Fantastic experience: I had my clear aligners done with Australian Smile Clinic over a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve never had a better smile, and it’s honestly boosted my confidence so much. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, every single staff member was so friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the process. On top of that, the price was unbelievably affordable – the cheapest I’ve ever heard of compared to anywhere else – yet the quality of service and results went far beyond my expectations. I can’t recommend Australian Smile Clinic enough to anyone thinking about getting aligners. Absolutely worth it!

Unfortunately my dentist Dr Lubna was a bit rough and didn’t provide much care in my early stages of work, despite me notifying her I have quite high dental anxiety. The other dentists and dental assistants were all amazing, kind and made me feel a lot more comfortable. The dental monitoring app they use is great too!

Fantastic experience: I went along for possibly treatment, but at least a second opinion on previous advice with another orthodontist. There was no sales pitch; no inflated quote, just an honest assessment and advice that saved me thousands. I'll certainly be returning in future when I do need work on my teeth

Definitely worth the wait . I recommend doing aligners if your not to keen on braces , they were a no go for me and half the price I was quoted. (no body really notices when wearing the clear aligners anyway) Huge thank you to my lovely dentist Dr Ghadir , she was amazing every step of the way and all the girls who help with my appointments . Fantastic experience: Great experience - definitely worth doing the free consult if you’re on the fence. Unfortunately I am not a candidate but the support staff were so friendly and helpful, and the dentist gave me really great, honest advice about my teeth. I felt like they genuinely wanted the best long term outcome for me instead of me wasting my money on a short term fix when their aligners aren’t the right solution for my problems.

Negative experience: As I cannot reply to your comment, I will add comments to my one star rating. My rating has nothing to do with my case being outside your parameters, and surprisingly it wasn’t even about being told I should seek treatment from an ‘experienced orthodontist’ () my review was based on my feelings about the flaws in your processes and the unprofessionalism I experienced. I am entitled to my opinion of your service and you responding to my review, discussing my case in a public forum, and assuming my reason for the one star rating is exactly the unprofessionalism I am talking about. If you had of wanted to know the reason for my review you could have contacted, instead you try to create my agenda. Sad really.

Negative experience: I wish I had just gotten braces. The staff are incredibly lovely, but the full details of appointments, treatments, and processes are not clearly explained. Details need to be given in writing prior to appointments. Communication needs to be so much better. I've nearly cried the last three times I've left an appointment. I was given aligners for 40 weeks and have only now found out I will need to wear a retainer full-time for another 6 months! Not to mention the attachments to my teeth and teeth filing I've had to endure prior to this. Not a sensory-friendly environment or experience. If I had known from the beginning what would be involved, I never would have signed up for this.

In having regular scans using their smartphone app, I rarely needed to take time away from work and it was easy to keep in contact in between visits. The new clinic is welcoming and the high-tech equipment used to ensure the best individual result are all most impressive. I was delighted, even after just a couple of months, as to how quickly my teeth improved in alignment. The whole process went smoothly and I cannot express my gratitude or recommend this clinic enough. At about half the price of similar teeth alignment (and also faster) I am extremely happy.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking at this review to see why aligners are cheaper here than anywhere else, please be assured that they are the real deal. I was lucky to meet Dr Sandhyer, who works every Wednesday. She understood my complaint of a narrow palate and came up with an effective treatment using aligners, buttons and rubber bands for my overbite. I am approaching my 4th month and from the beginning it was very professional; the price really was $3999 without any extra hidden fee apart from a Vpro device which I didn't purchase. I have regular appointments, I recieved a fortnightly digital scanning box for which I scan and Dr Sandhyer checks to make sure the aligners are tracking well and ok for me to change them which is done every week to 2 weeks - it's linked to an excellent app called Dental Monitoring which also allows me to track my own progress via a progress video. So this is why I recommend Australian Smile Clinics at Stones corner. Also if you're older - don't think you're too old for the treatment, I'm in my 40s and still seeing a change in my smile!

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving clear alignment treatment from Dr Sandy and the team at Australian Smile clinics for the previous 6 months and i am so extremely happy with my new smile. From the moment that I met Dr Sandy, she made me feel very comfortable, even when I had a real fear of dentists. Her chair manner is warm, safe and supportive and all my appointments have been completely pain free. Jess the treatment coordinator is an angel and nothing is ever too much of an issue for her. I am always met with such a big warm welcome everytime i enter the office. If you are considering clear aligners i highly recommend Dr Sandy and the team for all your dental needs. Thanks Team!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Catherine and her team are really amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, care about their customers and most importantly, honest. I'm not a good candidate for aligners but their transparency showed me that they will certainly do the best by their customers. Don't let their lower price make you think they lack in quality, it's the opposite. They know a good treatment doesn't need to be overpriced, they are not greedy, but want to see their customers happy and achieving results. Thank you!

The high price tag from the dentist put me off and I couldn’t get myself to order straightening products online. When I came across Australian Smiles Clinic ad on Facebook I was initially skeptical. The price was less than half of what I was quoted. I was very pleasantly surprised by my phone call with the clinic. I was even more surprised when I arrived at the clinic for my free consultation. The place is beautiful, staff are extremely friendly and the dentist I met was kind, knowledgeable and instantly put me at ease. And the price is literally HALF of what I was quoted elsewhere.
