Fantastic experience: When travelling I would assume everyone's greatest fear is a medical emergency. Well that happened to me yesterday when I flew over from Canada. THANKFULLY there was this amazing clinic right close to the airport that does dental emergencies! They were able to get me in the next day, and presto! A painless tooth removal that was done in minutes. This is probably the fanciest dental clinic I've used, and honestly was worried it would cost an arm and a leg, but Skygate did not break my bank. So grateful that I can now enjoy my vacation pain-free and still have enough money to explore Queensland!

Fantastic experience: If you dread going to the dentist then you have to give Skygate Dental a try, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! I’m incredibly anxious about anything medical but Dr Rand and his assistant Nikita were really understanding and supportive throughout my appointment, helping me to stay calm while I had a filling repaired. I am truly grateful, and can’t thank them enough, for their professionalism, patience, thoughtfulness and kindness. Fantastic experience: my wife & I have been coming to this dentist for years. we live on the south side near Oxley and we always make the trip up to Skygate Dental for any dental work we need because of the top notch service and pricing they offer. we are leaving Brisbane this year and we are sad that we will be losing our favourite dental clinic. highly recommend this clinic to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: Great service! We have been seeing the Skygate dental practice for the last 7 years. Dr Benard always takes the time to explain what he did and what to expect. The quality of work is at it’s highest. He has his patients’ best interest at heart and gives you reasonable guidelines when something needs to be taken care of, as opposed to other practices (or doctors) that try to scare you to get more business sooner. The prices are also more accesible than most other dental practices. The staff at the front are are also very knowledgeable and friendly and will make you smile even when your lips are numb

Fantastic experience: Great session today with Dr. Sian, I had a large amount of work done over a 6 hour timeframe period and Dr Sian could not have made me feel any more comfortable. Such a kind and caring young lady, Both Dr. Sian and her assistant took great care of me through out my procedures. Also you could not ask for a more friendly and vibrant receptionist then Cole, he was awesome and explained everything to me really well and walked me through everything step by step. Everyone there was lovely and it’s a great dentist. This will 100% be my long term dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: Had to have a wisdom tooth removed yesterday and the level of customer service and professionalism was outstanding. Dr Eden and his assistant made me feel completely comfortable throughout the extraction, and given that this was my first, I was certainly a bit nervous going into it. Less than 24 hours later, I’m relatively pain-free and so glad it’s all over. Cannot recommend the team at Skygate Dental enough!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing Dentist, not only are the prices comparative to all the other dentist is in Brisbane but that staff are amazing. Dr Sian has been looking after me since I came in for an emergency on Sunday afternoon where they managed to fit me in even though they were at capacity. Her work is incomparable to many other doctors and I have now decided to to continue my oral restoration with dr Sian. Payment plan was offered and took barely 5 minutes to set up and finalise. I have another appointment with this same doctor and for the first time ever I’m excited to return to dentist Who would have ever thought a dentist could make you feel so welcomed and loved. Can’t wait to restore my smile and oral health and after just two appointments my self esteem has dramatically increased so I can’t thank the doctor herself but also the cole at the front desk who provided me with some of the best dental guidance on how to best recover from all the work i have completed or about to complete. The entire team at Skygate Dental, from the receptionists to the nurses and dentists, is dedicated to the friendliest service and customer satisfaction. Dr. Rand Benard is an extremely knowledgeable and caring professional! He is a perfectionist when it comes to all aspects of his work, which is always completed to the highest possible standard. They prioritise your dental health over costly procedures and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Skygate dental for about 4 years now. I came to them through my wife, after having a less than pleasant experience at a previous dentist. In that time I have found them to be professional, courteous and best of all…not pushy. They’re very honest and have never pushed me to get work done that I didn’t need. They showed me a photo of one of my teeth today that I thought would need a filling. I was advised that was not the case and with care and brushing, it could be maintained. I feel they’re about managing your teeth. My wife has had similar positive experience there also. 100% recommend

Fantastic experience: My family and I have used Skygate Dental for a number of years now. My first encounter was when I was quoted an astronomical figure from a rival dentist to remove a tooth which I was told was beyond saving. It was by chance the following day that I was walking past Skygate Dental. I stuck my head in, told them my story and asked for a second opinion. I am so glad I did. Not only was the tooth saved, but the cost was waaay cheaper than had I had the tooth extracted. My wife, children and I have used Skygate Dental ever since. We have always received professional care and have never felt as though we were paying for unnecessary treatments. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Skygate Dental. Indeed I already have to many family and friends, all of whom have been similarly impressed with the care received.

