Disappointing that I have to pay for an incompetent Dentist that no longer works there. P.s I will remove this bad review if I am contacted to rectify the shoddy work.

Talks to you about concerns and ways they can be fixed, offers various options. I cannot recommend him enough. Turn your horrible dental visits to an enjoyable experience!

Negative experience: One year later and my new dentist is STILL trying to undo the damage done by the dentist I saw here. I recieved a filling on the advice from a dentist here even though I had absolutely zero pain from this tooth. Since them I have had nothing but pain, sensitivity, attempts to redo the filling and agony. I am FURIOUS as my once painless mouth has become a torture chamber for me. I contacted the dentist initially and was given nothing but excuses as told it was "teeth grinding" when in my almost 40 years of life I've never had am issue with this. All evidence points to an issue with the filling, that in my opinion, I didn't need, and was a money grab.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I got my first dental implant with Hassan and Tina. Like any patient would be I was nervous for the procedure, but was comfortable and happy from start to finish. Hassan checked in at every stage and made the experience very positive. Both made a daunting situation comfortable and stress free, and you can tell they care about their patients and love what they do.

Fantastic experience: I called the clinic half an hour before they closed after I chipped my front tooth. They were fully booked but I explained that I had a wedding the next morning and I was the maid of honour and they made sure they were able to get me in! I saw Dr. Branko and he was the best! Him and the staff were so kind and funny, he did a fantastic job. It feels a looks like my real tooth. Id also just come from a spray tan and to avoid getting it wet he gave me a gown and covered the rest of my face with a mask. It was hilarious! I’m so grateful :)

I would him to be very cunning, deceitful and I wouldn't trust him .even if he offered to help me with my needs for free... False advertising claiming free consultation. Negative experience: First time coming here was for a tooth extraction. Didn't go well, had broken roots left in the socket, I was told it will be fine, paid in full, came back in a week later to be told I had to be referred to a surgeon. I understand these things can happen. I asked for a refund for the extraction but was politely declined. Migraines became very unpleasant and I was in a significant amount of pain while I waited for my surgery. With surgery, this tooth ended up costing me 3x what I was initially quoted. In what other profession do you get paid in full even when the job is half done and not able to be completed by them? Other than that, staff are friendly and were able to fit me in at short notice which I really appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Like most people, I'm not a fan of visiting the dentist, but I can honestly say that the care, information and the dental work has been outstanding. I've just had 3 teeth removed and although unpleasant, the procedure was done no pain and very little discomfort. I am extremely happy with the care given during my visits.

I actually refer to Dr. Sandra as 'the butcher' for comedic reasons to ease my mind for every visit. Dr. Sandra and her assistant are great and join in the humour, it really helps the experience seem less daunting. Highly recommend this clinic for your dental needs.

I usually dread going to the dentist, but she was incredibly gentle and made me feel at ease throughout the entire treatment. Negative experience: After getting a crown at this practice by another dentist which has since left, I went in to get a clean and the new dentist damaged the crown somehow. He then tried to tell me that I had done it by clenching my jaw! It was fine before the consultation! I went to another dentist and they said a crown should last around 7 years-they fixed it and I feel much more confident/comfortable at this new practice. They’re keen to charge you x-rays here too- my wife went in for a clean. They wanted to charge her for x-rays! She laughed at them. Been going for years but this latest experience has forced me to change practices.
