reply?

Fantastic experience: I first went to Dr. Lewis Moore for a check up and clean with the idea of wanting to get my top 6 teeth fixed due to grinding them in my sleep. he gave me an individual treatment plan with some options of what we could do and we started the process. The end results are exactly what i wanted if not more and i couldn’t happier! From the day i got in contact with reception until the very end appointment, the service was exceptional. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. Visited for a clean and asked about some cosmetic dental issues that had been bothering me for years. Lewis gave me my individual treatment plan with options. I had been previously told my teeth would need major dental work by many dentists, however, we achieved a great result with whitening and composite bonding. Less evasive and cost effective. So grateful for their service. The girls on the desk are lovely and always accomodating with appointments.

Fantastic experience: I have neglected my teeth for many years partly because I have a phobia of dental work and partly because all the dentists I’ve had in the past were insensitive and made me feel worse about my teeth until I came across Alex at the Mount Lawley Dental Clinic. Alex is by far in my opinion the best dentist. She is kind, friendly, put me at ease straight away. I explained to Alex that I want to fix my teeth as they were in bad shape but felt uneasy and was worried about her reaction after she examined them. I was horrified by my teeth when I saw the x-rays but Alex was great and advised that she will get them cleaned and filled and I will start to feel better and I did. I have been seeing Alex for a few years now and I am very happy with all the dental work to date. All the staff at the Mount Lawley Dental clinic are great and also very friendly. The fees are comparable to other dental clinics but for me it’s not about the money as I don’t even have private health. All I wanted was to have healthy teeth and gums and a dentist not only great at her job but has great people skills. Thank you so much Alex! All the staff are always warm and welcoming. I have referred many friends and family because I highly regard this clinic and their dental practices.

And the receptionists are always friendly and I love how they send you reminders a week before your scheduled appointment and also two days before, really convenient.

Fantastic experience: I first attended Mount Lawley Dental Surgery six weeks ago where I was introduced to Dr Lewis Moore. Believe me, a good dentist is hard to find, and I’ve found a great one. The reception staff were super friendly too. They would always call or send a message to confirm your next appointment. Nothing is ever a bother for them. Dr Moore is very patient and explains exactly what he is going to do, and also what to expect. He also asks your concerns and professionally offers great advice. In my 40 odd years of going to the dentist, I would have to say he is the most comfortable and knowledgeable dentist I have been to. Thank you Mount Lawley Dental for making me smile.

Fantastic experience: The procedure I required involved multiple visits to the Dentist. Every visit was conducted with a consistently high standard of care, professionalism, attention to detail and most importantly customer focus, nothing was a problem. The best way to describe my experience would be to say, I was made to feel like a member of the family right from my initial phone call. The warm service continued through the interaction with the ladies at reception. Dr Lewis Moore is by far the most conscientious committed Dentist I have ever had the pleasure of helping me with my dentistry needs, he clearly enjoys helping people which is very evident in his work, in my opinion a true professional and a master of his craft. The shining star standing closely beside Dr Lewis is the Dental Nurse Abi, her level of care, foresight and consistent approach to know what Dr Lewis and his patients need even before they know it themselves is nothing short of amazing, I would be very proud to have Abi as member of my staff. Fantastic experience: Lewis Moore is a very professional dentist and very diligent in his work. I used to visit him when he was down in Bicton, but when he left for Mount Lawley, he was so good that I ended up travelling all the way up there, and my wife is about to follow suit.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr Lewis Moore at Mount Lawley Dental for the past year, over that time I've had a general check-up, clean, 2 fillings, and extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth, I still have 3 more fillings to go as part of my dental health plan but as someone who shakes like a leaf and clamps my mouth shut as soon as I'm in a dentist's chair I'm really pleased with how things have gone so far. Lewis is extremely gentle, friendly and genuinely caring, it seems everyone at the clinic is patient-centric, and it shows at every stage of treatment.

Fantastic experience: Chris Lewis is professional and thorough. I really don't enjoy going to the dentist yet Chris has a gentle nature which puts you at ease and ensures that you are well looked after. He was my dentist at his previous practice where I had been going for the past 12 years. Once he left, I tried another dentist there and it just wasn't the same, so I moved from that practice to Mount Lawley Dental.