Fantastic experience: I had to go for a tooth emergency extraction on a Sunday and this would have to be one of the best dental places I’ve ever been too, especially for people like me who have high anxiety with dentist’s. Fantastic experience: Despite having never gone there before, Skygate Dental squeezed me in the day I called re emergency wisdom teeth pain. Within 5 hours I was in my appointment, had an X-ray done, got my teeth cleaned out and had my top wisdom teeth removed. Staff were lovely with exceptional bed-side manner. Prices were unbelievably reasonable given it was a weekend and emergency dental appointment/procedure.

Fantastic experience: I don't normally leave reviews but I had to for this dental practice. I had a horrible experience with the dentist overseas years ago and put me off ever going to the dentist again, but when I needed a dentist this was my pick. After over 15 years of not seeing a dentist I was petrified of going but the kind staff were very understanding and never judgemental, they welcomed me and reassured me throughout the whole process making me feel comfortable and explaining each step along the way. I needed a filling and went back the following day for the procedure to find the same level of reassurance and comfort I didn't feel any pain whatsoever. The costs were only a fraction of expectations and I will definitely be returning. Thankyou so much guys

The staff members were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Their professionalism and positive attitude set a great tone for the rest of my visit. The dentist took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the examination, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. I look forward to returning for my future dental needs.

Negative experience: Never ever go there disgusted with not being able to access a second lot of antibiotics after being left with a bad infection and swollen face after what should have been a simple extraction, worst dental extraction ever all they care about is $$$$$$$$$ . One star is more than they deserve.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be daunting on a good day, the staff made me feel comfortable , listened to and in all likelihood saved me a tooth as I asked for it to be removed but they suggested an alternative, my gum was infected but the tooth was ok, they therefore suggested I take antibiotics to clear infection rather than remove tooth, and if that doesn't work , maybe then remove tooth. Most dentist would have ripped out tooth as requested rather than try to save the tooth , I like their idea much better.

I was very concerned when I began having wisdom tooth trouble as I am from the UK and currently have no Medicare/health insurance to fall back on, however, Skygate dental put me completely at ease from the moment I spoke to them on the phone. They got me in for an appointment that same day and I had my wisdom tooth removed the very next day at an incredibly reasonable price! I am confident I would have had to pay more to have it done in the UK! All of the team were fantastic; extremely personable and reassuring. Fantastic experience: As someone who has been terrified of the dentist my whole life, finding the team at skygate dental has been nothing short of a miracle. I have put dental care off as much as possible throughout my life and only sought out help when absolutely necessary, when I first begun going to skygate dental I was so frightened of the process I was taking Valium just to help with the nerves but with the help of the incredible team from the lovely reception as I walk in the door to the incredible ladies sitting in the assistants chair next to me to the wonderful dentists who make it a very pain free experience, I am very happy to say although I still strongly dislike the process I no longer require medication for any appointments (I’m even able to attend alone which is a miracle in itself). I truly believe if anyone is putting off going to the dentist based on fear and/or anxiety, skygate dental is the place to go. They let me take breaks as I needed, they let me decide how much I could handle having done in a single appointment, they even played some classic Disney movie soundtracks to help keep me calm. I have now been seeing the team for a couple of years slowly working through a long list of things I have put off getting done & I will never go anywhere else. I am so very grateful to the entire team at Skygate Dental.

Fantastic experience: Came here as an international patient with no insurance... the price was probably cheaper than if I used my family dentist back home! What really stood out was the service... from compassionately answering my emails to getting me in the very next day. It was my first time getting a wisdom tooth removed and they could tell I was nervous... they were so good with me and really made it a calm and painless experience.
