Fantastic experience: Dr Asha Pandya-Sharpe was my dentist today. I spent thousands on my teeth a couple years ago (elsewhere), and though they were lovely and helped with my severe anxiety, I have to acknowledge Dr Asha's knowledge and skill. Even though I have multiple mental and physical health issues that make any medical appointment challenging and was battling with a migraine today, Dr Asha's "get in and get it done" approach matched with her skill to do it so quickly, made it much less daunting. I really must also give credit to her assistant - that guy was on fire and knew exactly what he was doing. They made an awesome team. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Weston Dentistry for over a decade. I have always been treated really well, and have always got an appointment when I've needed one. Dr Chitra Srivastava has been my dentist the whole time and I can't rate her high enough. Efficient, friendly, and tells you exactly what's going on.

Positive experience: Dentist Justin Lee did a good and thorough job on my teeth and explained things well. I appreciated seeing the photos taken before and after the procedure. Fantastic experience: My second appointment with Dr Lee and my initial impressions (no, not those ones) were confirmed. I have had a mountain of dental work in my 58 years and Dr Lee is right up there with the best. His manner is patient and considered also. The six teeth I have remaining are trusted to Dr Lee and this practice.

I would highly recommend her, in fact I am booking in to get another problem tooth extracted by her next week. Also wonderful friendly service by the reception staff. Well done Weston Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic organisation and personal service from the front desk and marvellously skilled and compassionate dental work at really short notice from me, when I was in a world of pain! 5 stars doesn’t do these people justice.

Negative experience: Traumatised by the experience! Room cold... Heavy pressure on jaw by the dentist supporting their weight and uncomfortable, painfull dragging to reveal the gums and painful pressure by the assistant for the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Arora is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I had issues with an infection requiring removal of two teeth, and I’ve since had two bone grafts, a bridge and implant surgery - all of this was done by Dr Arora without any issues, he did an excellent job. 3D X-rays were taken to ensure the issues were understood and to track my progress. The dental hygienists also do a great job here and the reception staff are so helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: It’s the little things… that are big things. Just witnessed a beautiful interaction between a staff member and an elderly patient who had an enquiry about her payment. The staff member treated the patient with care and explained everything perfectly. I so rarely see staff take the time with elderly, communicating without condescension. As I said, simple but important ! Well done. I’d be happy to send my elderly mum here !

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this practice since November 2020. They are very professional, upfront about their plan of action and their costs. They explain the pros and cons of various options so we can make informed decisions. Henna and Amit have been my dental specialists and they are both excellent. Henna has been very sympathetic to my low tolerance to pain :) Thank you Amit and Henna. I also commend the design and the content of their website. I recommend the practice highly !

Negative experience: They made us pay to get a filling on a baby tooth that eventually and it is very over priced

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Weston Dentistry for the last year. Dr Chitra Srivastava is a patient and kind dentist, who communicates medical information with clarity and certainty. I have had some fillings and a splint made so far through Weston Dentistry, and neither experience was uncomfortable or difficult. I can easily say visiting the dentist is now a pleasant experience! The reception staff are also wonderful. They are courteous, abide by COVID restrictions and are extremely flexible with bookings. The practice is competitive in their pricing and the office and rooms are always very tidy, warm and welcoming. I think their boss should shout them pizza for all their hard work! :)

Fantastic experience: MASSIVE shoutout to Dr. Natasha at Weston Dentistry! I've had multiple positive experiences. The first time I had a tooth removed and felt absolutely nothing. This Dentist is numbing royalty! Also, Dr. Natasha let me lay back with my headphones in until the procedure was complete. The next time I attended for a filling. Again, I felt nothing. Amazing! See? Numbing royalty. Today, Dr. Natasha was extremely patient with a bottom refusing to go numb. Time and care was taken to ensure I reached a state of feeling numb and comfortable enough to proceed; and I really appreciate that. I honestly cannot recommend this Dentist and Weston Dentistry enough. I think this Dentistry would be a great place to take children who might feel afraid of the Dentist. I'm 29 and have previously felt scared of the Dentist -- until I met Dr. Natasha, who completely shifted my thoughts to a positive place when it comes to dental work. Fantastic experience: Went to get an x-ray and advice on wisdom teeth removal, and Dr. Sheppard was extremely polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable - informed me of all options and associated risks. In and out very quick with exactly the information and discussion that I wanted. Reception staff were friendly and helpful from the beginning when I enquired via email. Overall excellent service.

Fantastic experience: I went to Weston Dentistry mainly to close some glaring gaps in my teeth with veneers, Invisalign or both. Dr Alice came up with a few treatment options and I ended up having her fit porcelain veneers on the top teeth and composite veneers on the bottom. The process from start to finish took a few of months with all the scanning, molds, prepping teeth and waiting for the veneers to arrive. Then having the veneers sent back for some adjustment. I also had some whitening treatments while I was there. The overall result is fantastic and the before and after photos are striking. Making me realise how bad my teeth looked. They were healthy, but stained with big gaps everywhere. All the procedures weren’t cheap, but to Weston Dentistry’s credit, their basic prices were on their website, so I knew what I was getting into before I walked in. Full credit to Alice for her meticulous work.

We would like to thank our friend Sunday for referring us to Weston Dentistry, Dr. Amit for all that he has done for my family's teeth and to their hygienists Chloe and Hue. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the team for years and am so confident with all of the dentists that I regularly recommend them. Some of the people I recommended the practice to actually drive several hours for their appointments because they don't want to go anywhere else! Recently I needed a filling and forgot to take my retainer with me and whilst I was happy with the work, they were only too happy to have me in on a following day with no notice or charge to make sure it all fit properly with my retainer.

Negative experience: I've decided to go with Weston Dentistry for my in-chair teeth whitening as they've had good reviews. Paid $650 for the Zoom Whitening with them, result = DISAPPOINTMENT, wasted time, wasted money. Do not get fooled by Before and After photos on their website and well written description where they promise you deliver "Real Results". According to the dentist my teeth got 3 shades whiter. No, it is not. I have before and after photos of it. Paying $650 for the ""professional' whitening to make your teeth 1 shade whiter? Weston Dentistry stop fooling people around.

Fantastic experience: Good friendly service easy to get to ample parking

Fantastic experience: I was on holiday in Australia and needed an extraction. I was able to get an appointment within an hour which was a real blessing. They talked me through all my options clearly. Dr Rangachari made the process as pleasant as possible. It wasn’t painful and still isn’t a day later and it was a big tooth! She was also very caring and convivial during the procedure which helped a lot. I felt genuinely cared for, even when I felt faint afterwards (which is not uncommon for me) they made me comfortable and gently talked me through it. I can not recommend them highly enough especially Dr Rangachari. If I lived in Australia I’d make them my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Was sent here for a one off treatment for severe tooth ache as a public patient overflow. The dentist, Dr. Chitra Srivastava started a root canal treatment (only the first step, the public system may or may not continue it), immediately after the local anaesthesia wore off i noticed the constant ache was gone but upon eating food if I put any pressure on the tooth I got excruciating shooting pains through my jaw. It's been a week and it's no change - it seems that Dr Chitra cracked my tooth but every time I call now I get fobbed off by the receptionist. I thought it would have been a warranty issue but they want the government dentist to clean up the mess, who I can't see for another 25 days. Very unhappy about it, I can't eat properly and am in severe pain when I do. Beware. EDIT AND UPDATE: Dr Chitra surgery called me and are willing to see me to see what can be done, because of this one star is unfair (so far) , I can't delete so I am leaving it on five stars.
